This is worse than I imagined. I was forced to use up all of my power and energy everyday inside the Infinite Field.

[12th day]

I extended my arms out and released the ice. A huge iceberg was forming out from my right hand. It was as huge as an 8 storied building.

"Good, now try to melt with your fire!" shouted Osaksan.

I raised my left hand up and released the flames. Like a flame thrower, I was releasing the fire from my left hand. But the velocity of the flame was very high. The ice melted in seconds.

"You've gotten very strong." Osaksan said with a satisfactory smile. But she was thinking that 'This kid might get stronger than me in no time'

I did this ice forming and melting process a few more times and got worn out.

While I was resting, I saw that Sumire was also training very hard. She can use a portion of the power of the Demon G.o.d inside her. I am surprised to see that only a portion is very powerful. But it drains a lot of energy from her. But as she trained hard, she can endure it a little more. Osaksan taught her many other fighting techniques. She told Sumire, not to depend on the demon G.o.d's power only….

Finally, today is the day of the Entrance exam.

Osaksan teleported us in front of the "Lord Aerith Academy" It seemed that she was hesitating to come here.

I saw that there were innumerable students there. But how will the academy select only forty to sixty students from here?

Suddenly a loud noise came from nowhere. Then we all could hear a voice.

"Our fellow exam attendants, those of you will be able to enter the front door in forty seconds will be qualified to take round two."

Then the voice stopped.

I did not waste a single second and made an ice hoverboard. It was not a hoverboard actually, because it was run by ice. I flied up with it and entered the entrance door in a couple of seconds.

Sumire also teleported here quickly.

Within a blink of eye, forty seconds were gone. The humongous door of the academy closed.

Many students who were not able to enter the gate complained the academy about being unfair.

We could hear the unknown loud voice again. It said, "Those who were not able to enter the gate were not competent enough. They did not have the resolve to enter the gate. You can go back now."

I felt a little bit sorry for the students who came here with a lot of hards.h.i.+ps going on. I turned around to see how many people got in.

Woah! There are more than thousand students who were able to enter.

Suddenly the unknown voice spoke again.

"So those of you were able to enter, you will have to survive till the next dawn. Those who will be immobilized, unable to continue anymore or die, they will be disqualified. And Goodbye for now…"

I was confused, why did the voice say about 'if they die, they will be disqualified' It was puzzling.

"Hey Sumire, why did the voice say about death in that way?" I asked.

"You didn't know? Well, it is because there are children of many well-known demon lords here. Some of them are immortal. So, if they die once, they will not wake up before 24 hours. That's why they will be disqualified." Replied Sumire.

I thought to myself-
