When Yi Fei woke up in the morning, the first thing she did was to check her phone. She saw that she had messages from Wen Han and also from Wu Chen.

She did not even bother reading the messages from Wen Han because it was always the same messages over and over again; good night wish and some rhetorical questions. People usually get the hint that someone was not interested in them if their messages never get a reply. For this reason, Yi Fei thought that Wen Han had such a thick skin.

When she read the QQ message from Wu Chen, she was flabbergasted. She wanted to a.n.a.lyze the sentence more but seeing that she needed to get ready for work, she left the message unanswered. After Yi Fei reached her table, she settled down her bag and began composing her reply.

Unicorn G.o.ddess Fei: Then you should go out and eat with your friend there. When you mentioned about spicy poached fish, I feel like eating it too T.T

Yi Fei waited for a few minutes but she did not receive any reply from Wu Chen. She did not think much of it and continue doing her work.

It was almost 10 o'clock in the morning when his plane touched down in City L. Wu Chen took a taxi and straightaway went to his apartment. Inside the taxi, Wu Chen read all the messages he received; he read the QQ message from Yi Fei first.

Wu Chen smiled when he read the message; his heart warmed but he did not reply straight away. After he put all his things in his apartment, he went to the Wu Hotel to manage a few things.

When Wu Chen got into his office, Liu s.h.i.+ told him that someone from Wen Company requested to see him so Wu Chen told Liu s.h.i.+ to direct the visitor into his office. The moment his visitor entered his office, he recognized him in an instant – the pest who was flying around his Fei Fei.

"To what do I owe this honour of meeting Mr Wen Han today?" Wu Chen knew that Wen Han would come after the termination of their business dealings.

"Good morning Mr Wu. I would like to discuss the contract termination between Wu Hotel and Wen Company" Wen Han went straight to the point of his visit.

Wu Chen invited him to sit and they talked about a few things regarding the contract between Wu Hotel and their previous business transaction. Wu Chen did not have a slight intention to do business with the Wen Company anymore.

Wen Han did not know which things went wrong between the two parties. After so much discussion, Wu Chen was still firm in his decision to not do any business dealings with Wen Company anymore.

"I heard you have a younger sister" Wu Chen suddenly interjected their business talk.

"Yes, I have a sister. May I know why are you suddenly asking about her?" Wen Han was clueless as to why Wu Chen asked about his sister out of the blue. There were many things crossed his mind. Knowing that his sister was young, he thought that his sister might have offended someone from the Wu Group, causing them to terminate all business deals with Wen Company.

Considering the information that he had read about Chong NaNa, Wen Han could not help but think that maybe – just maybe – Xiao Qi had offended Chong NaNa without her knowing. Wen Han panicked and felt that he needed to salvage the situation quickly.

"Xiao Qi is still young and inexperienced. If she had done something that might offend you, as her brother, I apologize" Wen Han a.s.sumed that might be the reason why Wu Chen suddenly asked about Xiao Qi.

"What are you talking about? Don't worry. She did nothing bad to me. It's just that my sister mentioned about her to me the other day" Wu Chen had the urged to snort when he heard the apology from Wen Han's mouth.

Wen Han pretended as if he did not know who was the sister mentioned by Wu Chen."Your sister? May I ask who your sister is? Last week, Xiao Qi did spend her time with two beautiful ladies. Is your sister one of them?" Wen Han tried to gain favour from Wu Chen by stressing on the 'beautiful ladies' part when he spoke but his plan backfired on him.

"Yes, NaNa is my sister. Even my fiancé told me about your sister. She said that she had so much fun at the amus.e.m.e.nt park with NaNa and Xiao Qi" Wu Chen stressed on the 'fiancé' word so that Wen Han would not miss out the whole point of the conversation.

Wen Han was dumbfounded when he heard the word 'fiancé' from Wu Chen. He tried to recall anything mentioned in the files he asked his people to investigate NaNa and Yi Fei but he could not think about anything. There was no such thing as Wu Chen's fiancé stated in the result of the investigation.

"Your fiancé is… if I may…" Wen Hanstuttered when he spoke.

"My Fei is very shy so we did not really tell people about our relations.h.i.+p" Wu Chen knew that Wen Han had been sending Yi Fei messages and flowers from NaNa and it ticked him off.

Wen Han was stupefied. He began to link all things. He looked at Wu Chen with a hint of terror in his eyes.

Wu Chen did not know how Bai Jing Ting runs his business but considering that he liked Yi Fei as well, Wu Chen a.s.sumed that he should know how to deal with a man like Wen Han. He was disappointed when NaNa told him last night that Wen Han was still pestering Yi Fei.

Wu Chen did not care how other people deal with things like this but he could not tolerate someone who was trying to flirt with the person that he liked. He learnt the hard way about having other people messing up his love life. This time, he won't let anyone swayed the person he loved – And he was sure that Yi Fei loved him too.

"I heard someone from Wen Company tried to woo my fiancé. Tell me how should I deal with this kind of thing Mr Wen Han?" Wu Chen's voice was cold, his eyes icy.

For the first time in his life, Wen Han saw his life flashed before his eyes. He could not think about anything else, he put on expression in his face as if his soul left his body. He thought that pursuing Yi Fei could be a simple matter because or her ordinary background. He did not know that such a normal woman would have a strong backing.

Liu s.h.i.+, who was present when the discussion was taking place, twitched his lips when he heard that Wu Chen lied to Wen Han with a straight face about his relations.h.i.+p with Yi Fei. Liu s.h.i.+ had experienced multiple times about the savageness of his boss but today, his boss had reached a new level of black-belly trick on his sleeves.

When Wen Han left his office, Wu Chen gave an important instruction to Liu s.h.i.+. "Don't let any word from the discussion went out to the media".

That evening, when Yi Fei and NaNa reached their apartment complex, there was a familiar black Lexus RX350 parked in their parking lot.

"Arghh, who is this uncle ar? Why is he taking over my parking spot?" Yi Fei whined inside the car. Yi Fei was clueless about cars. The only plate number she could remember was her own car. NaNa looked at the black Lexus and screamed.

"Isn't that my brother? What is he doing here?" NaNa was shocked to see Wu Chen's car because he did not mention anything about coming back to City L to her.

On the other hand, Yi was truly shocked to hear that. She did not expect Wu Chen to fly to City L. She honked twice before rolling down the car window down. She was beaming with joy.

"Chen Chen!"
