Fighting all of those scorpions is a suicide knowing that they have strong poison, Hans knows that it would be impossible if his monsters not get poisoned if they fight them all at once. In the end, he uses the barrier to make him able to fight them one by one, his attack may be able to pa.s.s through the barrier but the scorpions could easily evade the attack with their mobility so it wouldn't possible to do.

But with him trapping the scorpions inside the barrier he could overpower it with his two monsters easily killing it inside the barrier.

"Let's get to work," Hans commanded his monster to start attack following his order, Diablo breath out his dragon flame. The scorpion frantically trying to avoid it but when it was trying to evade a moose come from the direction it tries to run. The moose use [Radiant Antler] with its s.h.i.+ning antler it hit the scorpion and sent it flying, the scorpion is bigger many time if compared to non-monster scorpion but it still a smaller than the moose.

It was sent flying toward the flame and ended up burned by the flame, it still not dead yet and try to run but was obstructed by the barrier. A dragon claw comes from behind with destructive power crus.h.i.+ng the weakened scorpion's body.

"One down nine to go, let's continue to hunt them down." Diablo opened a gap where one scorpion can get inside once more, the stupid scorpion not realizing it was a trap seeing the gap come inside scurrying. After one of the scorpions gets inside the barrier, Diablo send flame toward the other making them back off once more.

With the same tactic, they kill the next scorpion than the next scorpion until one of them left, the barrier was removed and they just kill it just like how they kill the other scorpion.

"This scorpion isn't the sharpest tool in the shed, their intelligence isn't well developed." Said Hans, he waited for the next trial to commence.

He opened the system's shop and a familiar panel filled with many kinds of merchandise was shown in front of him.

Use this card to make a monster learn a new skill, a monster can only have 10 skill when they have 10 skill already a skill can be replaced to learn a new one. The card can only be used once only.

[Monster Resource]

Any kind of resource could be found here ranged from herb and another natural resource to increase a monster's level.

[Monster Bloodline]

Many Bloodline could be found here to be transplanted into any monster. Make sure that the bloodline is compatible before using it.

[Skill Card]

This card will make anyone able to learn a skill and the skill will consume some mental strength that can be replenished over time or by using the medicine.

Hans was teleported once more but now he was inside a cave probably the Nadar Cave Dungeon.

He summoned his card and called out the moose but not Diablo, he jumps to the moose back and rides it toward the deeper part of the cave. The cave has a torch as a light source that becomes the only light in the dungeon.

Hans stopped the moose and get down his feeling told him that there are many traps waiting for him from this part, he does not blindly guess it since he saw a warning sign in front of him that was made from the skeleton of a human. Not only that he could see some skeleton littering the path in front of him, now he truly enters the dangerous part of the dungeon.

"I don't know much about trap though." Shaking his head he walked forward toward the danger zone, when he just walking he felt that his feet pressed something and following his instinct he runs forward. Arrow was sent flying toward him from everywhere, he hastily summoned Diablo. When those arrow nearing him a barrier made of darkness protected him from harm.

A soul card is able to protect their owner anywhere as long as they already summoned out of the card, they were able to cast an elemental s.h.i.+eld for their owner in case of danger befall them. This is one of the advantages of someone who already awakened, in the dangerous world like this soul card is crucial for anyone to have.

Diablo will stick on the narrow path with his large body so he not call it out, but with the danger that happen, he can only summon it. Diablo is stuck on the narrow path while Hans made run out of the trap-filled path, he turns Diablo back into the card and continues went deeper.
