Mu Lingxi uttered those words loud enough to be heard by her friends. To which her friends nodded in agreement and replied,

"Yes, of course."

"Together, we will be in Orange Realms already."

Long Fuzi claimed with a confident smile. Among the six of them, he was the one who has the highest known magic level. He was currently at the senior level of the Red Realm.

During his first year in Magus Academia, Long Fuzi managed to leap from amateur level straight to senior level. That was a total of four levels in the Red Realm.

At that time, he was able to set a record for himself and many had admired him due to that.

Some even said that being a warlock was a calling fitted for him. To which many had agreed.

After all, being able to leap from four levels of the magic realm in just a single year of effort was indeed an amazing feat itself.

Then lately, Long Fuzi also had another breakthrough in his magic level.

Before he was only capable of storing 35 mana in his body. This is the total amount of mana that can be stored by those warlocks at the senior level.

 But right now, Long Fuzi was already capable of storing up to more than 50 magic mana in his body. A feat that was more than enough for him to qualify in the master level of the Red Realm.

All he had to do now was make it official during the annual student a.s.sessment.

But apparently, Long Fuzi was aiming for more than that. 

Last time he checked his progress, the amount of mana that can be stored in his body was already around 80 mana.

Just a few steps away from the 100 mana benchmark for him to qualify in the amateur level of the Orange Realm.

He was aiming to jump into the Orange Realm by next year and he believed that with his friends' ability, they will be able to do the same.

Mu Lingxi said those encouraging words to herself more than to anyone else.

She said those words not just to boost the morale of her friends but also to set standards upon herself.

By the end of this school term, she would see to it that she would already qualify to join the cla.s.s meant for those student warlocks and sorceresses who reached the Orange Realm.

Since Mu Yanxiao's starting point was already a realm higher than her, then Mu Lingxi thought to herself that it was the due time for her to work harder than before.

So as not to end up being left behind by that cousin of hers.

Right after Teacher Nana was done reminding them about the annual student a.s.sessment, she proceeded in discussing her lesson straight away.

The same goes for the other teachers in the following days. Everything went on the same as before.

Their subject teachers never failed to remind them about the annual student a.s.sessment every single day.

Some of them even prepared a surprise quiz for the cla.s.s, which was no longer a surprise anymore for the students.

Considering that the "GO UP" test was just around the corner as well.        

The annual student a.s.sessment was just a collective term for the two sets of exams that the student warlocks and sorceresses of Magus Academia had to undertake every after the end of the school's term.

The first test was meant to a.s.sess their practical skills when it comes to magic utilization.

While the other one was all about gauging their intellectual skills regarding the use of magic.

Originally, the annual student a.s.sessment was only comprised of one phase.

Which was basically the phase that was responsible for gauging the students' capability in applying magic in practical use.

But over time, the GO UP test was added to the year-end a.s.sessment.

Where the school prepared a set of qualifying questions for those student warlocks and sorceresses who aspired to jump up on the next realm.

This was to make up for those less talented individuals who were not as good as when it comes to practical spells.

But had a considerable talent when it comes to the other field of magic that required intellect. Such as Elixir Making and Phytomysticoloy.

After all, Black Magic and Mytozoology were the only subjects that can be covered in the first phase of the annual student a.s.sessment.

Because during the first phase of the a.s.sessment, the students would be pitted against their fellow students as well as some other selected magical beasts.

On the other hand, the GO UP test was based solely on a.s.sessing the students' basic knowledge when it comes to the use of magic.

An important aspect that was required in both Phytomysticology and Elixir Making.

Those students who were able to score well on both of their practical skills, as well as intellectual skills, could immediately move up to the next realm.

On the other hand, those students who were only able to score a satisfactory result to either one of the two skills could only take advanced cla.s.ses on the subjects where they performed well.

But they would still be considered as part of their previous cla.s.s.

It would remain like that until they finally had the required score for pa.s.sing their current magic realm.

In short, those students who were not able to completely pa.s.s the students' annual a.s.sessment would only be given a chance to attend an advanced lesson.

That was if they would like to take that and add it up to the prerequisite loads that they have to take on the next year.

That was why each member of the teaching faculty was trying the best that they could do to help their students.

If not in their practical skills, they could at least lend their students a hand when it comes to intellectual skills.

So they prepared questionnaires for their students to answer.

Of course, as expected Fan Lei and Mu Lingxi's score were still nothing short of impressive. Which does not come as a surprise to anyone anymore.

After all,  the two were simply a monster when it comes to brain capacity.

Sometimes, even their friends were starting to wonder how they were able to keep up with others despite being away from school for a long time.

In fact, they were even able to surpa.s.s those who were always present.

But Fan Lei and Mu Lingxi shared the same answer whenever someone asked them about it.

They both attributed it to their diligence in reading even during their spare time.

"Yeah, no one could really beat you guys when it comes to diligence in reading. You two were simply too good at studying."

Chan Gu commented with a sigh.

If he could only have even half of their talent in studying, he would probably be more than happy

Chan Gu's friends all burst out laughing when they saw Chan Gu's reaction.

From how the other party acted, they could already read what kind of silly thought was running on his mind right now.

Fan Lei b.u.t.ted in with a false intimidating tone.

The group could hardly contain themselves from bursting out into another round of laughing when they heard Long Yue blowing his own horn again.

They were really having a good time having a normal conversation like that.

It was so rare for them to have this kind of absurd conversation
