After hearing what his grandson has said all Lin Chen said that he will think about it, to which Chen Ming nodded. Sometime later when Lin Chen left the room, Chen Ming though about all the things that this little boy has been through and thinking about his life.

This kid was spoilt even before he was even born, the memories that he didn't even know he had from when he was in his mother's womb. Everyone, including the doctors, has stated that he was going to be a girl, within the Chen family females are very treasured. Chen family thought of females as the rulers and destroyers of nations. During his mother's pregnancy, hundreds of people come and give gifts like rare clothing and many treasures for the baby girl. Lin Chen was the happiest about having a granddaughter, after having four grandsons he was fed up with, so when he heard that he was going to have a cute little granddaughter he vowed in his heart that he would protect her with all his might.

The only reason Ming Chen had this in his memories was that his grandfather would always tell him that he would do so. After Wan Sua, Ming Chen's mother gaves birth, everyone was shocked, to say the least. The baby girl they were all waiting for turned out to be a little baby boy. However, that didn't mean that Lin Chen would go back on his words, up to this day this old commander continues to protect and spoil this little boy rotten. This boy had everything he ever would wise for, because of this he never bothered to cultivate, until an where he was nearly killed, that was when he decided that he needs to grow stronger otherwise people will kill him.

That's why on the day after he turned 12 read a book about cultivating and started cultivating. He couldn't feel any partials entering his body and come to the conclusion that he made a mistake during the process. He even called Tao one of this most trusted attendees to help him. When Tao found out that his king master was willing to cultivate he was more than happy, but he was told by Ming Chen to keep it a secret so that he can surprise this grandfather later on. However, aa the days went by Ming Chen was unable to cultivate even with the help of Tao.

They secretly called many famous and well-known doctors to look at his body to see if anything was wrong, all of them had the same answer and that was that his body was to pet.i.t like a female, females are unable to cultivate because they are weak and that his body structure couldn't support sprite particles. Some of the doctors were kills right on the stop, not for talking about of Ming Chen but for insulting females right in front of a Chen family member, a family that treasures females more than their own life. After trying so hard for so many months Ming Chen gave up trying to cultivate.

Although Ming Chen was spoilt by his grandfather and his older brothers, they had many reasons to do so. After Wan Sua gave birth to the baby boy, he was small, very small. After a month baby Ming feel ill, the doctors have said that it was very serious and that in order for him to heal they will need to find a rare flower which only grows on the peaks of mountains.

After hearing what the doctors have said both Wan Sua and Jung Chen, Ming Chen's father set out to get the flower. After another month the news of the couples death had arrived at the Chen family household. Ming had never been able to see his parents, as his brothers and grandfather felt hurt and pity for the little boy they all make a vow to each other to ensure that no matter what he wanted they will give it to him.

One thing that almost everyone from his family doesn't know is that the reason he doesn't go to school is that he was bullied by others for not having parents. He kept this a secret from his family otherwise war would break loose in the Mu kingdom, however, there was one person he couldn't keep it from and that was Tao, Tao found out that he was bullied verbally and physically when he saw bruises on the little boys body when he was helping him change.

Tao is 26 and since the day Ming Chen was born he has been by his side, he naturally knew why those kids bullied him. Tao never blamed Ming Chen for being arrogant or spoilt because he was a different person at home compared to the outside world. Ming Chen respected everyone in the Chen family even the people working for them, he was never don't anything to cause trouble for them, when he's outside he acts arrogant and treats those who bully him like they are rubbish.

Thinking about how much of a hard life Ming Chen had Chen Ming couldn't help but think about how privileged he was until he remembered the people who killed him, this own blood. Ming Chen lucky, with brothers, dotted on him all the time and give him treasures even the emperor would be jealous of. Chen Ming came to the conclusion that this Ming Chen guy wasn't a bad kid, he was rather insecure and lonely, he lacked the love of a mother and father.

Chen might continue to think about the life Ming Chen has lived not realising that someone has been knocking on the door for a very long time now. Bao knocked on the door a few more times before he decided that he will go into the room to check what's happening when he enters the room he could see a little boy lying on the bed fast asleep. As he didn't want to wake up the little boy he decided to close the door and leave. While leaving he ran into Tao who was about to enter the room.

"Can't go", Bao barley spoke out those surprising Tao and first but then Tao's face turned black.

"What do you mean I can't go, I'm his personal attendant, I have been there for him all his life, how dare you say that to me", Tao spoke clearly upset and angry by what Bao has said to him. If it was possible you could see the steam coming out from his face.

"Sleep, shhh", Bao said that he could he that Tao was dumbfounded, Bao couldn't help but give a little smirk at Tao, he started walking before he walked fast Tao he quickly planted a light kiss on Tao's lips.

"I'm there for you too", Bao whispered into Tao's ears before he left a clearly blus.h.i.+ng Tao. After he could no longer hear Bao's footsteps he slipped on the floor, his whole face and ears red.

"That b.a.s.t.a.r.d, why did he suddenly kiss me like that, ahh I'm gonna kill him when I see him next time", even though he said that out loud in his heart he wished he could kiss him more. Tao got up from the floor and left Ming Chen's door to allow him to sleep. He would come a bit later to check up on him.
