"Did something happen?"

"No, the king just wants to talk with you about something." Xaniela continues to eat her breakfast.

"Shouldn't we hurry then?" I start to ear my breakfast as fast as I could.

"Nah, it's not an important matter so we could eat slowly." Xaniela gives me a gla.s.s of water as she saw me nearly choke on my food.

"You should say that earlier, I nearly choke." I then drink the water that Xaniela gave me earlier.

After we finish eating, we went to the castle and the same thing happens when I walk with Xaniela. The citizens of the kingdom glare at me as if I s.n.a.t.c.hed something from them.

"Xaniela do you know that you are quite well known in this kingdom, everyone in this kingdom always talk about you." I then tell her that all of the people were looking at me.

"Wow! You right...everyone is looking at you as if they try to beat you." Xaniela smile.

"Well, I guess I know why they all quite jealous of me walking with you right now."

"Why?" Xaniela ask me...

"Because you are beautiful and also a strong woman so..." I have yet finished my sentence as I saw Xaniela start to blush.

"I'm not worthy of such praise, but thanks..." Xaniela says that as she avoiding eye contact with me.

I just realize that I made the situation a little awkward now as our little talk completely ended. As awkward as it is I tried to begin the conversation again just to get rid of this mood. I could not even think of any topics right now.

We then reach the castle without talking again as we don't know how to make the conversation not awkward.

"Ermmm, okay here we are... I and Lily will be in the garden so if you have finished talking to King Rainard...just search us there." Xaniela says that awkwardly as she and Lily went straight to the garden.

I then went to the throne room as I see King Rainard was already waiting for me. When King Rainard sees me enter he immediately stands up from his throne and greets me.

"Arias! I have been expecting you...there something I must tell you and give you." He then gives me a teleporter item.

"Why give me a teleporter item if we can't use it..."

King Rainard laughs as he says that this teleporter item is working but could only teleport someone to this kingdom. He then tells me that Greg also uses this item to teleport me from Town Baroda to this kingdom.

I just remember that Greg did tell me that he uses his teleporter item to teleport me here. So much had happened as I forgot about that.

"Thanks..." As I take the teleporter item from King Rainard's hand. "But why you giving me this item and what you want to talk about with me."

"The reason I give you the teleporter item is to make sure that if the demon managed to defeat or capture you, you can use that item to teleport here. I guess you can understand my intention giving you that item now right?"

"Yeah, I understand that now but is that all?" I could guess that there be more as King Rainard start to tell me something.

"No...I want you to help me with something as...."

Before King Rainard managed to finish his talk, I interrupt as I tell him that if it needs me to fight some monster I would decline it. King Rainard then replies that this has nothing to do with fighting anything as he tells me to listen to what he had to say and give me an answer whether I will accept it or decline the request.

I listen to King Rainard's request and after I finish listening, I ask him to give me a day before I decide to do it or not. King Rainard agreed to give me a day to think because this is not an easy request. I then leave the throne room and promise Rainard that I will be back here tomorrow to give my answer.

I then went to the garden to take Lily back to the inn but I meet Elan along the way as I could tell that he does not like my presence here in the castle. I keep my composure as I walk past him and I could see that he hate me as he let out a sigh.

I just keep calm as I don't want to cause any more trouble but then Elan speaks up.

"Hmmm, just what my King saw in you as he wanted your help with personally. If I was the King, I would hire some mercenary rather than you as you have no experience at all..."

I tried my best to keep calm but Elan keeps insulting me until at a point that I couldn't control my anger when he said that I was a chicken and only know how to save myself from danger even if someone dies for me.

"You just a hero that will bring bad luck to the world. The demons attack Town Baroda because of you and the girl that died in the cave was also because of you..."

I was speechless as everything he said is true but...

Suddenly a voice tells Elan to stop.

"Stop Elan! Don't be rude or I will tell King Rainard about this..." Greg tells Elan to stop what he was saying.

"Greg, this is not an insult as it was the truth that what has to happen..."

"I said stop!...you also know that Arias was not to blame about what had happened."

"Hmmph... said whatever you want to say Greg and someday you will realize what I said is the truth." Elan then leaves us.

"Arias are you okay? I'm sorry about Elan's behavior...."

"It's okay...What he said is the truth after all..."
