Jessy teleported Hannah into her room. She was appalled with Zain's action, he was now turning into a violent person, he can no longer control his rage.

"Hannah, are you alright? Are you hurt?" she examined the woman's face, Zain's fingers left red marks on her pretty face.

"It does hurt a little, I'm okay though, it's nothing serious really," Hannah tried to brush off the incident as nothing.

"You can no longer go back to that room, Hannah! I won't allow it! Zain might hurt you again, I'm afraid the baby you are carrying will suffer, you might miscarriage if he will continue to hurt you physically...I'm really worried about your safety and the baby. It seemed like Zain is no longer a safe person to be around with especially that you are already pregnant with your child," Jessy said feeling guilty.

"But I still want to visit him every day, please don't stop me from visiting him, Jess!" Hannah pleaded, sounding hysterical.

"Okay, but not right now and not tomorrow, after one week perhaps when he already calmed down...you understand me, Hannah? I only want you and the baby to be safe, hope you get my point," she said.

Hannah nodded her head in understanding.

Jessy released a deep sigh. "I will go back to my room now, please take care of yourself and the baby," she said.

Hannah went to her bed and lie down, her body was still shaking with shock.

Jessy picked up the blanket and draped it around the pregnant woman's body. Then she teleported herself back in Zain's room in her invisible form.

She and Adam watched how Zain destroyed everything in the room, the bed, the pillows, the table, the chairs and even the bed made of wood he tried to destroy it as well, he was screaming in anger, the rage and fury in his eyes were upsetting and saddening.

As the couple watched Zain destroying the room, they realized that he was indeed a ticking time bomb. He will explode anytime, Hannah may no longer be safe around him.

Adam and Jessy held hands.

She can see the pain and guilt in Adam's eyes, it must be very hard for him to see his once proud brother now reduced to a mere pathetic human being.

Adam can no longer bear to continue watching the helpless condition of his brother, he teleported the two of them back into the mansion in Jessy's room.

They landed on the bed.

They looked at each other's eyes.

Jessy caresses his sad face with her hands. "Don't worry, your brother will turn around for the better once the baby will be born," she tried to make her voice more convincing.

Adam held Jessy's hands and kissed her palm. "I just can't help it, Jess. I was moved deeply by what I saw in my brother's eyes, so much hatred in there...so much pain and bitterness...how can our sibling relations.h.i.+p be repaired in this lifetime?"

Jessy sighed. "I dunno. Maybe if I'm gone...you two can finally fix your differences...if there's no me, there will be no sibling rivalry between you and your brother. I am the reason why you two can never patch your relations.h.i.+p, as long I'm standing in the center, you and Zain will never have peace with one another, there will only be animosity between the two of you," she said sadly.

Adam stared at Jessy. "Hey, don't ever say that! I'm the one at fault here...I started all this but even if it's my fault...I never regretted loving you," he smiled at her with fondness.

"Do you think I'm worth it?" she asked.

Adam's arms moved and hugged her tight. "Of course! You're worth it! I love you so much, Jess!"

"I love you too, Adam!" she responded, tears glistening in her eyes, she's getting emotional all of a sudden and she wanted to cry. She wiped the single tear that fell from her eye. She was deeply bothered knowing that she was the cause of the brothers' rivalry.

"Jess...are you crying? Why?" he asked alarm.

"You look so sad while watching your brother tras.h.i.+ng the room," she replied.

"I can't help it, Jess, he is my brother after all," he said.

"Can we continue to feel happy as a couple in spite that there is one person who suffered the most and that is your brother?" she asked.

Adam breathed deeply. "I guess we just have to be happy or else the three of us will never be happy at all. We just have to be selfish a little bit, besides we love each other, we have all the right reason to be happy, am I right? Cheer up! Chin up!"

Jessy smiled. She knew even if Adam was telling her to cheer up, deep inside him, he was still hurting for his brother. He was just trying to cheer her up and trying not to feel guilty, but they both know they feel guilty of what's been happening with Zain and his worsening condition.

"Let's sleep and rest Jess...because tomorrow I will go back to my work and you will go back to the facility to resume your task of transforming thousands of vampires into mortals, we just have to enjoy each other's company while we still can," he said.

"Okay, let's sleep now," Jessy said and she sunk deeper into his luxurious embrace loving his comforting warmth.
