The last Demonic Sp.a.w.n or to be precise, the 100th Demonic Sp.a.w.n I need to kill fell after its last sliver of HP got drained from my last attack which is the Shocking Lightning. And with the last kill, I grow from level 99 to level 100. In just an instant, another world announcement rang the whole world in uproar.

"Congratulations to Player Bladeheart to be the first player to reach level 100. Awarding him the t.i.tle: Demi-Immortal."

And with that announcement, the whole world gets chaotic as I was the first player to reach level 100. The players all around the world tried to look in my profile on what I have done to reach level 100 in just two weeks. In their eyes, this kind of progress is considered monstrous. What they didn't realize is that this quest is indeed very considerate for me to give lots of Experience that I would need to reach level 100. Although I can't go on a cla.s.s quest yet due to the event quest, I am more than satisfied to gain more levels so that clearing the trials on the cla.s.s quest will go easy. When I was a Magic Knight, I need to undergo quite a lot of times of death just to break from the quest.

Dolly was clearly surprised by that due to the fact that she knew that I was Bladeheart. I approached her and she gave me a light punch on the elbow.

"Trade secret," I grinned and cast Frigid Wind to slow down the Demonic Sp.a.w.n that is attacking Dolly. Dolly raised her palm and aimed it to the incoming Demonic Sp.a.w.n.

Bubble Bullet is a Tier 4 skill and can be considered as one of the most lethal and fast casting skull that are useful for dealing huge damages against enemies. Magicians who goes on PVP uses this skill to deal high damages. Besides, this skill is perfect since it has only 10 second cool down and are best for dealing fast and rapid casting for magicians cla.s.ses to win.

The bubble that shot out from Dolly's palm woosh out and hit the Demonic Sp.a.w.n squarely to the face, draining all of its HP down.

"So, how many left to kill?" I asked her.

"I killed 27, which is pretty low, I still have 73 Demonic Sp.a.w.ns left to kill," she answered as she twirls around the wand she is wielding.

"Alright, I will deal the most damage but you do the last attack that will kill them, okay? Are you in for that?" I asked her, most players who are not willing would never ever want that as EXP division will happen but if it is Dolly's kill rate, it would take her hours to kill 50% amount of Demonic Sp.a.w.ns.

"Alright, but the drops are all mine," She said.

"Of course, I only wanted the gear dropped on by the last boss that we will kill later once this quest is over," I said to her and changed my weapon into a microphone. Dolly was surprised.

"Is that one of the abilities of the Versatile cla.s.s?" Dolly asked, curious.

"...you can say that," I nodded and straighten to the group of monsters and held my microphone to them.

"FFFFFFFUUUUUUCCCCCKKKKKKKIIIIINNNNGGGGGGG SSSSSSSHHHHHHHHIIIIIITTTTTTHHHHHHEEEEEEEAAAAAAAADDDDDDDSSSSSS!"

The scream and shout skill was activated and once again, the monsters were damaged and other HP fell to critical levels and they are also stunned due to the additional effect of my skill, Scream and Shout.

Dolly looked at me with strange looks.

"That was a ridiculous skill..." Dolly said as she prepare to cast an AOE skill. As she targets the monsters trying to kill Dolly down, I quickly nodded and made signal for her to bring down the skill.

"Now!"

"Icicle Rain!"

Clouds appeared and in an instant, the whole place were getting bombarded with icicles. All demonic sp.a.w.ns are pierced by the icicles and they either bleed and got drained on health or those that got hit by their weakness and died on the spot.

"Ooh! Its 62 kills now! I only need 38 sp.a.w.ns left!" Dolly happily looked at her log as she leveled up.

"You still can't relax!" I changed my weapon once again and turned it into a hammer and rush towards the monsters and began dealing huge amount of damages to them and after a few amount of health reducing attacks, they are enough to die on Dolly's spell.

Her EXP bar rose faster and faster and killing the Demonic Sp.a.w.ns were getting easier than ever.

I continue to kite Demonic Sp.a.w.ns left and right and in a matter of minutes, after the bombarding amount of monsters attacking us, I reduced their healths and before they can even kill, Dolly finished them all down.

Soon enough, 100 Demonic Sp.a.w.ns are all done. We surveyed the area and we noticed that the over guy fighting monsters is Painter Fang. Despite in his tattered armor, he still retains the power of the skill and managed to survive the a.s.sault. From my point of view, he was very good in handling hammers. In a few swing, he killed the swarming Demonic Sp.a.w.ns down.

I grinned at him before dragging Dolly out.

"Aren't you going to help him?" Dolly asked.

"Why would I help him? Its nothing for him and getting 100 kills are something easy for him," I said to her.

It also make sense since he managed to survive most attacks that others made and this made me feel secure that things about him is not something ordinary. As expected of a future expert, I will just hope that everything goes well for him.

"Lets just hope for him the best. Its best for us to get going. He will be done sooner or later," I said and walked away.

"Okay then," Dolly shrugged before she followed me.

While following me, Dolly asked me to reduce the silence.

"Your cla.s.s is a Versatile right? How did you manage to proficiently make all skills and cla.s.s useful to you? You utilized them without much problem," she is getting curious eh?

"Simple observation and a few practice by myself. Being proficient doesn't mean I am a master. I can barely be compared to a real cla.s.s like you as a magician. Most magician players has less AP to spend while a Versatile player has to deal with double amount of AP needed to access with the skill," I explained.

"Still, just being the first player to become the first player o reach level 100 is something!" Dolly snickered.

I remembered suddenly that I got a t.i.tle out of becoming the first level 100 player in the whole game. I opened and check the t.i.tles and check my newly acquired t.i.tle.

"Demi Immortal"

Effect: Ability to endure attacks if your health is below 100 points. All attacks dealt on you will be nullified for 10 seconds.

Description: The first step of becoming an immortal is now in your hands! Just keep it up and you might become a real immortal in the future!

"A new t.i.tle?" Dolly asked.

"Yeah, it allows me to survive and endure attacks once my health is below to 100 points for 10 seconds. All attacks are nullified on me on that 10 seconds," I said to her.

"Wow! Wicked!" Dolly grinned. "I hope I can earn a t.i.tle too!"

"Oh you will don't worry on it. There are millions of t.i.tle around the world of Alternate World. You will surely get one, and besides, you already have one! The Pioneer of Sandurk t.i.tle right?" I grinned.

"Oh yeah, I just forgot. I am just jealous on the effect you know?" Dolly grinned.

"I rather earn t.i.tles that would give me reputation to the whole world so that I can gain a chance to negotiate and buy stuff in towns in just a bargain price," I said to her.
