"BRIGHT EDGE'S LIGHT SWORD!" I used my sword infused with light elements and slash the big hand made of sand that holds me!

It worked! I was able to escape and the sand that hit by my light sword just crumbled! It looks like you can counter his move using other elemental attacks or spells.

"BRIGHT EDGE'S THOUSAND SWORDS OF LIGHT!" I created swords of light all over the place. The sand started to submerge, it looks like light element really is good for stopping spells.

"Good job, Zia. You are really something else. I don't really use that much earth spells so this time, I will just show you the real power of our clan. BASILISK'S SECOND FORM! MOONLIGHT'S MARK!" He finally used his second form! His second form provides better defense. This will be a tough one.

Eh?! A blade pierced my back! It didn't pa.s.s through all the way my body but it's enough to almost kill me! I was able to back off in time but my back and chest are still badly injured. Where did he come from?! The mark on my forehead disappeared but I didn't even saw him.

*CLANG!* I tried to put a mark on his neck but before I reach him, he already blocked my attack!

"MOONLIGHT'S CRESCENT DANCE!" He created clones around me! He's planning on ending it here!

"BRIGHT EDGE'S CYCLONE!" I twirled around and made a powerful cyclone knocking off every clone he created and pushed him back! That was close!

"MOONLIGHT'S MARK DANCE!" Out of nowhere, four clones surrounded me in just a blink of an eye!

*CLANG CLANG!* I used my sword to block the attack from above, used my arm to block the sword aiming for my head from the front and used one of my legs to block the attack from the one who targets my body from below... but one got my right thigh. That stings... Absolute armor made by Bright Edge was enough to block the others attack but I missed one.

"BRIGHT EDGE'S BLADE DANCE!" I spun real fast in mid-air and slashed every single one of them. They're not that strong compared to the original but they still hurt like crazy.

"I never thought that someone could survive something like that. I avoided showing my abilities in public but you're still too hard to defeat even using my full power." Sieg... you won't make me quit that easily. Well, I'm pretty sure I'm going to die soon if you keep it up.

I'm bleeding all over the place and I think one more attack from him would really kill me. What would Scy do in this kind of situation? I took a deep breathe and look carefully around me. There must be some kind of trick he uses to do that thing... A blind spot to his no opening defense.

"Now, prepare to see my own finis.h.i.+ng move! MOONLIGHT's...o...b..OF THE NIGHT'S STRIKE!" He disappeared... but his body reappeared near me, once again he disappeared and popped out nearby... I knew it!

*SWOOOOOSH SWOSWOSWOOOs.h.!.+* He teleported numerous times to confuse my senses and then suddenly, he popped out above me aiming for the killing blow, a normal player's speed wouldn't be able to dodge it but...

"BRIGHT EDGE'S MARK!" I put a mark on the ground nearby and I teleported there.

"Huh?!" Suddenly, his attack hit nothing but air. I got out in time by using the same move he always uses but I realized that the mark doesn't only work with targets but also the terrain. The wound I got from the back was him, creating a mark on my forehead to confuse me but his plan is to catch me off guard from the back by creating another mark behind me.

"BRIGHT EDGE'S MARK!" I put a mark on his neck while he's in mid-air after missing his attack!

*CLANG!* d.a.m.n it! I almost got him! He successfully deflected my attack!

"MOONLIGHT'S MARK!" He created a mark somewhere! Now, I will try my luck!

"BRIGHT EDGE'S MARK!" I put a mark two steps behind me and...

"What?! Where is..." He said confused! I knew it! He put a mark behind me but before he appears, I teleported two steps behind me making me the one who's behind him!

"BRIGHT EDGE'S FURIOUS LIGHT BLADE TEMPEST!" I moved with incredible speed with all my might and pierced his back! The force of the attack was able to pierce his tough armor and his body. That's not gonna end this, I pulled my sword back and slashed his back with all I've got! That... finished it... Woah... He left his guard down and didn't antic.i.p.ate a random move by me.

After that, his monster soul form got canceled. He fell to the ground. I slowly sit down after that... I'm too exhausted and weak.

He's pretty much alive but I can say that he's incapacitated. So where to now?

-Light's Inn-

(Chara's POV)

I'm finally back to the game after eating and taking care of myself. I thought I'd die of hunger and thirst but somehow I managed to survive. I shouldn't go to war hungry next time.

I woke up and said my thanks to the tavern keeper. My body in the game needs more rest but my hunger and thirst are pretty good. If this war lasts more than half a day, then I will be screwed again. After this, I need to have good exercise. My senses tell me that the nearest ongoing fight is with Aurora and Celeste.

I rushed towards South and I can tell that Aurora doesn't need my help anymore but still, I have to get there and help to maximize time.

-Near Order of Light South Gate-

After minutes of running. I finally reached the location and bodies of the Order of Light army are all over the place while a giant golem is fighting with Aurora. Celeste is wounded but refuses to surrender. Aurora's already using her first form while Celeste... is using her full soul summoning. The giant golem is the full Earth Golem but it's not enough to stop Aurora. How strong is she?!

"Surrender now, Celeste. You won't win against me." Aurora warned Celeste who's losing pretty bad.

"You, d.a.m.n b*tch! I will smash that mouth of yours! GOLEM! SMASH THAT B*TCH!" Uhmm... I think I'm in a wrong game... Celeste shouted but with Aurora's fast movement, she was able to dodge all the golem's attack by moving sideways and now she's going for Celeste.

Before she reaches Celeste, a big explosion happened in the South Gate making a small hole! I knew it! It's Jay and the others!

"Jay! Finally! You're here!" I came out of my hiding spot and waved at Jay. I thought our efforts would be in vain. Now, there are more reinforcements.

"I'm sorry, Chara but can you come here for a second?" Jay is acting weird right now. So I went to meet them.

"You've done your part. You can rest now." He said while going ahead. Rest? I can still fight, why should I rest?

*CLANG!* What the?! He's attacking Aurora!

"Jay! What are you doing?! Aurora's on our team!" What is wrong with him?!

"No, Chara. We are now on Order of Light's side. I've already talked to Maximus and this is for the best." What?!

"It looks like the old man already convinced you to join his plan as well. It's so weird that the one who caused the war will join who he was against and decided to betray his best friend. That old man's persuasiveness is something." Aurora's expecting this. I don't know what is happening but is she saying that Jay will stop Scy's group?! Then what am I really fighting for?

"Don't say it like that. I'm not the bad guy here. I don't really have a choice but to join his absurd plan for the future. Now, we will stop you!" He charged at Aurora once again!

"Chara! What are you doing?!" Jay said after I blocked his attack.

"I don't know what you're up to but this is so wrong. Scy fought for you and you're doing this? This is not the Jay I know!" I exclaimed with anger. I'm still confused but this isn't right.

"This is not for me to decide anymore, Chara. I know how you feel but believe me, I'm doing this for us. You just have to trust me." Trust him and let everyone else die because he thinks it's for the best? I don't think so...

" I followed you but now, I don't think I have to follow you anymore. I'm sorry but as of today, I will join Petula and leave the Other Side Guild." I replied showing him that I will stop him if I have to.
