Talia opened her eyes to find the sun streaming in, she groaned when she felt a sharp pain on the sides of her head. She rubbed her eyes and slowly opened them, she squinted a bit. She checked on her drawer next to her bed, and saw the alarm clock. It was ten in the morning.

Her eyes started to widen when she was starting to remember the events of last night. The strip club, the car, the alcohol.

The kiss. What. The.h.e.l.l.did.she.do.

She knew she couldn't blame Axel, because she had drank and was the one that initiated the kiss. What was wrong with her? How could she be attracted to him drunk, now she was the one giving him mixed signals. She had to do something this was not working out for her.

She rubbed her forehead, that would explain how she got home. She took a deep breath, and she got out of bed and headed straight into the shower. The water pelted her everywhere and she could feel herself feeling a bit better.

When she was done showering, she decided to call Marian who picked up on her second ring. Talia explained to Marian in detail what she wanted from her and for her to call her when she got it sorted out.

Two hours later Talia got the call she was eagerly waiting for from Marian. And she thanked her secretary for the hard work that she had put in. In the timespan that she was waiting for Marian to call she had already packed a bag and was ready to go. She had to be at the airport at four in the afternoon and it was one now.

She called her driver who arrived fifteen minutes later and when the bags where in the car, they were on their way. When she got to the airport she had more than enough time to spare, she went and got some food, she realized that she hadn't eaten anything the whole day. When she finished her food, she drank some pills to take away the headache that she felt.

When it was time to check-in she took her bag and after the gruelling procedure of going through scanners and all she was finally led to first cla.s.s. Which she was grateful for when she sank back in her chair. She texted Marian that she had checked in and everything was great, and thanked her for her hard work.

After some time the flight finally took off and she started to doze off. She opened her eyes when the airhostess came to give her food. She ate the food and after desert she felt replenished. She looked outside and it was dark. She decided to listen to some music.

Talia opened her eyes when she head that they were landing, and she put on her seatbelt. When they touched the ground, she got out and took her luggage. She found the car that was booked for her.

When her luggage was in she got in the car, and after nearly an hour's drive she finally arrived at the hotel. It was beautiful. She checked in and went into the elevator. She opened the door to her suite and she was smiled. She saw the amazing view of the beach.

She decided to change into a bathing suite and put a throw over and then she went downstairs. She ate breakfast and after that she made her way down to the beach. The water was clear and there was a breeze. She saw a couple of people surfing and some eating.

It was lovely and she felt at peace. She found a chair to lay on in the shade. She would explore the place later on. She wasn't in the mood of getting lost.

She closed her eyes and took a nap.

Talia woke up feeling a bit startled wondering as to where she was and then she remembered and sunk back into the chair. She saw that it was in the afternoon, and decided to get some food. After eating and trying a new smoothie, she walked down the beach and looked around.

When it was close to sunset, she decided to head back and get ready for dinner. She showered and put on a dress that was flowing and headed downstairs. She ate her supper, and she headed outside where there was a stage performance with dancers.

She sat on the empty chair, and she looked at the drinks menu.

"It's nice to see you again, what would you like to order?"

Talia looked up a bit, "Sorry, I don't understand. Do you know me?"

"Yes I was your chauffeur this morning. I picked you up from the airport."

Talia looked at him this time and she a.s.sessed him. He seemed to be a year or two older than her and he had sandy blonde hair. She quickly snapped out of it when she realized that she was checking him out.

"Oh really. I would like a strawberry daquiri please."

"Anything else?"

"No."

With that he turned and left and Talia looked at him walking away. She turned her attention back to the dancers until he came back with her drink. "One strawberry daquiri."

"Thank you."

When he didn't leave, she looked at him with a confused look on her face, "Is there something you want to say?"

"No." with that he turned and left quickly.

Talia sipped her drink and it was delicious. She watched the dancers and tried to mimic a few movements but she felt it was really hard for one to move their hips like that. She wondered where the waiter had gone to. She wanted another drink.

She looked around and when she turned, she found him there staring at her. As if he was waiting for her to look for him. Her eyes widened and she quickly looked away. She started to wonder why she felt nervous, was that how it felt to have a crush?
