Kunal didn't message or call Sony since the incident with Shriya and Abhi. He was just worried about his friend and Shriya.

He smiled and said "I know you will call me and I was expecting your call for a while now".

She was shocked and she felt embarra.s.sed for being so hot headed and for calling him first. She wanted to change the topic so she asked "What do you mean by let's try dating ? and why did you say something out of the blue ?".

A low chuckle escaped from his lips and he said "I think you are the one who proposed to me first".

Sony was truly shocked and she asked in an arrogant tone "When did I confess to you ?".

Just then she received a message in wat's up and he said "See the evidence".

It was the screenshot of the chat between him and her when she texted him to play with him earlier. When she proposed to him to joke around.

Kunal smiled and he said in a mischievous tone "I know it was you from the very beiginning".

Her face was all pale and she was angry and she was so embarra.s.sed to know that she was being fooled by him since the start.

He always liked to play with her and she was dying to pay her well. They always argued whenever they met in the past but now this new relations.h.i.+p is all a bit new for her to adapt.

Kunal stopped his teasing, feeling her silence and said "We are hosting a party this new year and I want you to be there".

Kunal never spoke to anyone this much, especially to girls, he was always straight to the point, nothing much or nothing less. It was his first time with a girl on phone. He kept thinking of new topics to talk to her. He was trying hard to keep the conversation go on so that she couldn't feel any discomfort or awkward with him.

Sony also understood and she asked deciding to go with the flow "Oh, when and where ?"

As soon as she heard about the party she was interested and asked "You held a party just last night ?".

Kunal said "This time it was Abhi who is hosting it. He is hosting it for his friends in the industry and a few family friends."

Sony said "I can't understand you rich guys".

Kunal ignored her blabbering and said "I want you to go as my date that evening".

Sony was shocked and she asked to confirm again with him "Me, as your date ?"He just hummed and she asked "Are you sure ? I mean won't there any paparazzi or media?"

He asked with a tease "Why are you afraid of getting exposed ?"

She didn't reply and she was truly afraid but she can't accept it infront of him, so she said arrogantly "No, of course not, its you who was afraid and it's you who told me to be careful of the media and it's not so easy to date a celebrity ."

Kunal smiled and said "It will be a theme party or costume party or something like that. I don't know. Everyone will wear some weird costumes and follow the theme. Some even wear masks. You can just cover your face if you don't want to get exposed.".

She then nodded and said absentmindedly "So it's going to be like that, I think I should buy some stuff tomorrow".

Kunal said "I will send my card with Barun to you tomorrow morning. You can buy whatever you need with that?".

Sony yelled "I don't want your money, I have my own to buy stuff".

Kunal smiled "What's so wrong about taking my card ?".

Sony explained patiently "It's wrong and I don't like it".

He said "What's so wrong about giving my card to my girlfriend?".

Sony was shocked when she heard him and she even thought he wasn't in his right mind just now.

Abhi sat on the bed leaning against the bed rest. Both of them changed into a normal set of clothes. Abhi wore a white loose t s.h.i.+rt which is showing his braod shoulder blades. He has a pair of boxers only. He was so handsome and hot that Shriya had to stop herself from staring at him with an excuse of reading a book.

Shriya changed into a v neck loose black t s.h.i.+rt and a pair of white cotton shorts. She was lying on the couch with her back facing upside. She was holding a book in her hands and was completely concentrating on the book.

He said "they should've stayed here till the morning". He was talking about Preeti and Rahul. They went back soon after dinner and the discussion.

Shriya said without looking up from the book. She b.u.t.ted in between saying, "I don't want her to play with you all day long. She shouldn't miss her cla.s.ses".
