The Curious Play 31 Not Again!!

She painstakingly reason out with this old geezers and yet they keep on arguing with her but when Tàizǐ diànxià just speak a few words they all fell into silence?

She said furiously. You just sit there and wasted my time talking to this old stubborn fools!

"Who's daughter is that?"

One of the minister asked him when they recovered.

"Prime Minister Yan's eldest daughter!"

"Oh. !"

They all said in chorus as if they  were already expecting it, but for Ye, she was rather confused as of when did her elder sister become a princess!

What Ye'er doesn't know is that Tàizǐ diànxià was the one who send her the message, earlier.

He knew that Ye could come up with an Idea and buy him some time so he could think a plausible solution that no one will opposed.

" Fù huáng. !"

He said while standing.

"Since no one dares to opposed then its been settled.!"

Tàizǐ diànxià emphasized the word "dares" as a warning to all of them.

"Er. .yes!" 

Huángshang was also in the verge of shocked, he raised his brow and open his mouth but later he decided not to engage an argument with his son.

He knew they been tricked into an argument and Ye'er appearance was just a show to distract them. .Clever!

This two children just outwitted all his foolish ministers.

He was almost pushed in the edge and cursed himself for sending Prime minister Yan away, 

luckily this brat in front of them manage to turn the tables in their side. .

"Huángshang. !"

a.s.sistance minister of finance suddenly come out.

Minister Xu suddenly glance at his a.s.sistance but he seem to be deliberately avoiding him.

"I had an important reports to you!"

"What is that?"

"Our imperial treasury was almost empty!"

"What did you say?" 

Tàizǐ diànxià suddenly raised his voiced.

"We. .where we could get the money to provide food and accommodation for our guest and foreign envoys?"

Finance a.s.sistance stuttered  as Tàizǐ diànxià shouted at him.

"What do you mean empty?" 

He Asked angrily. 

"Lord Xu haven't you manage the imperial treasury, properly?"

Before he could finished his sentence he suddenly pa.s.sed out. 

Ye'er smirked as she stood in the side in her father's place, she saw Lord Xu suddenly paint.

"Excuse. !" 

She wave all those minister that curiously came and encircled him.

She then took the golden needle she hide inside the leather of her armplate.

But as soon as minister Xu, saw it as he was just pretending he suddenly get up that startled all of them,

She sat awkwardly in the floor when someone grab her in her waist and help her up.

Tàizǐ diànxià's face was darkened. 

"You are not allowed to get closer to any of them!" 

He whispered into her ears and winked at her that makes her blushed.

"This idiot. !" 

She clenched her hands.

"Im really going to beat you!" She thought angrily.

"What is the meaning to all of this, Minister Xu?"

Huángshang furious voice roared  like a thunder. 

Again all the ministers exchanged a nervous whispers as they felt like being grilled up.

They just barely manage to escape the grillings before this one and this idiot just carelessly spout with out putting the previous situation into consideration.

"Hu. .Huángshang, Im going to investigate it.!"

Lord Xu, stutter as he was so nervous. What if he's Majesty will suddenly asked someone to chop his head out of his anger?

Thinking about it makes him want to pee in his pants.

"Where is this idiotic nephew of mine, why in the times that I need him most he's not arround, useless!"

He cursed Zhang diànxià over and over in his mind.

Huángshang agreed.

"Minister of finance and Minister of Justice should prepare everything accordingly.!"

"We will discuss tomorrow regarding how the imperial treasury suddenly emptied. .

as of the responsible for it, will be punished accordingly!

I want someone to investigate this matter and we will decide who will be the incharge for the investigation. .

His Majesty's voice was dangerously calm, that makes all the ministers scared out of their wits.

Tàizǐ diànxià reminded them. 

It was after all his proposal to Huángshang after he become an heir apparent.

His motive is to strengthen the ties between this kingdom with the neighboring and foreign kingdom.

And avoid sending princesses to be a tribunal peace treaty.

But of course, sending away Ye'ers elder sister is an exemption.

"I will personally manage the bureau of  justice, we have to imposed a tight security in that important occasions!"

Huángshang muttered with a trace of annoyance in his voiced.

He said when he realized. 

"Since Yan Jiāngjūn is here in behalf of her father, we might as well asked her opinion!"

Ye'er Gōngzhǔ widened her eyes in shocked. 

What was this idiot think of me?

She thought angrily.

He also heard that all the ministers gasped in disappointment, in a manner that one could say  "not again!"

Tàizǐ diànxià secretly winked at her, that made her smile.

So its like this! Tàizǐ diànxià give her the opportunity to get back on them, it may sound like childish but she like the idea.

Giving them their own dose of medicine, is enough to bent her anger.

She deliberately paused that almost give them a heart attack.

After she finished her sentenced all the ministers sighed in relieved.

"Lets end here. .we will discussed further tomorrow as Yan Jiāngjūn had said!"

When all the ministers was moving out Ye Gōngzhǔ hurriedly went outside, she was either avoiding his Majesty and Tàizǐ diànxià.

Plus she really felt hot, her body was soaked in her own sweat.

"Please stop Yan Jiāngjūn!"

She was already outside when someone halted her.

She rolled her eyes when she recognized the one who called her.

"What is it Lord Xu?!"

"Im just want to remind you. .

She discreetly laughed with out letting the old man finished his sentence.

I already let this old fools off earlier, he was probably eager to lost his stupid head!

"Lord Xu, Im suppose to be the one reminding you that threatening me will make you lost you're precious head!"

She said clenching her hand tightly.

"Don't forget who I am!"

Lord Xu stunned, unable to find an exact words to say. His face was red in anger.

"You better stay far. . far away from me so you could protect your head to where it is, now!"

She then leave the old man with out giving him a chance to talk back, he was shaking in anger and his face burn with fury.
