Yi Fei continued watching her anime in her room after Bai Jing Ting left. While laughing like a crazy person, her phone flashed. She checked her phone and saw that someone had sent her request in QQ.

"Luke5Chen had sent you request" Yi Fei read the notification and without wasting any time, she accepted the request. She then sent a request back to Luke5Chen. Yi Fei knew that it was Wu Chen because it was obvious. The other party approved of her request so she let down her phone and continued watching her anime.

Yi Fei was eating dinner with NaNa in the living room when her phone flashed. She unlocked her phone to find that Luke5Chen had sent her something in QQ. She opened her QQ app.

Luke5Chen: Is this yours? I found it on my sofa

Unicorn G.o.ddess Fei: Yes ar… I want to lend it to you but I forgot to tell you about it

Luke5Chen: Ok, thank you for lending me the book.

Luke5Chen: How is your knee?

Unicorn G.o.ddess Fei: Getting better. It was not as painful as yesterday. Thank you for the medicine ^_^

Luke5Chen: It should be. I heard from NaNa that Bai Jing Ting came to see you.

Unicorn G.o.ddess Fei: Yes ar… He bandaged my knee to keep the swelling down

At the end of the day, Wu Chen cannot stop himself from mentioning Bai Jing Ting. He did not know what kind of thing he expected from Yi Fei when he mentioned that Bai Jing Ting came to see her.

Heck, he did not even know whether he liked her like really like her or it was just a temporary attraction. Either one, his heart ached.

Seeing that Wu Chen did not continue with their conversation, Yi Fei lost her appet.i.te to eat. She put away her plate and continued staring at her phone.

"Who sent you a message?" The gossiper NaNa emerged.

"Your brother" Yi Fei took her phone and rechecked their conversation.

NaNa did not ask further. She knew that her cousin brother must have felt disturbed when seeing the picture of Bai Jing Ting and Yi Fei together.

Yi Fei waited until NaNa finished eating before clearing away the plates and washed the dishes. She took her phone and entered her room. NaNa did the same.

Inside her room, Yi Fei stayed on her bed and checked whether Wu Chen had continued their conversation. To her dismay, Wu Chen did not send anything after her last reply. Yi Fei's mind wandered to the moment where Wu Chen grabbed her hand in the supermarket. Her face reddened to the thought. She took her phone, opened her QQ and started typing.

Unicorn G.o.ddess Fei: Brother, I forgot to send you the recipe. What kind of food do you want to eat?

A few minutes later…

Luke5Chen: That recipe can wait. You need to rest properly first.

Unicorn G.o.ddess Fei: The chicken will be spoiled ar…

Luke5Chen: The chicken is not important. It could be bought in the supermarket anytime but your knee is irreplaceable.

Unicorn G.o.ddess Fei: Brother, when you say it like that, you make my heart melt… Are you always like this to everyone?

Yi Fei was only joking when she said that but what she didn't know was, the people on the receiving end was stupefied. No woman had ever said or send something like that to him directly. Probably because he never replied to a random woman before; or because he rarely chatted with a woman on QQ.

Wu Chen stared at the chat log for some time. Heart melting? Did she just say that her heart melted? For some reason, Wu Chen felt very accomplished. While thinking of what to reply to Yi Fei, the lights went out.

By using the light from his phone, Wu Chen went to the balcony to check the surrounding idea. The whole apartment complex blacked out so he went back to his sofa. While continuing his thought on what to reply to Yi Fei, a notification popped out reminding him that the phone was already low on battery.

Luke5Chen: Your heart melted? So, did you fell in love with me?

The person who was at the receiving end of the message dropped her phone on her face after reading the reply from Wu Chen. Her heart skipped a beat. She felt as if something was playing around in her stomach; running, rampaging and stepping on her stomach. Was this the legendary b.u.t.terflies in the stomach?

Before Yi Fei could reply to the message, the other person sent a message.

Luke5Chen: Need to go now; my apartment complex has power outrage. The phone is low on battery.

Unicorn G.o.ddess Fei: So, now are you in the dark?

Wu Chen: That goes without saying

Unicorn G.o.ddess Fei: Who is Luke?

Wu Chen: My English name

Unicorn G.o.ddess Fei: Oh no… Luke, please don't go to the dark side...

Wu Chen: ...…..?

Wu Chen was able to see the picture before his phone died. The picture was a Star Wars meme of Darth Vader, asking Luke Skywalker to come to the dark side.

Wu Chen laughed out loud. He thought that Yi Fei was so random that it made her seemed cuter. He did not know whether he could keep up with her randomness but at the same time, he began to antic.i.p.ate what random things will she do next.

The emergency light illuminated the living room and Wu Chen was able to reach his sofa safely. He sat down and looked at the book on the table near the television.

"This idiot…" He smiled and went to his room.

That night, the moon shone brightly in the sea of stars. For the first time after so long, Wu Chen went to sleep with a smile on his face.
