"Eh....I....answers me no seek much," I replied in roughly the same manner as the old man was asking. "Speak do not me follow...Guardian Spirit you saw; answers you seek. Also keris you bring; power many many." he said and I almost choked and nearly laugh out this time. I looked at the brothers and they too were covering their mouths tightly while holding their laughter back till their faces were as red as tomatoes.

"You sit go there. Meditate. Mind you set free. No thinking naughty naughty eh... Empty mind. Wait something happens and feel light in the body. Then check you I will. Got one answer your mind in question." said the Master as he pointed with his crooked walking stick towards a round mat on the floor that was woven from the dried husk filament of the coconut. From the looks of it, I sure am going to scratch my b.u.t.t like a monkey! Does it gets any worse than this??!?

"Hmmmpphhh.....Hmmpphhh.... Hmmpphhh" stifled waves of laughter from the brothers can be heard and I can see tears streaming down their faces as they tried hard not to be transformed into laughing hyenas.

I crept at the rough looking mat, planted myself while squinting hard at the p.r.i.c.kly surface; sat cross-legged and closed my eye. Placing both hands at my knees I cleared my mind and take control of my breathing. After a while, I felt kind of dizziness slowly creeping into me. The noise of the surroundings suddenly turned m.u.f.fled and there seemed to be a vortex in the middle of my darkened "vision" and this soon turned into alternate bright flashes of blinding light and darkness. I was half expecting the Master was flas.h.i.+ng a torchlight at my face and then covering it up with a blanket afterward repeatedly.

The Master just advised emptying my mind...Haiish...

"SMACK!!" a painful slap landed on my forehead and I can't help myself from reeling backward from my sitting position. My eyes start tearing up and I blinked painfully at the same time while using both hands to cover the top of my eyes as they adjusted to the glaring light. "Sorry. Big mosquito come bite. Here is dengue zone. No good." muttered the Master after I realized that he had swatted my forehead and squashed the mosquito.

A small blob of blood appeared on the squashed mosquito's abdomen and I rubbed at the itchiness that came after. Soon a small welt appeared right in the center of my forehead. "Good, now third eye open. Die soon faster, see ghosts day and night. Die, die, die!!!," exclaimed the Master incorrigibly while the three brothers suddenly cracked up and were rolling on the floor; unable to hold in their laughter anymore; laughing so hard that they were all holding on to their tummies, tapping out and stomping their feet at the same time.

I am not too sure whether my Third Eye was opened and whether I would be dying soon as I looked at their direction and cannot help by chuckling at their antics. I can't help letting out a sigh whether this old man who called himself a Master was proven or self-proclaimed one.

"Now stand. Try push me. Strong one!" commanded the old man. I slowly stood up and looked rather stupified as I pushed one hand to push his shoulder. "You woman? Strength you use! Push like me!" he demonstrated by being in a kind of stance, dropped his walking stick on the floor and used his two outstretched palms on my chest and pushed with a slight of his body.

BOOM!!!! I was literally blown backward the moment I felt a slight pressure from his palms. I was totally shocked and was flailing my arms about like performing a reverse b.u.t.terfly stroke; grabbing nothing for support until I fell off the edge of the gazebo.

"ROTTEN JACKFRUIT YOU FALL!!!" shouted Cheng and imitated the way the old man's talk before all three of them were in st.i.tches again.

I dusted myself off and climbed the gazebo again. This time I followed his stance, my left foot slightly outwards, arms stretched and palms on his shoulders. As the old was of short stature, I cannot help by putting my hands on his second-highest apex of the body. When I was about to push, he suddenly grabbed my two wrists and I can feel a surge of unknown energies or electricity traveling from his wrists down to my arms, my chest then the body, my abdomen and then down to my legs before the energies I felt it travel upwards and then reached the crown of my head.

"Hhuuaaaaaaa.....!!!"

I can feel not only the sudden surge of energies but can also sense or hear the crackling and sizzling of energies as it went through my body. After some moments, he released my wrists and I suddenly went jelly at my knees and slumped on the ground like a huge pile of flab. He held his hand under my arm and effortlessly brought me to my feet. He guided me towards the edge of the settlement like the blind leading the unblind and stopped near a clearing.

"Now see what you? Moving things? Colors? Ugly ghost?" asked the old man as I tried to understand about half of what he said and peered out to the open area. Suddenly, behind some thick tree trunks, I saw a white figure that was 'peek-boo'ing at my direction and also a kind of slithering multispectrum kind of figure like cloth moving around the trees. "It can't be right!!! Its still daytime and I can see spirits wandering!" I thought aloud to myself. " I can see what others cannot see,"I said after some time, afraid that saying in a direct manner would make those spirits follow me back home.

"Good...Good... You Third Eye open. Directly do not call name. Say you saw friends, OK?" advised the old man as if he had read my mind openly. "Yes, Master. Thank you." I profusely thanked the old man. "About the Qi, how to make use of it?" I pondered when I wanted to find out more about the uses of the Qi that was somehow transferred or unlocked.

"You one hour meditate. One day one time. Everyday. From tonight. Your Qi flow increase one day one percent. One hundred days become one hundred. Now Losing Self. Next upgrade. Gathering Chi. Internal energy. Concentrate. Hit or Kick. Leg kick or hand punch become BIG. Strength multiply. Boomboom.....!!! You come. One hundred days here." replied the old man in his manner.

"Yes Master, I come here in one hundred days time to upgrade. At the same time, I meditate every day for about one hour. So whenever I kick or punch the leg or arm that I used will multiply in strength right?" I repeated his instructions carefully so I do not miss a thing.

"Good boy," that was his remark as I repeated what he had advised me a few moments ago.

I turned and looked at the three brothers and found out that they were mimicking the actions just now just like in a slow kungfu movie and when they caught a glimpse looking at them, they fall back on the ground and cracked into laughter again.

"b.l.o.o.d.y loco..."
