There's two here. One is beef brisket noodles which is more traditional and probably what Ruan Tang would have made if he had all the ingredients and potato and beef stew, which is tomato based. That is not to say that Ruan Tang's version which used a tomato based broth isn't available, but the recipe is in Chinese.
