“Can Miss Feng wash clothes?”

“No.” What are dry-cleaning stores for?

“Can Miss Feng cook?”
“No.” Are all restaurants closed?

“Can Miss Feng clean?”

“No.” Did the part time workers resign?

At the corner of a coffee shop, a gentle-looking man kept throwing out all kinds of questions. Alas, he got the same one-worded reply every single time. Even the tone was the same, a lazy, uncaring one. His eyebrows became more wrinkled. He pushed his gla.s.ses up the bridge of his nose and simply asked, “What can Miss Feng do?” Looking at the lazy woman leaning against the gla.s.s, he had no hope in his heart.

He admitted that the woman in front of him was very beautiful, just like a demon fox reincarnated to attract souls and captivate them. But he was not a superficial person who only looked at the exterior appearance of a person. He wanted a gentle and virtuous wife, but this woman in front of him could do nothing. She had the possibility of letting him wear a green hat at any time. He was very dissatisfied with the blind date. 

At last, Feng Lingxi retracted her sight from the window and said, “Gentleman, you need a babysitter, but I am not short on money!”

After listening to this, the face of the woman sitting next to her distorted completely. The atmosphere turned awkward. Her beautiful face was full of rage. It was like she wanted to bite someone to death.

Yes! How could the head of Feng Clan be short on money? But couldn't she be bothered just a little bit about her marriage?

The man sighed and looked at them. He felt that there was no need to sit anymore. “Miss Feng, I have to say goodbye in advance!”

As soon as the man left, the beautiful and lovely woman threw herself directly at Feng Ling. She was about to strangle her. Feng Ling stretched out her hand and relaxed. She was totally unconcerned. She laughed and said, “The person was good this time.” At least he wasn't drooling while staring at her.

Xie Li Leng snorted, “Don't think that I don't know that you are trying to fool me. If he was really good, would you have turned him down?”

Although Xie Li was angry, there was nothing she could do about it. She was talking to the Gu Wu number one Feng wife's eldest daughter. She could not fight with her, therefore she could only express her disappointment, “You say, this is the second one you aren't satisfied with?”

Feng Lingxi looked at her rather helplessly and sighed, “Yeli, I'm a very good person. You can see that these people had no money, nor power. It's better if they just went away as I really have no interest in being a baby-sitter.” How can she manage a family and a clan, and be a good wife as well as a good mother at the same time? Besides, she didn't have any interest in that either.

In fact, she didn't understand why she had to marry herself off. Why should she take this burden on her shoulders? It was really troublesome.

For her, a man was nothing but a burden. Few men in the world could keep up with her. It was even more difficult to find one that was pleasant to the eye.

Xie Li rolled her eyes and snorted, “What kind of man do you really like?”

“The man I like…” Unless she liked to bear such a burden, otherwise everything should be avoided. But she was the center of power struggle. She had long been cold-hearted. It was really difficult for her to like someone regardless of gains and losses.

Ye Li pouted, humming, “I'm doing it for you. Don't you think it would be too lonely?” Her eyes drooped, with a flash of sadness appearing in them.

Feng Lingxi disapproved, “If a man was just for companions.h.i.+p, I think it would be better to have a dog. At least, they are more loyal than a man. Besides, there won't be so many demands.”

Xie Li was speechless. She felt that every time she talked to Feng Ling, she would die from anger. She always felt that her brain cells were not the same as those of others. Now she could not help but say angrily, “Then you should find a man to satisfy your needs.”

The next words spat from Feng Lingxi's mouth almost made Xie Li vomit blood, “It's better to open several male prost.i.tute shops. Wouldn't it be more convenient, free of restraint? I can even change the taste as well,” she said in amus.e.m.e.nt. Did she look so desperate?

“You… I'm getting so angry because of you! ” Ye Li patted her chest to breathe properly, grabbed her bag, took heavy steps and headed for the bathroom. Now, she needed to calm down.

Feng Lingxi put her elbows on the table, her hands held her head, and her silky hair slid down from her shoulders. They swayed slightly in the air because of her lazy sitting posture. Her red lips rose slightly, and the light flowing in her eyes made people dare not look straight at her,  afraid that their souls would be sucked by her. Anyone who saw her would feel that the woman was a fairy.

However, although she was lazy as a cat and her eyes were full of laughter, as soon as her senses became sharp, no one would feel that she was weak and easy to bully.

Looking at Ye Li's figure that disappeared, Feng Lingxi couldn't help shaking her head. She really didn't want to marry. She didn't know why Xie Li was so anxious. She was her only friend, so she was also allowed to make a fool of her. If someone else dared to bother her like that, she would have solved it earlier. Why would she accompany her in her madness?

“Ah…”

A scream came and the wind turned cold. In a blink of an eye the place she occupied, became empty.

“Xie Li…” Feng Lingxi rushed to the bathroom at the fastest speed. She could hear the scream that came from her. Xie Li was just an ordinary person, but she had been kidnapped once because she was involved with her. So, she had a.s.signed a shadow guard to her.

The ability of the Feng's shadow guards weren't bad. And it was hard for her to say to the Feng family that she didn't need one herself. The other Feng family members had more than one shadow guard.

Because she knew all this, she gave Xie Li the only shadow guard to protect her against others. As for protecting her from the Feng people, she specially made a secret weapon for her. Although Xie Li couldn't fight, as long as she takes them off-guard, even the existence of the shadow guards could be overthrown.

She saw Xie Li's shadow guard falling in the bathroom. Feng Lingxi curled her lips, and her smile turned cold. It was a real soul-stirring smile that no one wanted to see, because it was the smile of death.

The unstable breathing behind the door naturally could not escape Feng Lingxi's ears. Turning around, Xie Li suddenly rushed out from behind the door and hugged her. “Lingxi…” the voice was choking pitifully.

Xie Li was trembling all over, but she held Feng Lingxi tightly, as if she were holding on to the last straw to save her life. 

h.e.l.lo! hmm finally a new interesting chapter! I wonder what's going on though (Pretending that I don't know what would happen next) *coughs and looks away*
