New Life Online 217 Draugr And Golem

Scy decided to come with me to meet my guildmates. We travel above the mountains near the west side of the Dragoons City. We reached them without any trouble but it seems that there's a conflict on-going already.

-South East Gra.s.sland, Near the Army of Order of Light-

"We have to charge at them now, Sir. These guys don't deserve to be even here in our territory." Zeth, with their losses earlier, is not really showing any welcoming reactions upon meeting Jay again.

"Don't lose your cool Zeth. I know that you really want to avenge your people but we need to think wisely." The old man replied.

"They died helplessly because I ordered them to. I need to do this for the sake of my people and because I am their leader!" This situation is really not what I expected. Zeth is showing more aggressiveness than he used to be.

"And I am your leader! So stay there and wait. Let's clear our heads." The old man is the only one thinking clearly.

"I don't think it's a good idea for you to clear your head any more than it has been already. Up until now, you made the wrong decisions and led us to this pointless war." Scythus suddenly interrupted.

"You're one of the reasons why people think that our guild is not as strong as it used to be. You're even here making our life difficult. All we want to do is to get back what was lost."

"And get stolen again? I don't think that you understand what is going on here." Scy is pretty good with his words.

"Don't twist your words and just tell me what you are thinking, not that we are going to believe it but it's better if we get your idea." The old man is curious. I don't think he's related to the Soul stone issue.

"You told us earlier about the raids that happened before the disappearance of the Soulstone right? That time, my guild was freeing the slaves of the Ravens but the leader wasn't there. We kind of sorted it out by her agreeing to pay for what she's done. She promised to help to rebuild the city and pay a large amount of fine. There's no way she can steal it. We have spied on her the whole time." What? Then if that's true, then we can't really tell who's at fault here.

"Tsk... Jeez... So what now? Are you going to continue the war? You know there's no benefit for winning against us, right?" Scy's trying to use reasoning huh...

"Let us investigate inside both of your guilds. If we can't find anything then I guess that's just it." The old man proposed...

"I don't think that's a good idea. It's not because we did something bad but we just don't want you guys w.i.l.l.y nilly going around our guild." Jay answered.

"Seriously, Jay? Jeez, I'm here to fix things and you, here, doesn't want to help..." Scy is a little bit frustrated but I know he knew that this is going to happen.

"Then even if you like it or not, we will take your city by force." Maximus' shows absolute order.

"We're not just waiting in our guild doing nothing. We are all preparing for times like this. Fortunately, we can have wars whenever we want. LET'S SHOW THEM THE POWER OF THE OTHER SIDE GUILD!" Jay... sometimes you're just mad...

"ORDER OF LIGHT! LET THERE BE LIGHT!" Maximus ordered...

The light started to s.h.i.+ne from their army! It pierces my eyes! Scy's darkness disappeared like it was never been in the Dragoons City. Their equipment started to s.h.i.+ne, boosting their ability to fight. Not bad from the guild with the best supports.

"ORDER OF LIGHT! CHARGE!" Oh, G.o.d... It's starting...

Order of Light army is charging towards us but the other guilds are charging to the Dragoons City. Storm Seekers are mostly spellcasters and just storming the city from afar. a.s.sa.s.sins from both Ravens and Serpentes are using their sneaking ability to get near the city while the Hearth Fire's army is taking the hit from afar.

The city will fall soon and we need a miracle to save them.

*SWOOOOOOOOOOs.h.!.+ SWOOOOOOOs.h.!.+* A Large amount of different kinds of spells is already flying towards our direction. Those fire spells, on the other hand, are on a different level. I bet they're from Azzie, the best spell caster of Order of Light.

"That's really something. Briam, please do something about it." Jay ordered.

"I don't know about that Jay, that looks like we need more support to block all of it but we will try. OTHER SIDE! FOCUS ON BARRIERS!" Briam ordered. I guess we will expect fewer spell bursts from them.

Our supports did their best to block the spells while we charge ahead but it's too much for them and some barriers broke. Some spells. .h.i.t a lot of our front liners and fortunately, we are tougher than that. Some died but it's unavoidable. Briam's spellcasters also tried shooting back but it was useless, not a single spell pa.s.sed through the barriers of Order of Light. Mari's barriers are way too overpowered, not to mention Warden's also there.

"Darn it. Their supports are way better than us. We'll show how powerful our warriors to them! CHARGE!" Jay ordered. Fortunately, I'm a bit rested but it's not enough to last long. We are now charging ahead too. The risk is too high but I fought the worst odds. I'll try my luck once again.

*BAAAAAAAAM!* A giant golem emerged from the ground sending some of our warriors flying! Holy c.r.a.p! That's Celeste's Golem and it's enormous this time!

*BAAAAAM BABABAAAAAM!* It lashed out powerful punches to the ground killing a lot of our warriors! Someone needs to stop that thing!

"Take that, you b*tches! EARTH GOLEM'S GIANT STOMP!" Celeste's controlling the giant golem from afar and we can't stop her! We will lose a lot of manpower if we have to stop the golem!

"COME FORTH! DRAUGR'S WRATH!" Rafrov summoned his monster soul. He's the only one in our guild who has a dark type monster soul. I hope he can stop the golem.

*BAAAAAAAM!* The Draugr shattered after it tried stopping the golem's stomp... Should I worry now?

"WAHAHAHA! Was that your monster soul?! It's as dumb as you guys!" Celeste has a bit of a character but she's really strong, I can say that.

*BAAAAAAAAM!* The Golem fell down! The Draugr, after getting shattered, reconstructed itself and then lifted the golem's foot making it lose its balance! How on earth did it carry the Golem?!

"You, s*hit! I'll make sure my Golem's going to smash you to death!" I bet you will Celeste.

"I'll take care of the golem, Jay. Go ahead." Rafrov suggested and so Jay just nodded and we continued charging. We are getting close.

*ZWOOOOOOOs.h.!.+* Jay jumped ahead towards the army by himself! This guy is crazy!

*BOOOOOOOOM!* A ma.s.sive force was unleashed! Zeth stopped Jay's attack by blocking it with his sword. Those near them was knocked back by the force. Both of them are so powerful, even with Jay's power stones, Zeth can stop that ma.s.sive attack.

It's time. I need to save energy and spend as little as possible.

*BAAAAAM BABABAAAAAAM!* We finally collided with their defenders and warriors.

I did my best attacking them but they're tougher than we thought. There are too many of us and them that I'm having trouble moving. I might get killed if I get squished here. It's time to use my mana.

"FRUIT PUNCH!" I used my power stone on my palm.

*BOOOOOOM!* and it exploded in front of us pus.h.i.+ng away a lot of the opposing team. My hand is a bit damaged but not that much.

*SWOOOOOOs.h.!.+ BAAAAAAM!* After that, I swiftly moved and attacked the weak spots of the defenders because basically, their armors are tough enough to ignore the damage of my dagger. I killed a lot that I lost count.

I need to defeat more of them before I get exhausted. Blood is everywhere, this is one gory scene but it's for the guild.

I rushed ahead to attack more but... The area is covered in sand.
