Gourmet Emperor: Master Of Culinary World 23 Delicious Dinner

Because of the day almost dark, I have to wake them up, start from Clara who the first one take a sleep.

I watch her sleeping face again before I kiss her forehead gently, after that I take her hand and rub her fingers and kiss the palm like I did before. Not take a long time before she slowly opens her eyes.

"Henry?"

"h.e.l.lo beauty, do you sleep well?"

"Um" and she smiles shyly

"Do you like the way I wake you up?"

She only nodded and blus.h.i.+ng

"Alright get up because of the day almost dark. Wash your face first, I'll wake up the other. After that, we have dinner together"

She gets up and does as I said. After she leaves my room, I start to wake Claire. This time I hug her from behind and squeeze her breast gently while licking her ears and whispering

"Wake up Claire"

She opens her eyes instantly while moaning

"Ugh Henry, you're naughty"

"C'mon it's almost dark Claire. You can continue your sleep here later"

I said that while giving light spank on her b.u.t.t

"Aww…alright, I wake up"

"Go and wash your face, after that we have dinner together. Just get some porridge or mashed potato for dinner"

"Ah? Only that?"

"You'll know later, hurry up. I still have to wake up Carina"

"Okay okay," she hurriedly leaves my room.

Now only Carina left that need to wake up. I'm approaching the couch where she sleeps. I watch her sleeping face, although she only 14 but she starts to grow like an adult. I rub her hairs and her cheek while saying,

"Carina, wake up, it's dinner time"

She suddenly opens her eyes and sits on the couch.

"Argh! I'd overslept, sister Clara will scolding me for sure"

I'm chucked seeing her reaction.

"No, she won't because she also just wake up. Now go wash your face and help Claire prepare dinner okay"

She nodded and slowly stand up from the couch and leave my room.

I stand in the window and watch the sunset in the west. Crimson color painted the land outside the castle. After I'm taking this body, I haven't set my feet outside the castle. I wonder who the scenery outside looks like. Somehow I want the day after tomorrow coming faster, so I can set my feet outside the castle.

There's knocking in the door and Clara entering carrying a chandelier with some candles lite on. She holds her steps when she sees me standing by the windows, basking the dusk light. She looks at me with an astonished expression.

"Why you look at me like your first time see me, Clara?"

Clara blus.h.i.+ng when I'm asking her this question

"No…no...it's...when I see you there...it's picturesque. ..Like a portrait"

"Is that praise? If that comes from a beautiful girl like you I will gladly accept"

She bashfully nodded. I walk to her and take the chandelier. After putting it down in table I come to Clara and grab her waist.

"Come. Let's see the view together"

We stand together with her body lean on me, my hand wrap her slim waist and together we see the sunset together

"Beautiful….." she makes a whisper while her hand hold my hand that wrap her waist

"You're also beautiful" I whisper that words in her ears.

She not saying anything anymore, just some blus.h.i.+ng on her face is the sign that she likes it. We stand for a while without talking anymore just see the scenery, until a light cough come from the door. Claire and Carina already standing there without we'd noticed. They carrying food that will be eaten for dinner in their hands.

"Oh, you're already here. Why not knocking?"

"We did, but brother Henry seems not hear that"

"You both like on your own world and forget about us," Claire said that while pouting her mouth.

I'm chuckled when hearing that. There's some jealousy tone on her words, I must distract her to other topics

"You bring our dinner? Good, let's eat"

"Henry, are we only eat porridge and mashed potato?"

"You see that trays on the table there? Actually, I made something for you all"

"Really, brother Henry?" Carina seems excited about hearing that

"You'll see that yourself. Okay let's sit and start dinner "

We take our seat after all the food arranged on the table. They didn't dare to open the tray lid before I told them so. After all set, I open the tray lid and aroma of the crispy mushroom entering their nostril.

"Hummm…..smells good" (Clara)

"Brother Henry, what is this?" (Carina)

"The smell makes me hungrier, can we take it?" (Claire)

"Sure, take a bite to try first"

They take the mushroom and start to chew it. I can see the astonished look on their face.

"Delicious!" they're almost saying the same words at the same time.

"Try to eat that with the porridge or mashed potato"

I scoop some porridge into my bowl and eat the porridge with crispy mushroom. The original plain porridge finally has some taste. The same happens with the mashed potato. The girls imitate what I'm doing and not take long before all food in the table is vanish leaving only plates.

"Well girls, do you like it?"

"Yes, very much" they answer it in unison

"Do you want to eat that again?"

"Yes!" they nodded deeply.

"In order to make you and all the people in the castle can taste that kind of food, the day after tomorrow I will go on a mission for a couple days"

There's surprise and worry expression on their face

"Henry, you just recover from your injury" (Clara)

"Henry, how if something bad happens again?" (Claire)

"Brother Henry, please don't go" (Carina)

"Sorry girls, it all has been set, my father even approve this trip, he the only one who knows the schedule, and now you also know. Don't worry, I'm going with many people, nothing bad will happen. They even don't know where we going to until we move from the castle"

"Still, I don't like to separate with brother Henry for too long" (Carina)

"Henry, can we come with you too?" (Clara)

"Yeah, we can help you on your journey" (Claire)

Although look dejected but they can accept my reason since my father also approves this mission. Since the dinner already over, they start to clean up the table.

Before leaving my room, Carina stare at me with her big eyes and asked

"Brother Henry, can you back as soon as possible?"

"It's just a couple days Carina. Be a good girl when I'm gone, okay?'

"Okay"

"Good girl" I pat her head lightly before she gone.

After they all leaving my room, I take my backpack from under the bed and return what I've taken before into the backpack. Now I'm must figure it out how to put it back in inventory. It's too risky leaving it under my bed again. What if my maids clean up my room and found it?
