The number of ingredients for the a.s.sessments – It doesn't actually increase by 10 every level, as you will see in future chapters. It only increases by 5. Yes, the Fish head dish that the MC first said was not what he ultimately came out with. It was supposed to be chili-ed fish head but became fish soup instead. The red stamp thing never really comes into play…(not an inconsistency but I just felt I had to get that off my chest.)

As for the recipes:

Grandmother's Chili Eggs – No recipe in English could be found (at least by me. If someone found one, let me know.) But here's a Chinese video of it.

Fish Head Soup –Link This one is salmon but I know you could use other fish.

Pork liver and Green Peppers – Link. However, please do note (as it will become somewhat relevant in later chapters for accuracy that the green peppers here probably aren't green bell peppers that are purely sweet and not at all spicy. It's probably a lot more like Poblano peppers or like thicker versions of s.h.i.+s.h.i.+to Peppers if you know either of those.) Also, soaking liver in water…I've never actually heard of that. I've heard about soaking it in milk or not soaking it at all…so follow the MC's methods at your own discretion.
