"Good morning sweety"

Jairus greeted her wholeheartedly.

"Good morning my pie"

Agnes returned the sentence with same tone.

Rubbing her eyes she noticed Jairus holding a bed tray.

Her mouth became watery after looking at the items.

¤ Wafers

¤ Milk

¤ sweet toast

¤ Orange marmalade

Jairus sat by her and handed a wafer with the gla.s.s full of creamy milk.

As Agnes took a sip from gla.s.s.....

"He wants coffee ice cream !"

Agnes was looking at Jairus with eyes full of request.

"And egg fried rice with chicken !"

Jairus gave out a laugh.

"This__he wants to eat all this or you're craving for all these items"

His frowned as caught her.

"Hey of course we both want it."

Agnes hid her face into the blanket.

"Sure he's my child. He's Same taste as mine."

Jairus was now more than happy.

"I'll be back in 40 minutes with all these. Till then take a bath and roam around to look the house."

He gave a gentle kiss on her forehead and left the room.

"My lord the friends.h.i.+p seal would be bound in some days. The human government is ready."

The vampire king was listening to his messenger actually not with attention. His mind was somewhere else perhaps___

He was thinking of his elder daughter Remora !

As she was THE REASON for this pact. Princess Remora was the first vampire who married a human. Later on some other lowly ones followed her footsteps. The king banished them too from the kingdom.

But it was going too far.

So he decided to befriend humans. In the honour to protect the married relations.h.i.+ps which were already made, this seal was proposed. Moreover again his grand-daughter was in human kingdom & according to prophecy her mate was there___in that realm. For the sake of his people and children he decided to take a leap.

The human government was also aware of the existence of vampires. Also with the marital bonds they'd made with humans.

In human world they're living normally__hiding their ident.i.ties.

Again for the sake and betterment the human government accepted the proposal of Vampire Lord.

Some conservative ones opposed, did strike and many other such things to stop this change.

Perhaps they fear vampires who were living among them from many years.

Or perhaps they fear the change !

Agnes took the bath and combed her hair. Took off her lens as she was more human now. Her vampiric powers were drained due to pregnancy.

She was loving__being loved by Jairus. Everything was going well n good.

It doesn't matter that Jairus don't possess that royal tattoo. He's the father of her child and her mate.

That's what she recalled.

Wrapped her hair in towel and dressed in loose pajama & T-s.h.i.+rt Agnes went downstairs.

Everything was so manly and neatly arranged.

Threw herself on sofa she recalled the day when she sneaked into the house and ended kissing Jairus.

The thought made her tickle into the stomach. And giggling alone her gaze fell upon the frame nearby on the table.

Everything was sorted out.

The big mystery was solved.

Crystal clear.

Jairus was indeed a royal blood & half human.

The mystery man from bar was definitely him.

And he was her mate.

The elegant and cla.s.sy lady with raven black hair, slender figure, bright complexion, dressed in sea green quite a contrast with her red eyes.

She was in the frame but was the answer to every question.

AUNT REMORA

A FLASHBACK:

The great fire broke out into the house from kitchen. Michael Ezekiel rushed towards the kitchen door with a bucket full of water. He cried for help, the servants aided to help with sand & water buckets.

The furniture was made of wood in the kitchen that's why it was catching the fire. Remora Ezekiel came from shopping and freaked out. She cried for her son Jairus Ezekiel. Both parents heard his terrified voice from the kitchen.

The fire was roaring like a dragon, everything in was melting. Jairus was sitting under a table crying helplessly with fear in eyes.

Remora insisted to go in for her son as the help was on the way. And water wasn't doing any good.

Michael stopped her, he knew her abilities but with servants around her little secret would be out.

So he himself jumped into the fire, covered himself with the jacket and entered the kitchen. He yelled for Jairus as Remora cried too from outside.

Jairus immediately crept out from the table and hugged his father. Fire was roaring high and leaped towards Jairus as it's motive was to engulf him.

Jairus' back got burned down to spine. Michael covered him with jacket and saved him. Meanwhile the help came and they both were carried out and sent to hospital.

Jairus had a surgery of his back by which his royal vampire tattoo got hidden under the layers of plastic.

Jairus entered with a bag full of listed items. He was happy to have all those in time.

He saw Agnes staring at the picture blank. Worried he went closer and asked her.

"What's the matter honey, are you alright ?"

"Ah yeah, yeah I'm fine."

She wanted to confirm.

"Umm.....honey who's in this picture ?"

"Ah she....."

He pointed out towards the frame.

"She's my mum Remora Ezekiel. She died when I was young."

Agnes found all the answers but many new questions popped up into her mind.

Her aunt is a royal blood vampire and can't die naturally. Unless and until killed by another royal blood. And her grandfather wouldn't do that to his own daughter.

And Agnes haven't heard of her aunt's death in vampire kingdom.

That's mean___

She's alive and hiding somewhere.

But why ?

She shook her head and had breakfast with her future husband. Jairus talked about THEIR future which she was listening with attention.
