His youngest uncle came walking fast on the stair from his room which is on the second floor. Akash smiled and moved forward and touch the feet of his uncle and said laughing "Uncle! Why are you shouting so much that you are the last one to know? Actually, you came first in elders."

His youngest uncle laughed and said "I just shouted to startle others so that they will get delayed. Ha ha ha"

Grandma came out from her room and said "Don't shout. Don't you want to let an old lady rest in the afternoon? Looks like you young people are trying to send old woman early to grave."

Then Grandma looked toward Akash and said "Come, come. Let Grandma see how much you have grown. Whether you ate well or not."

Akash moved to the Grandma and touched her feet and said "Grandma! You shout when you asked them not to shout was louder than anyone else. How can you say you are old?" Even his friends smiled.

Youngest uncle saw his friends and said "Why is everyone standing? Come, come to sit on the sofa here and then we can talk." His friends also said namaste to youngest uncle and Grandma and moved toward sofa to sit.

Akash sat beside Grandma and said "Grandma! Where is everyone else?"

"You see. What has become of the family? Kids are all at home and old people have gone shopping. Your grandfather and mother are in the vegetable garden with few servants. They are planting some new vegetables today. That old man always runs around like kids" Grandma started complaining to Akash which made everyone smile.

Akash introduced his friends to grandma, uncle, and his brothers and sisters. His sister Ira is still sitting beside him with a glowing face. Akash stroked her hairs and she pouted like a small girl which makes him smile more. His two younger cousins 10-year-old boy and 12-year-old girl which are the kids of the children of his youngest uncle are playing ball in the hall at one side. The atmosphere is very lively.

Grandma tells his youngest uncle to get the guest rooms cleaned for the friends of Akash. Youngest uncle goes out and shouts for a servant and goes to arrange guest rooms. Akash and his friends keep chatting and playing with his cousin brothers.

A servant comes inside and Grandma shouts to him "What is it now?"

The servant says "Old madam! Young madam has asked for water can to water the plants. It is in the kitchen."

Grandma shouted "Go and tell that old man that eldest grandson has come. He should be here within 15 minutes or be prepared to get his punishment. Also, call his mother."

The servant ran back from where he has come even without even taking the water can. Grandma muttered angrily "What a headache? These people don't even know what is their priority? Family comes first. Grandson has come back and that old man is still stuck with vegetables."

Meanwhile, youngest uncle of Akash came back with one servant and said "Guest rooms are prepared. Let us go there and settle your friends." And they picked a few bags of his friends. Akash and his friends picked the remaining bags and followed them.

Grandma shouted from back when they were leaving "Come back soon after settling the guests. We have some things to discuss."

When they were outside and were walking toward the guest house, Ris.h.i.+ smiled and said: "Grandma is more energetic and vigorous than the young people."

Akash said "You have only seen a small part of her personality. She has not studied the books but she is a better manager than many highly educated people."

Youngest uncle laughed and said "You have only seen her shouting and scolding today. There is also her favorite stick in the room which is used to beat people. Other than father, Akash, and women all the men at the house have been beaten by that stick. You have not even seen ten percent of what she really is."

"Grandma is really the lady boss of our family" Akash smiled and said.

In the meantime, they reached the guest house and entered while carrying their luggage. Rooms are cleaned and refreshments are already arranged in the hall.
