In the afternoon, Mingyue and Yang Yun showed up at the Civil Affairs Bureau to accompany both Xue Yi Ming and Lin Tian Yu. They watched as the couple filled in the form. Not long after, the newlywed couple left the Civil Affairs Bureau, holding a newly registered red book.

Once they stepped out of the building, Mingyue went to her sister to congratulate, as well as to look at her red book. Her expression was full of happiness as she hugged her sister and congratulated her once again.

At the side, Yang Yun patted his friend on his shoulder and congratulated him.

"Thank you," Xue Yi Ming said as he smiled nervously. "I still could not believe that I am now a married man."

Yang Yun laughed. He could still remember his wedding. Back then, he was probably as nervous as Xue Yi Ming, what with Mingyue's brother continually warning him to treat their sister well.

Xue Yi Ming stood in front of the building, in a daze. Once he s.h.i.+fted his eyes to Lin Tian Yu, his gaze turned soft.

That was the girl that he had loved for more than six years. Although at first, she had rejected him and regard him only as an elder brother, it was until recently that he had found out how she had changed her mind over the years. Since the two of them had wasted years before they got together, Xue Yi Ming thought that he should not waste time and asked her to marry him.

Moreover, he had convinced her that they should get married earlier so that her sister, Mingyue, could attend their wedding.

Fortunately, she had agreed.

Lin Tian Yu kept the red book in her bag and looked at her new husband. Subconsciously, her lips curved into a brilliant smile. "Should we go and grab something to eat?"

Xue Yi Ming nodded. "Let's go and celebrate."

"Good," Lin Tian Yu turned to her sister and said, "Later, we're going to look at some wedding dress. You should come along and help me to choose."

"Of course," Mingyue readily agreed. "You a.s.signed me as your maid in honor. I have to help you with whatever I can."

The four of them walked over to Xue Yi Ming's Cayenne. Before they reached the vehicle. Mingyue had pulled Yang Yun aside.

"What's wrong?" Yang Yun raised a brow.

"Since Brother Xue and my sister are married, how about you move in with me?" Mingyue suggested.

Yang Yun stared at his wife, dumbfounded.

"Don't you think it's strange that you're still living with Brother Xue?" Mingyue asked. "After all, we are married. Both of them are newlyweds. It's not nice to interrupt them."

Yang Yun chuckled. He only stayed with Xue Yi Ming because, at first, they have not made it clear to Mingyue's parents about their relations.h.i.+p. Yang Yun was afraid that the Lin's couple would not like it when he stayed with their daughter. Moreover, he was still working with Xue Yi Ming's security firm.

Listening to his wife's words, Yang Yun knew that he could not stay with Xue Yi Ming. He patted Mingyue on her hair and smiled. "Alright. I'll follow your arrangement."

The group of four went to an expensive Chinese restaurant to celebrate Xue Yi Ming and Lin Tian Yu's marriage. Xue Yi Ming had made a booking a day prior. So, when they arrived, the waiter quickly ushered them to a private room.

The four of them chatted and ate merrily. Once in a while, Lin Tian Yu's face turned red as Mingyue teased her. Although she was older than Mingyue, it seemed that Mingyue was more experienced.

Both Yang Yun and Xue Yi Ming exchanged a glance as the girls kept whispering to each other. Although they were curious to know what the girls were talking about, there was no way that they could get an answer. In the end, they could only watch their girls with pampering gaze.

Once their meal ended, Xue Yi Ming took them to a bridal shop. Lin Tian Yu quickly ditched her new husband as she pulled her sister further into the shop to look for a dress.

Mingyue stared at the white dress in front of her and sighed. Back then, on her wedding day, both she and Yang Yun was wearing a red dress. In this world, the bride could choose to wear a red dress, almost similar to her wedding dress, or a white dress.

Her sister had chosen to wear a white dress. Looking at various styles and shapes of the white gown, Mingyue started to feel a bit dizzy. There were so many of them, and most of them looked alike.

"Sister, is it not too early to look for a wedding gown?" Mingyue asked.

"Not at all! My wedding is in two months. There are lots to prepare," Lin Tian Yu said. Her brow furrowed as she thought that they had not secured any hall for the wedding. "Anyway, if we couldn't find anything we like in this store, we can always visit the others. Once we have picked up a dress, you should go fitting for the maid of honor dress as well."

Mingyue felt the corner of her face twitched. She thought that the wedding in this world was quite complicated. There are just too many things to do and prepare! Mingyue continued to browse through the gown and stopped as she reached the end of the rack. Her eyes went up and down as she looked at the last dress. As compared to the others, the dress had a simpler design, with only some laces around the top.

Lin Tian Yu was about to call Mingyue when she caught the sight of her sister staring at the wedding gown. She walked over to Mingyue and smiled. "Do you like this dress?"

"Hmm," Mingyue nodded. Her finger brushed at the lace. "It looks simple than the rest. Maybe you should-"

"If you like it, maybe you should try them on?" Lin Tian Yu suggested before Mingyue could finish her words.

"What?" Mingyue stared at her sister and blinked. Soon, her lips turned up into a smile. "No. Why should I try them on? We're here to look for your wedding dress."

Lin Tian Yu pulled out the dress off the rack to admire the line, princess cut wedding gown with back lace detail. It was as Mingyue had said. The design was simple, but it looked beautiful. Looking at the dress, Lin Tian Yu thought that the gown would look beautiful on her sister's body. It looked like something that Mingyue would wear.

"You should try them on," Lin Tian Yu said.

"Forget it," Mingyue waved her hand. "I already have my wedding."

"I know that you had your wedding. But I'm sure that you had never wear a white dress at your wedding. Why don't you just try the gown on for fun?" Lin Tian Yu insisted.

Mingyue was about to decline but stopped when she saw her sister's antic.i.p.ating gaze. Reluctantly, Mingyue took the dress from her sister and headed into the fitting room.
