Xia burst out laughing, she had witnessed such scenes but An kai would always lift his hand and put his thumb on the little fella's lips but today, he had an IV drip on one hand while the other was on the opposite side from Huan so he just stared at the girl like someone watching a talk show . the girl posed her speech when she heard Xia laughing at her .

"hmm, did I say something wrong? Huan asked, why is mother laughing at me?

"Huan, you're such a terrible lover! you have been talking without giving your partner s.p.a.ce to say a single word and yet you're asking what you did wrong? you sure know how to talk! Ming said teasingly . she always enjoyed teasing her little sister out of habit . Huan frowned before turning to An kai, " is it really true that am the worst out of all your crush?

"you're not . " and the room continued to have voices of Huan asking as An kai answered but that didn't prevent the rest in the room from laughing and teasing the little girl .

The maids in the Han villa were giving Christina strange looks . they were truly convinced that the woman living with them was another person called Christina but the news had raised their own suspensions . they started comparing her to the Tinah they had in mind but results were always proving them right but Roline didn't mind their looks at all . she just told Christina to live her life as she has been living it .

once Roline entered her room, her eyes landed straight on the drawer that had both a video tape and the lab results from An kai's drinks . she really didn't want to watch or open the envelope but she had to do it, she wanted to know exactly what happened but that didn't stop the worry and panic within her .

the report had only shown the presence of excess sleeping pills in the drinks but what about the tape?

Roline just tossed them away before running down stairs, a thought had build up in her mind . she changed in her shoes and left the house without anyone knowing, even Christina who used to stick with her was too scared to show her face so she kept herself in her room without getting out .

when Roline drove away, she didn't stop until she reached Xin Yi's grand house but she too had to believe that Xin Yi had done a great investment in her house . one could think that she was a government official of some sort, no one could just believe that it belonged to a woman, who was merely an a.s.sistant but of course, an a.s.sistant with professional skills . Roline concluded as she parked her car on the sides and proceeded to press on the b.u.t.ton over at the gate . she spoke with the gate man for a while before he went in to inform Xin Yi about Roline's sudden arrival .

Roline waited for some minutes before she caught a glimpse at Xin Yi who had on hot pink short dress, seemingly going somewhere since it was a weekend .

"do you mind giving me some few minutes of your time? Roline just hit the nail on the head . she wasn't going play hide and seek with the devilish beauty in front of her . Xin Yi scanned her up and down without saying anything . Roline didn't mind her before continuing, "let's go to the nearby café . I will drive you . then Roline walked to her car without waiting for Xin Yi's reply .

Xin Yi gestured for the gate man to let the driver to follow them to the cafe before hopping on to Roline's car .
