Alicia was not sure she heard him well and wanted to confirm his words. "Excuse me, I think I just heard you wrong, could you repeat yourself" Normally, Prince would have been angry if it was someone else but for some reason, he could not get angry at the d.a.m.n woman in front of him.

He looked into her eyes deeply as if searching her soul, placing the cup of wine in his hands on a tray he moved closer to her. Alicia looked up at him this time because his figure was towering on her. "What would it take for me to bring you into my company?" he asked her coolly lowering his gaze.

Alicia laughed in an amused manner, looking at him calmly she replied with her own cool voice "I expect someone of your caliber to at least be able to do a thorough check on their rivals" she raised her head proudly. With a frown, Prince replied "I never considered you my rival" "Oh, really, please enlighten me then if you are not my rival then what are you?" she asked him mockingly

Prince noticing her intentions and the clear line of battle she had drawn decided to stop nitpicking on his words "If I wanted I could squash that tiny company of yours" "Says the man who hides behind others, why don't you give it a try then" The d.a.m.n woman was practically testing his limits "Excuse me?" what does she mean by 'the man who hides behind others' he just thought being known as the founder of Dragon Totem was too troublesome given his background.

Alicia seeing him lost in thoughts could not help but laugh "How exactly have you been managing your so-called empire, your highness?" she had teasingly. Wait, what? she was right, she actually hit the nail on the head. She was actually in the presence of a royal? Alicia was planning on teasing him and probably fish for more information. She never thought an actual prince could found a business empire that has been strong ever since its conception.

The Buchanans were more of royals in the country, they had almost the same power as the president if not more. There were two kids in total the prince standing in the same s.p.a.ce as her and his younger sister whom she had met two years ago. No wonder there was a bit of resemblance between him and Aurora, she only had her suspicion because of his logo which she had seen on Aurora in the past.

"How did you know?" he asked through clenched teeth. Alicia shrugged not bothering to mention her relations.h.i.+p with his sister. Looking at him closely she had the urge to laugh, he made a really cute face when he was laughing and it was quite hilarious. Seeing his face turn darker she couldn't hold it in anymore rendering a peal of laughter in the office.

Alicia laughed so much her stomach started to hurt. Noticing her discomfort Prince extended to hand to pat her back but stopped himself midway. Alicia had forgotten her professionalism but she could not help it. One sibling was digging up her information while the other one was covering it. She looked up with teary eyes making her look weak and innocent and quickly she apologized.

Prince backed up from her and stood straight noticing she had wiped all form of laughter or smile from her face. "You haven't answered my questions," he said. "Perhaps, you are not as wise as you think you are, I only had my suspicions and anyone with half a brain should be able to know that your logo has a sign of the crest of the royal army and it can not be forged" Alicia stated."Although from what I can see, you are your own enemy, I merely asked a question but your facial expression and words gave the answer away"
