After breakfast Preeti left to school and Rahul dropped her of at school. It's been a long time since he spent any time with that little girl and he didn't want to miss that chance anymore. He dearly missed her these days and wanted to spend as much time as he could with her.

Abhi took her upstairs and made her sit on the couch on the first floor balcony. Just then Manvi and Uday came and Manvi sat in the couch beside Shriya. Uday went straight to Abhi's room and they both came out after a ten or so minutes.

Abhi sat on the arm rest of the couch on Shriya's side while Uday sat next to his wife. Abhi looked at Uday who looked at his wrist watch and said "I already called him, he might be here any minute" and Abhi nodded his head.

Shriya just sat there listening to Manvi who was busy explaining about the reason for their late arrival. She explained how she messed up in the kitchen that morning. Just then Housekeeper came upstairs and informed that a doctor was waiting outside for them. Abhi asked him to bring the doctor upstairs and after a minute or so Housekeeper came upstairs followed by a fifty or so old man with a white coat. He was wearing a dark brown suit s.h.i.+rt and matching pants. He looked experienced with his deep black eyes and gold rimmed gla.s.ses.

He walked straight towards Abhi and the latter stood up to greet the elderly doctor. After greeting each other Abhi told him about Shriya and doctor nodded his head and sat on the couch beside Shriya where Manvi was sitting a while ago. Both Manvi and Uday stood up and Abhi took his usual place beside Shriya.

Abhi placed her injured leg on the table and the doctor examined it and he changed the cast. Abhi was a bit anxious when he saw her in pain when doctor applied pressure on her leg. He looked at the Doctor and the latter said "Don't worry, it is just a hair line fracture and a sprained ankle, she will be fine in two days. Make sure she don't stress or move her cast or injured bones and tendons and then she will be fine". Abhi nodded his head and then the doctor looked towards Shriya and said "Take rest and you will be fine, If you have any other pain just inform me and I will prescribe you with some medicines" saying this he stood from the sofa to leave. Both Abhi and Shriya thanked him and the doctor left after giving a prescription of medicine to Uday.

Uday called Naveen and asked him to get medicines when he returns. Within twenty minutes Naveen came there with both Sony and Brahmini following behind him. He then handed over the packet of medicines to Abhi which he took and gave to Manvi.

Both Sony and Brahmini stood there silent without much talk. They just greeted Abhi and Uday and the latter kept silent. The leather couch is just a three seater with two single leather sofas on either side. Brahmini sat in the single seater next to Manvi while Sony occupied the one next to Abhi. Abhi kept his usual cold and indifferent face and didnot bother to talk to them. Sony kept staring at Abhi and Naveen who was standing behind Brahmini couldn't help but laugh silently at Sony.

Just then Rahul came upstairs after dropping Preeti at school and he looked at the lively atmosphere there and said "I think there is no room for me here".

Uday stood up from the couch and said "Abhi I think we should leave now."

Abhi looked at his woman and asked "Will you be okay here alone or should I stay with you".

Shriya looked at him and said with a smile "I am fine, you go, anyway so many people are there here to take care of me."

Manvi said with an a.s.suring tone " Bhaiya She will be fine here.We are all here, so don't worry". He then looked around and said "I think you should sit in her room so that it will easy for you guys to take care of her and if she is tired or something she can rest there itself."

Manvi nodded her head in agreement and Abhi took Shriya in his arms and carried her to her room. Sony and Brahmini were dumbfounded by the sight and they stood frozen in their places. Manvi smiled and pushed them to move forward in the direction of Shriya's room.

They both looked around and was pleasantly surprised. The room was painted one side with royal blue and all other sides with light blue colour with beautiful patterns drawn over them. It also has blue and other shades of blue coloured curtains on all sides. The room has a big king sized white bed with all blue coloured mattresses, pillows and quilts. There was a big wardrobe on one side and a white couch of four seater with a small table before it.

Abhi placed her gently on the bed and soon all the members entered the room except Uday and Rahul. Even Naveen stayed back with Uday discussing something important. They sat on the couch and placed their cellphones on the table. Abhi then kissed Shriya on her forehead and she immediately blushed knowing that her friends were watching. He then said with a gentle tone "I will be back in the evening, have lunch, ask Manvi if you need anything".

She nodded her head obediently and he patted her head with love and care. He then looked at Manvi and said "Take care of her and if she needs to use restroom or something help her".

Sony couldn't help but cough when she heard him. She secretly admired him for his love and caring nature. Abhi didnot bother with her and he left after thanking Manvi.
