When the excavators had marked a sizeable hole of the cemented area, in order to preserve the whole cemented block, a tripod was placed right above it. A small chain lock that would be able to lift at least 5 tons of dead weight was hanged in the middle. With the tripod stand in place, that was made of steel, it would be able to lift the cemented block easily without causing any cave-in.

One of the excavators uses a small brush to clear away the chiselled area. The cemented top part had somehow being dug into the soil so it's easy to differentiate the size of the cemented area.

After he had brushed the area, he marked it out and it measured about 80 centimetres x 68 centimetres slightly rectangular shaped surface. The top part centre was drilled in and then a kind of bolt was inserted into it and was twisted, and slowly the bolt mechanism tightened against inside the freshly drilled hole like an internal clamp.

The chain was lowered and hooked into the ring of the bolt head and slowly the chain block turned as the chain tightened. The cemented block moved out of the hole an inch at a time and the excavators paused to brush away the loose sand.

Again the chain was pulled and concrete block lifted yet another inch and the excavators began their brus.h.i.+ng again. This process took over an hour when suddenly one of the excavators asked the chain pullers to stop.

"There's some cloth materials here and also some bones, presumably parts consisting of ilium, ischium and pubis that made up of a pelvic bone. Quick, someone doc.u.ments this as I tag this part!"

Someone from the ICS team took several positional camera shots of the bone that was smoothened out within the concrete structure. By this time the concrete had been extricated about half a meter in height.

By this time, a lorry with a side crane attached arrived and waiting to lift the concrete pillar back to their HQ for forensic discovery. They would use special handheld high-pressure jets that looked like a small pistol that could loosen the concrete around the bones once at the lab.

Finally, the concrete column was successfully extricated from the ground and it was an estimated 1.2 metres in length. Everyone sighed a relief when the column was out from the ground. Peering deep inside the hole, there were no more traces of bone or cloth material in it.

A blue canvas was placed inside the lorry. One of the examiners wrapped a clear plastic film all around the concrete pillar so that no debris would fall or break apart. Then the concrete pillar was placed on the ground and 2 pieces of sling were laid across and slowly the concrete column was lifted off the ground by the lorry's crane and on to the lorry.

"We would like to thank you for everyone's a.s.sistance in this case. Your names would be up for public recommendation in the next few weeks. Would you do have any leads to our cases please feel free to contact us again or any Station Masters in other districts. We would put up notices to all the IO that would render their a.s.sistance once you have something new for them. Once again, my heartfelt thanks!"

The Station Master also known as the IO went around and clasped his hands under his chin and bowed to pay respects to everyone involved. He then shook hands with the members of the SPI team, to the Benevolent Monk, p.o.r.nsak and I.

"We will keep you updated once we are here in Chon Buri and if you wished us to a.s.sist to close some cold cases for you, we would not hesitate to give you a hand."

The team leader spoke as he proffered the SPI's and Narrator services to them. Of course, I was indirectly involved and would stick around indefinitely before my Leap.

Everyone packed to leave, while p.o.r.nsak and I proceeded inside to update the souls of Mae and Nak. Upon seeing us entering, the two ladies in white began to materialise outside their respective bedroom doors.

"Ce, the police have dug up your remains. Either they will engage Benevolent Monk or other monks to perform a cleansing ritual before cremating them. You may cross over to the netherworld when the time comes. Until then, Ce."

The two ladies looked at us acknowledging and appreciated at what we had done for them. They clasped their hands and bowed deeply to us. Since the ladies in white would be crossing over to the netherworld soon there won't be any more cases of them being suspected of riding pillion on the backs of motorcycles ridden by men anymore.

They disintegrated into the air and vanished, the same way as they had come into our vision. We left the house and gave a last glance at the abandoned house whose poor souls that had been tormented for the past few years of the rapes and murders, as well as injustice, is done towards them.

"Will there be any more followups to your narration, p.o.r.nsak? I believe I saw some more stacks of papers with locations and address on them that had been marked by scare ratings in them by you before."

"Aroon... Just let them be first. This abandoned house narration had taken over a few days and there should be a lot of editing to be done and may take weeks in the end. So let's... Sit back and enjoy each others company, shall we? I am sure we deserved a short break, don't you think so?"

"Yes, I think so too p.o.r.nsak. This coverage had taken a few days and definitely, the SPI team has a lot of editing to do. Since you had made 2 shots on 2 different locations before this big case, we let them do their work and contact us once everything is in order."

"Yes, just let us do that for the moment." p.o.r.nsak smiled as she curled up her arms within mine and walked towards our awaiting rented van. In a short while, we were heading towards the setting sun and towards the SPI headquarters that would be a 3 hours drive.

Upon reaching the SPI headquarters, the Benevolent Monk had to leave in a huff to attend to something and instructed me to take care of his niece properly.

p.o.r.nsak curled her arms and leaned her head on my shoulder as she bade her uncle off. Soon, the roar of the Yamaha RX King soon erupted from the engine and soon a cloud of dust was all left as the Benevolent Monk throttled his beast 125cc machine out into the main street.

We bade the SPI team and straddled on my Honda Vario and reversed out from the driveway. The guys told us that they would be in touch once the editing had been completed. I smiled as I turned the ignition of the Honda Vario and purred down the street heading back to my house.

It was close to dusk and we didn't have a chance to eat lunch earlier on site of the abandoned house out of respect for the exhumation of the two ladies' corpses.

By 25 minutes or so, we had reached the driveway of my house and p.o.r.nsak hopped off the bike while I rolled it in position and parked the bike. The auto lights came on at the porch, and so does the interior of the house too.

