WHAT ATTRACTS POSITIVE MANIFESTATION 3 3 Right Attitude

Your att.i.tude must be right in your home, marriage, church and wherever you find yourself. Abraham asked his servant, Eliezer to look for a wife for Isaac so he will not marry wrongly. Eliezer gave G.o.d some conditions so he wouldn't also make a wrong choice. He didn't pick any lady anyhow. This is the mistake some make in marriage; they don't test before making a choice; even G.o.d tests us.

And let it come to pa.s.s, that the damsel to whom I shall say, let down thy pitcher, I pray thee, that I may drink; and she shall say, drink, and I will give thy camels drink also: let the same be she that thou has appointed for thy servant Isaac.

Gen 24:14

When Eliezer got to the well, Rachael went an extra mile to give water, not only to Eliezer, but also to the animals; that is instinct. She did the extrordinary. What we call extrordinary is adding the extra to the ordinary. In the case of Rachael, the ordinary act of kindness is to give water to Eliezer but the extra is to also give water to his animals. At the end of it all, Eliezer saw it was a divine arrangement and Rachael was married to Isaac because of her right att.i.tude.

But in the book of John, there was a story of a woman who had a negative att.i.tude. G.o.d in human flesh approached a woman to give Him water to drink but she reacted negatively to the request of Jesus. Many market women do not make enough sales because of their wrong att.i.tude towards prospective buyers yet they will be the ones praying and crying on different mountains for prosperity.

Many times we a.s.sume prayer will do what would have been done by our simple obedience. If all that is required is prayer alone, then most billionaires shouldn't be rich; afterall it doesn't appear they pray much. Therefore, it means some of the things we pray about only need wisdom. Hear the response of the woman:

How is it that thou, being a Jew, asks drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? For the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans.

John 4:9

However she changed her response when she saw she could also get something from Jesus. Instead of her to apologise for her initial nasty response, what concerned her was what she could benefit from Jesus; she forgot that Jesus also needed water from her.

There are some people who never see enough reasons to bless G.o.d; they are always getters, not givers. Being a giver will release you from pressure, anxiety and you will be blessed.

This woman in the book of John had married different men at different times

probably because of her negative att.i.tude. She must have been beautiful outside, but she lacked the inner beauty. No one can mess you up than you; sommake your way prosperous by having the right att.i.tude. Be dependable so you can be trusted; that is when those you don't know will defend you, even in your absence.

The nature of the sheep is different from that of the serpent. As a child of G.o.d,

don't have the nature of a serpent. It is the nature of the snake to be independent, solitary and they love dry places. Snakes don't appear as such during the raining season but during the dry season, they come out of their hiding places to enjoy sunlight. You will never see a group of snakes walking

together because snakes don't walk in company but sheep walk in a team. Hardly

will you see a vehicle hitting a sheep, do you know why? It is because they walk in groups; if you hit one, you hit many. Though they don't walk fast, they believe in team work.

When G.o.d made us, He made us of the same kind. Note that to be the same kind of

another person, you will have to learn from that person.

And G.o.d made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and everything that creepeth upon the earth after his kind.

Gen 1:25.

It takes right disposition to learn from another person.

And the Lord said unto Moses, gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Israel...and I will come down and talk with them there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them.

Numbers 11:16-17.

G.o.d will always pick the spirit of one person and put it on hundreds of people; such is the power of the anointing. Despite this divine provision, many are still moving from one mountain to the other, looking for their own anointing. G.o.d's principle in Luke 16 is that you can't get yours unless you are faithful in another man's own. Anointing comes by service; an acceptable service.

And if ye have not been faithful in that which is another man's, who shall give you that which is your own?

Luke 16:12

Elisha was ten years older than Elijah and he was richer than Elijah, yet, Elisha was called to the ministry under Elijah to pour water on the hand of a man younger than him. Though Elijah had other ministers under him, Elisha was the one serving his master directly; others could prophesy with the gifts of the spirit but Elisha served the master.

The purpose for having a son is to produce another person of the same kind as you. You are free from the disadvantage of experimentation if you allow yourself to be tutored. You no longer need to waste time to discover principles that have worked over and over again.

Most parents have the best interest of their children at heart; and oftentimes, parents know the best thing for their children. That is why what your spiritual parent say to you is often right. As carnivorous as the lion is, there will never be a day the lion will eat its own cub. If an ordinary animal will have the milk of kindness for its own offspring, then G.o.d, in His wisdom has placed you in a spiritual family for your protection.

If someone is your spiritual father, G.o.d has sent him to be your protection because G.o.d has put compa.s.sion in every father to protect his own children. Your spiritual father is your covering; if you despise your covering, then you will open yourself to the a.s.sault of the devil.

G.o.d gives supernatural power to parents to provide food for their children; that is what gives them authority over the child. Your father relates to you as an instructor; so honour him because he has supernatural power to bless you. Don't grieve your spiritual parent or leaders. Let your att.i.tude be right towards your covering, even if they are younger in age than you.

Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.

Ephesians 6:1

Incidentally, today, most children that are well-to-do have a kind of independent spirit; thinking they no longer need the blessing of their parents. No matter how rich you are, you still need protection and safety.

The eye that mocketh at his father, and despise to obey his mother, the ravens of the valley shall pluck it out, and the young eagles shall eat it.

Proverbs 30:17

Your att.i.tude must be right to your spiritual parents. Even if you don't have a biological father to raise you up, if only you will obey your spiritual father, then you will be guided the right way to your success. Your att.i.tude must be right to your church:

Not forsaking the a.s.sembly of ourselves together, as the manner of some is.

Hebrews 10:25

Don't forsake the gathering of the saints in your church. Your att.i.tude to your sub-group leaders must be right. Honour the position of whoever is set to be your leader in the church, irrespective of their age. Let your att.i.tude be right to the people around you. While the woman of Sychar in John 4 had problem with marriage; not because of the devil or ancestral curse but because of her wrong att.i.tude, Rebekah attracted blessing unto herself because of her right att.i.tude.

Don't be hostile to people; even those who you see as enemies today can still be of help in the future if your att.i.tude is right towards them. Many times, the prayer some pray today to fight the enemy is because of their wrong att.i.tude. Some are brought up in hostile environment; all they have seen in life is crisis and strife in the home; so they a.s.sume it is not possible to be at peace with people and with those around them. They are often suspicious of everything that looks like peace. They have seen many evil for so long that they no longer believe the truth. Embrace right disposition!
