I found my uncle Jason standing in front of rows of soldiers with some commanders of the soldier. He's wearing a general uniform which I never saw before. Well, he's actually a commander in Harvard army anyways, so it's not surprising if he had the general uniform. I approach and greet him

"Good morning uncle, you seem busy…am I disturb you?"

"Oh, good morning Henry…no, you did not disturb anyone…come here and see the preparation"

"Where's these soldier will send, uncle?"

"The cavalry will send outside the town to secure the perimeter, while the infantry will keep the order in town, along with local security guard. Castle guards stay in the castle to protect the residents and prevent any infiltrator"

"Hmm…sounds good. You're also looking good with that uniform, uncle"

I checked the dining hall where the lunch will hold later, I see tables and chairs already added and arranged neatly, covered by clean tablecloths. The red carpet also already prepared in the front yard, waiting for Earl Stamfort arrival to spread out from its rolls.

Meanwhile, Charles and Joe also already come and deliver the rest of the pushcart they just made. I bring them to the kitchen because I also need to check the new helper from Lumon town and how the cooks make the food preparation, and for the pushcart, I will let Mrs. Martina arrange it.

Those Lumon town cooks are speaking in the low voices while peeling the potatoes. It's a simple job that given to them since they're just coming this morning and can't be given any main dishes duties because they don't know the recipe yet. They continue to peel the potatoes silently because there're so many potatoes to peel after I give the cooks order to prepare potato chips. A cook is approaching them with a large basket full of potatoes in his hands.

"I'm sorry…but can you peel the potatoes in this basket too? Young master Henry order us to prepare some potato chips and we really short of personnel"

"Oh it's alright, just leaves it here, we glad we can help you. But can I ask you some questions?"

Mr. Coles replies the request politely and ask something in return.

"Sure, what is it?"

"Did the potato become a staple food in here? The kitchen seems to process a lot of potatoes"

"No, actually we not only have one staple food here. Since young master Henry enters the kitchen, he already introduced some recipes with different ingredients that can replace bread as the only staple food here. Now we have potato, corn, and also make wheat flour into noodles and eat that as the bread subst.i.tute. And believe it or not, all young master Henry dishes are on a different level from ordinary dishes, they all taste incredible!"

"Oh okay, thank you for your information"

"No problem"

The cook left Lumon town cooks after drop the potatoes basket near them and continue his work somewhere else.

"Mr. Coles, why are you only asking one question?"

Sarah speak to Mr. Coles with low voices

"Hmm? Asking too many questions is not good, that will raise suspicion upon us"

"Ugh, you're right Mr. Coles…but are we going to peel these potatoes all day? My eyes getting tired seeing potato and potato again"
