You Are The Star Tonight 48 Polen...

After Aliyah's family left the house Tara too left with her brothers, it was a bit difficult to cancel the engagement because Aliyah was too perfect and the siblings can't figure out anything against her. Tara and Sourav were talking with each other about tomorrow's party when suddenly Sid's phone start ringing. Everyone was horrified looking at the contact name and photo. A beautiful girl was holding their brother's hand was smiling at the camera, her look was enough to soothe a wounded heart...she was Polen. Sid's face became pale he just can't understand how to talk with her and how to explain everything, Tara was observing her brother's expression then she suddenly s.n.a.t.c.hed the phone from his hand and pick up the phone.

"Hey Polen...This is Tara...how are you?" Tara chimed happily.

"I am fine cutei... I missed you so much cutei" A sweet melodious voice entered Tara's ear.

"And I missed my name cutei...hehe" Tara laughed happily.

All the three siblings were now more determined to cancel the engagement tomorrow because Polen was the only one who deserved their brother's love.

"Okay cutei where is your brother...I have something important to tell him..."Polen said in a sweet voice.

"Oh..." Tara was a bit nervous she handed the phone to Sid with a worried expression.

"Hi Polen..." Sid said in a low voice.

"Hi...you are fine right!" Polen asked in a concerned voice.

Sid was a bit taken aback, she was nearly thousand kilometers away from him but still his condition was clear to her just after saying two words, he can't betray her in any cost....but.

"I am okay Polen...tell me why you called me this late..." Sid lied meticulously.

"Oh! Today your Grandfather called me and told me to visit the city tomorrow as there will be a party tomorrow so I just called you to inform that I already reached the airport...we are just some hours away" Polen said with a sweet smile, Sid can clearly imagine the blush formed on her beautiful face but his hands were trembling the ever so cold CEO was sweating profusely.

Tara and her two brothers too heard her and all of their body became stiff they just didn't wanted to betray that pure soul.

"Please don't come..." Sid whispered

"Huh!! Sid did you just said something... I can't listen to it properly" Polen said in a hurried tone.

"No nothing...I just said that I will wait for you..."

"Okay...bye...I am coming so be prepared" Polen chimed happily.

"Hmm...I will wait for you..." Sid said and cut the phone.

Tara just can't see her brother's condition the almighty person who can solve anything was sitting on the chair with a hopeless expression as if someone have killed his soul and left the body to suffer alone.

"Bro we still have time let's go to Grandpa and tell him every thing about you and Polen...let's not increase this thing anymore" Tara said and sat beside Sid.

"Tara... what should I say to him...that I can't marry Aliyah because I love Polen and do you think he will agree...he would never..."

"Bro that old man is again spoiling your life in the same way he did years ago...all of us knew that you never wanted to be the CEO but after father left he literally blackmailed you to sit on that chair...he always drain out every color from your life and eliminate all the people close to you...he very well knew that you love Polen...but see he still decided to call her here...I think it's enough now...it's your life don't let him take decisions on your behalf..." Sourav interrupted in between, he just can't digest this old man drama anymore.

"Sourav... I became the CEO to save my mother and father from his trap..."

"But you can't save yourself..." Second bro said in a low voice.

"Bro you always guard us from any danger...you were always our s.h.i.+eld...both me and Sourav can live life so carefree just because of you...you sacrificed so many things for us just to save us from Grandpa's expectations but now what about you..." Second said in a defeated voice.

"I don't know...I can't embarra.s.s Grandpa...so..." Sid said in a low voice and left the place in hurried steps.

"Bro...What should we do now..."Sourav said in a furious voice.

"Let me handle this..." Tara said and looked at them with determined eyes.

The evening of the party came very fast, guests were crowding the mansion one by one, everyone were talking happily at that moment elder Mr.De and Mrs.De entered the hall and greeted the guests behind them was Mr and Mrs Ray who were also smiling happily and talking with the guest. After sometime Aliyah's parents also came, behind them Aliyah wore a silver color party dress and was walking towards the main hall with a rare smile on her face. Aliyah was looking so beautiful that the s.h.i.+ning lights in the hall were also looking shabby before her. But her trance was temporary behind them two man in black three piece suit accompanied with a girl in a peach color gown...she was looking like a freshly bloomed flower which can absorb all the bad vibes from the air...she was Tara.

Everyone was looking at her with open mouth and twinkling eyes. Just after their entry a ever so handsome man walked in , in a white Armani suit he was Sid.

Then the party started but the siblings still can't figure out anything,Tara was juggling her mind with every possible idea but still can't figure out anything same was the case with Sourav and Sumit.

At that very moment their grandparents announced the engagement....

Tara was holding her brother hand tightly and was looking at him with pleading eyes as if telling him to run away that moment only but life is not a movie. Sid slowly left her hand and patted her head slowly....and walked towards the stage , Aliyah was blus.h.i.+ng hard she was finally going to be Mrs DE the wife of the CEO of DE GROUPS.

With every step Sid was loosing hope he was like a robot without a single expression on his face...he slowly climbed up the stage and stood beside Aliyah. Sourav was boiling with anger all the memories of his brother's sacrifices were floating before his eyes and the smiling face of that old man was stabbing him in his heart.

Guests were clapping, everyone were wis.h.i.+ng them happiness and prosperity...Aliyah took his hand and was going to put the ring but suddenly someone screamed Polen....

Everyone looked behind and saw a beautiful girl with an innocent face and red eyes looking towards the stage. Sourav was the one who first saw her and shouted her name deliberately to stop his brother.

Sid's whole body became stiff the girl before him was his first and only love and he was standing here beside a girl he knew for merely one day and was dedicating his whole life to her....he dropped the ring from his hand...he started leaving the stage when a firm hand held him tightly...

"Don't embarra.s.s us... don't forget that you are the CEO of De Groups...." elder Mr.De said in a straight cold voice.

Sid halted in his steps but his heart left with the innocent girl running outside the hall. Tara who was watching all this decided to follow Polen rather that watching her brother's hopeless expression.
