The Black Tiger 3 Inspec

The nurses rushed through the snow white halls as an emergency alarm howled like a wolf. The clearly stressed nurses ran towards the exit at the end of the hall.

"Stay calm. There's no need to worry ma'am"

Charles was rushed into the hospital as his mother cried while screaming:

"PLEASE SAVE MY SON!"

His father was talking in his phone as he followed his son into the emergency room. As the doors closed the surgery began with a strange vibe hanging in the air.

"We should leave" Tigris said as he made the tiger walk through one of the hidden doors near Gabriel's room. "Why? I know I'm in a tight spot, but you told me just some minutes ago that it's soon my turn to take revenge." Gabriel stuttered inside his mind. The black tiger paused.

"There's no need to hurry, there's plenty of time to play with them again. For now you should concentrate on becoming stronger" Tigris replied with a spark in his voice.

Gabriel felt a bit disappointed. He couldn't move his body, the only thing he could do was to observe what was happening. He knew they would try to hunt him down, the most likely scenario were that they killed him when he was in his original form. The difference between his two bodies was enormous. For now the most suitable answer was to agree with Tigris.

The tiger left the mansion as the sun was settling down in the red horizon. The rooms were filled with confusion and panic as the events had petrified the ones who where present at the time. The only thing left by the animal was blood and terror as it left the mansion into the big forest behind the hills.

Gabriel leaned against a leaf tree by a small lake filled with clear water. Yesterday's events surprised him, he couldn't imagine himself hurting any of his relatives. Mostly because he is to weak, however it wasn't him hurting them. It was Tigris. The lake he was close to were filled with fish from multiple races. Their colors were emerging from the water as they swam calmly.

[MESSAGE]

CONGRATULATIONS, YOU HAVE GAINED THE ABILITY 'INSPECT'

[ALARM]

THE ABILITY 'INSPECT' IS CURRENTLY AT LEVEL 1

"A new ability, I hope it's useful" Gabriel stunned.

"The ability 'inspect' allows you to collect information on everything you observes. The ability can only collect certain information on objects or people according to its level." Gabriel listened carefully as Tigris spoke.

Gabriel looked around searching for something to observe when he stumbled over an old peace of armor.

It looked rusty and was barely managing to stay in one piece. There was a symbol on the chest with the shape of a lion.

"Inspect"

The ability wasn't very informative, but as Tigris said the information displayed was probably depending on its level. Gabriel understood that for the ability to become useful he needed to use it repeatedly.

THE ABILITY 'INSPECT' HAVE LEVELED UP FROM LEVEL 1 TO LEVEL 2 DUE TO CONTINUOUS USE

Gabriel smirked as he read the update. He was impressed that it didn't take much effort before his new skill leveled up. Gabriel started to understand the system a bit more because of the three times he got abilities. The most obvious one is that one can obtain unique abilities out from special actions. He got the ability 'shapes.h.i.+fter' due to him being in danger and his newest ability because of him observing the fish. He can also gain these unique powers as rewards through the system, that's how he got the ability 'detect'.

"Gabriel, we should move. I can sense their presence."

Gabriel looked at the columns beside him for a split second before answering:

"Ok, Tigris"

Gabriel transformed to the black tiger, then Tigris took control of the body. The tiger trotted towards the deeper parts of the forest as the sound of guards running through the forest got loader.

Pia and Damien sat in the plain waiting room at the hospital. It had been 2 hours since their son Charles went into surgery. Their two girls were at their relatives house to prevent them from getting hurt from the vicious beast who appeared in front of them. It was terrifying, they had never seen such a big creature outside of an dungeon before. They didn't know where it came from due to them not focusing on what were happening. Their children were in shock and they were to terrified to tell what had happened. It all escalated so fast.

A nurse walked into the room and called on mr. and mrs. Warran. The operation went successfully and the doctors who had been in charge wanted to talk to them. Two surgeons stood in a small office. They talked until they noticed them walking into the room.

"Mr. and Mrs. Warran we have some news we want to share with you. The wounds your son have sustained weren't severe. Actually we are very surprised because the damage on your son didn't destroy any of his important organs or blood vessels. It's almost like the one hurting him precisely calculated where to hit so that Charles wouldn't die from the powerful blow." The surgeon sounded quite exited. The room went silent, the only noises in the room were made from electronics.