It had been a long day and both of us were shacked out by the events at the abandoned house as p.o.r.nsak had to narrate back our visions of that unfateful night. We decided to call the restaurant for food takeouts and sauntered into the house and plopped down on the sofa of the living room.

"I'm hungry..." p.o.r.nsak looked at me with her eyes half closed. "I'm hungry as well we hadn't had lunch earlier and all we have was 2 bread and b.u.t.ter with a cup of coffee..." I replied as I gazed into her eyes. "But I want to eat something else, I want to eat you..." She said as she snuggled her head close to my lap and her hands were fumbling at my belt buckle.

"Could we 'do it' after we have a proper dinner? I don't think I would have the strength if we don't have sustenance inside us." I quickly replied and placed my hands gently on hers from unbuckling my belt.

"Tee... Hee... Hee... I'm sure you gonna say that. Furthermore, our bodies are so sticky and icky from earlier today that I want to have a soak in the bathroom longer than ever." she grinned at me and smelled at my armpit and waved at her nose playfully.

"Alright, you go on ahead and let me call the restaurant for takeouts. We having noodle tonight, would that be alright?" I asked p.o.r.nsak as she turned her body and flashed me a thumbs up and closed the bedroom door after her.

I quickly called the restaurant and ordered two "seafood pad thai", an egg omelette with 2 servings of oysters and a serving of somtum. The arrival of the food would be in 15 to 20 minutes time.

**********

Writer's Note:

Seafood Pad Thai is actually rice noodles with seafood, pork, chicken, bean sprout, spring onion, shredded cabbage and shredded carrots cooked in a big fiery wok and served with spicy pad Thai sauce.

Somtum is a mix greens salad that consists of Thai Chilli, fresh garlic, dry shrimps, fish sauce, palm sugar, peanuts, lime juice, cherry tomatoes, string beans and unripe papaya.

I used the time for the arrival of the food to make an imaginary call to Max. After moving around the house and calling for Max, he appeared materialising in the kitchen wearing a set of blue silk pyjamas and was holding a cup of coffee.

"There must be a way to conveniently call you, Max. I was wondering how shall I contact you in the near future. You must have a mobile phone on you, don't you? But if we were in an era that mobile phone doesn't exist, then how the h.e.l.l am I going to call you?"

"Well Sam, I do have a mobile phone. Just press asterisk 629 pound. 629 is my name, Max if you look at your alphanumeric keypad."

"Eh??? Now you tell me you got a phone! Why don't you tell me earlier, man!"

"Sorry Sam, you didn't ask so I didn't tell you!"

"What the f.u.c.k! Oh, yea... I almost forgot the reason why I called you... d.a.m.n Max, you should have told me you could be contactable..."

"Sorry old boy, its kinda slipped out of my mind for a second there. I still haven't figure out the function of this device though. Haa... Haa... Haa..."

Max leaned against the refrigerator and suddenly he was 'swallowed' inside as he forgot he was just a 3D holographic image and soon popped out again from there.

"Alright, just a quick update. p.o.r.nsak going to be with me all day and night for several nights. The cold case of the last narration part had blown its top and police were scrambling to apprehend the rapists and murderers."

"I would be doing some upgrades and tests on the hand seals that were taught by p.o.r.nsak's Uncle at his place once he is back from his current tasks at hand."

"So in the meantime, can you check your device if the Leap would take place sometime later or not? Since I'm not going to miss the training with p.o.r.nsak's Uncle and to find out the verdict after the police investigations."

"Sure thing, Sam. I will update you. And if you need to call on me again don't forget asterisk 629 pound and connect."

"Alright Max, go and have your coffee somewhere else. My dinner would be coming soon and I've got to arrange it on the dinner table and then it's woo woo time. You understand right? Woo woo....."

"Hahahaha... Alright Sam, I understand. You mortals and especially you, all have time for a little chika chika boom boom right? Off I go then, toodle Doo..."

With that Max disintegrated and vanished in the air. Just like the two ladies in white, they seemed to be connected somehow. Maybe Max is a ghost or something? No one knows, maybe Mr Director knows more than I do and I just play the part of Aroon Chevapratnadumrong well now.

Food arrived a short while later by a rider. I paid through my ATM machine with the gadget that he had brought with him and I took all the packages inside and placed them on the dining table. I switched the air con to a low oscillating speed so that it won't cool the food too fast and I placed a food cover that was made of colourful rattan and shaped like a farmer's hat. Oh wait, maybe that's a real farmer's hat!

I went to the bathroom and found that p.o.r.nsak was still in the shower. I undressed and knocked on the shower door and it opened up a crack and I entered. p.o.r.nsak was lathering her body and all her privvies were covered with suds and it looks pretty as a mermaid. Hahahaha.

I dumped my soiled clothes in the laundry basket and jumped in the shower with her and hugged her tight as if 2 dolphins were trying to make out.

Caution: Slippery When Wet!

A simple sentence has two meanings. Hahahaha.

The warm water cascading from the shower head and the way we held each other and kissed ravishly made gooseb.u.mps all over our skins. We laughed through our shower and played like little kids together, taking turns to scrub each other and halfway through gorging the shaft half filled with blood.

"Your little soldier is rising to attention, do you want me to take care of it for you?" she asked as she held on to my shaft and playfully stroke till it reaches the crown and back again to the hilt.

"After dinner, I promised you we going to have a battlefield... Hahahaha." I chuckled as I removed her hands from my shaft which under her persuasion has risen to three quarters flag.

"Let's wash up, change and then have dinner... OK?" I said as she pouted her lips like a goldfish and I kissed it, making a big smacking sound that she giggled like a small child.
