These are entries of the demon almanac created by the great wizard Sofóz.

DIREWOLF

This wolf like demon has been around for quite some time. With white and black variations, they are a large wolf in essence but possess an intelligence that surpa.s.ses their namesakes. While they look like they have two eyes, one is real while the other has been materialised with magic. About the size of a cow, these demons possess imposssibly strong jaws lined with black poisoned teeth. There was once a case where they ate through a wall. They have chains on their bodies, which are used as a means of attack through magic. There are some the size of a house, but these are called Alpha Direwolves and are not to be joked with. It is widely believed that the two eye demon No.8, Shadow, was once a Direwolf. Their fur is incredibly valuable. Their mental effect is to give their target a sudden feeling of extreme fear.

FLOATING EYE

The beginning of all demons. A single grotesque eye, they can be reltilian, to catlike and even human. Some look like the eyes of the common wall gecko. They are incredibly weak, and can even be killed by a 3 year old child with a knife. Their main method of attack is biting, as they open their eyes to reveal a mouth. Their mental affect is to give nightmares, on which they usually feed on till they become proper demons. They feed fast, so constant 'fumigations' are created to eliminate them before they can fully form. They are born from sins....so there are a lot of them.

HYDRA

An abomination of a one eyed monster that took several days to kill. It was a snake like monster with thick scales and eight heads, each of these eight heads having an 'eye'. Only one eye was real, and it could be moved freely between its heads. It couldn't use magic, but its ma.s.sive size (around 10 metres) led to the destruction of many cities. Its mental effect was simple. If you kill off a head without the correct eye, the head would split into two and you would have to pick between more heads.

Considering the fact that it could move that eye and that its body's scales were as hard as a dragon...it was supposedly impossible to kill, even if the number of heads reset after all who faced it were dead or gone. Then the 8 Vanguard knights formed a plan. To cut off all its heads at once. It sounded ludicrous and insane...then they did it. Over the span of 4 days they damaged the surrounding scales around its eight necks, which were only weaker than dragon scales...and they cut off all eight heads simlutaneously. This was referred to as the greatest human feat in history, and the eight families that took part were given positions a step away from the king himself. Hydra was a unique demon, which means there has only been one till date. This entry is to prepare for the next.
