In the video, two individuals, a man and a woman, sat on a bed inside a bedroom. Tightly cuddled by the man, the woman snuggled into his warm embrace, intimately whispering.

Just a glimpse did Ye Sichen recognize that woman. It’s Xia Nuan, and that man must be Ye Enchen.

His eyes turned somber and his fingers tightened as he clicked the keyboard of the phone. He, then, deleted the video.

“Haven’t you watched TV, dad?” said Wuyou, walking in unexpectedly towards Ye Sichen.

The voice brought Ye Sichen’s sense back. Looking at Wuyou, he pulled him up in his arms. “Not yet, anything interesting?”

He asked him with a forced smile, and was stoical at his discomfort.

“Is mom going to leave us?” Wuyou whimpered.

Ye Sichen, however, consoled his son, “Don’t let it be a bother. Mom loves you all forever.”

“Then why she didn’t come and see us. Nianci was sick, but she would rather drink with the man than stay with us?” Wuyou grumbled.

Hearing his complaint, Ye Sichen felt a little bit depressed. “Mom was at work…”

“No more lies, dad. I saw her on TV with Uncle Shen. I’m not a simpleton.”

Ye Sichen, however, said nothing as response. He stood up and moved towards the television. The news being played now was the secret dating between Xia Nuan and Shen An, with some evidentiary photos inside and outside the bar. Shen An held Xia Nuan and walked into a car. They held each other tightly and intimately, which was beyond normal relations.h.i.+p. Ye Sichen looked at Wuyou, and faced Nianci who was sobbing for her mother. He then cuddled her in arms. “Daddy will stay with you today, alright?”

Nianci nodded, with her hands circling his neck,

Ansheng stretched his arms, asking for hugs, and soon Ye Sichen brought him into his dream. Meanwhile, Wuyou opened his eyes. His voice broke in the tranquility, “Dad, don’t be mad at mom. There must be some misunderstandings. Just make sure to make things clear when you meet her. Don’t be mad, please.”

Ye Sichen covered for Wuyou, “Okay. Don’t worry.”

Wuyou relieved and closed his eyes.

All three kids fell asleep. Ye Sichen then left to his study.

Ken came in and reported him another situation. He asked, “Sir, are you sure to release Luo Lan?”

Ye Sichen nodded, “Yeah. Although she had done some bad things, she failed. I hope she can realize her mistakes and start a new life.”

“Okay, I’m on it.” Ken nodded and then started to execute his command.

However, Ken told Ye Sichen something one hour later.

“Luo Lan has already got out of prison, but she was sent to a mental hospital for treatments.” Ken said.

Ye Sichen frowned and asked, “Check on the specific hospital. Have a look.”

He hung up, then called Luo Mi, but the latter didn’t want to answer him all the time. Several times later, he quitted.

After a dizzy night, the kids were stick to the schedule. Rehearsals continued.

“Xia Nuan designed these costumes. Would you like them, sir?” The makeup artist Aka and the costumer came to him with a suitcase.

Ye Sichen frowned and said, “I’ve already had mine. I don’t need them.”

“That’s okay. Nothing is perfect.” He disrupted Aka.

Aka kept silent, then took away Xia Nuan’s designs.
