Seeing that the guy just cast the same spell that Prince Long Fuzi used to apprehend the lava breathing beast before, Mu Lingxi rushes to aid her cat .

She jumps from the branch of a tree with ease . From afar, she was akin to a G.o.ddess descending from heaven blessing the mortal world with her grace .

He was sure that before he finished casting the spell, the lady's kick will reach him first . And judging from her momentum, the kick will certainly knock him off .

So instead he sidestepped, escaping the attack in the hair's breathe . But his hand holding the wand was. .h.i.t by Mu Lingxi's kick so the wand ended up falling from his grasp .

Without getting a chance to retrieve the wand he leaped and landed a few feet away .

Meanwhile, the spell holding Ja.n.u.s already wears down, but the cat seems not to have any intention to help the battle between Mu Lingxi and the thief .

Seeing that the thief escaped her a.s.sault the fire in her eyes didn't die . She rushes to the direction of the thief ready to continue her barrage of attack .

"STOP! Don't get any close in here," he said as his body seems to sink from where he was standing .

The ground where he was seems to swallow him slowly as his body continued to go further down .
