Tinker licked his fat lips at the sight of the three Lochlea women in the guards room. He had been running away from calleak that had broken through a gap in the far-end wall his men had failed to fix. He felt his move to hide in a guards room a clever one. His guards will do their job to fix up the wall and fight the calleak or die trying. He didn't see the need for his own life to face the dangers.

Before he could roll to his feet, Lilia was standing over him. She knocked him out cold with the hilt of a short sword-dagger.

"Wow. You're right Sierra. These men aren't so bright. Then again, when was Tinker ever smart." Hannah chuckled.

"Let's get out of here before he comes to. He maybe dumb, but he's the dumb leader of this place. We'd want to be out of here before guards notice we're gone." Lilia sheathed her swords and coolly fitted her Lochlea marker scarf over her mouth.
