"I was going to wait for you to start," He smiled maliciously, "And you are going to watch it," He snapped and the cross was lowered onto the floor and held up, "Now, let's remove this mask of yours, to make sure you are watching, you know, to make sure both of you suffer," The man placed his hands on Gold's mask.

"If you remove this mask, you will find yourself face to face with the deadliest opponent you could ever meet, I would refrain from doing so," Gold said calmly, "And Miia won't wake up, even if you ripped off her limbs, I only decide that, but if you do, you will regret it in this life and your life in the Creator's realm, when you are nothing but a soul."

"Big words coming from a helpless mage, those cuffs are unbreakable unless you use tier 8 magic, I don't know any human who can use those spells," He the lifted Gold's face to look at him dead in the eyes, "But why are you so c.o.c.ky?"

"Ever heard of the story of the Overlord?"

"Of course, I was a boy once, but the Creator would never have a son with a human soul, he doesn't like us humans and leaves us to die, here, in Goldema," He man turned around and then looked over his shoulder, "Bring him in, **** this unconscious reptilian b.i.t.c.h," He snapped his fingers and a ma.s.sive man walked into the room and started walking towards Miia, "Now watch."

"If you touch her, you will feel the wrath of the Overlord, the son of the Creator, he is here among us, he will come to protect his servant and murder all of you!"

"Get to it, ignore him," The man put his hands on Miia and put the cross on a diagonal position. Gold flicked off his mask revealing his face, the scaled and scarred face. The High Captain turned and saw the rage filled eyes that stared right through him. Gold strained his arms, "Guards! Shoot him!" Arrows flew from the crossbows and towards him. He gritted his teeth, shouted and opened his arms, the Anti-Magic Cuffs shattered.

"Tier 2, cast Whirlwind," The arrows were deviated and landed around him, "Tier 3, cast Lightning Arrow," A bolt of lightning left his finger and flew through the ma.s.sive man's head. He let go of Miia and fell to the floor lifeless, "Now, do you recognize this face? The Dark Messiah, the Hand of G.o.d, the Angel of Death?" He lifted his hand, "I don't care if you spit on me, throw things at me, but if you hurt any of my friends, I won't let you get away will it," He lifted his hand, "Tier 7, cast Electric Storm," A field of electricity sped around him and bolts dashed around the room, striking the guards, killing them instantly. The man was frozen as the bolts dashed and bounced around him. The aura of lightning faded around him, "Tier 1, cast Force Awaken," Miia gently opened her eyes and lifted her head, and looked around puzzled, "Don't worry, Miia, I'll explain after I finish these guys," He leaned down over the man, "Calling the others yet?"

"G-guards!" Gold turned as the doors opened, "Kill this man!"

"Tier 7, cast Black Hole," A ball of black energy floated to the door and expanded, absorbing the men into a black abyss as their screams died down. The ball condensed and disappeared, "Pathetic, give me something else," He lifted his hand towards the man, "Or you die," He froze in fear and shouted.

"Diamyo Brute! Get in here and help your master!" A ma.s.sive humanoid beast smashed through a wall and roared, "Kill this man!" It had two ma.s.sive silver and white sh.e.l.l shoulder guards, its left arm was completely covered with a protective sh.e.l.l that was lined by spikes. It had four eyes on its head and its ma.s.sive back was covered by a large split sh.e.l.l that protected his back and a ma.s.sive set of beetle wings. It lifted its hand and a large double-edged axe formed in it. It slammed the axe into the ground and roared at Gold. Gold stared right into the beast's eyes and smiled at it. The beast squinted his eyes and didn't attack, "What are you doing? Kill this man! Listen to your master!" It shook its head.

"Daryu Boros doesn't kill his master," It growled, "You aren't my master, this is my master, I remember him and I remember why I am his servant" It bowed in front of Gold, "He is the son of the Creator, the Overlord."

"Nice to see you again, D. B., can you get Miia out of her chains as I deal with this guy? Be gentle," Gold asked as he walked over the High Captain, "I have one last question for you. Who taught you how to hate?"

"What?"

"I might extend your miserable life by a few seconds and end it painlessly, if I like your story of course," He said as a black blade formed in his hand, the man trembled in fear, "Tier 8, cast Soul Shatter, now, tell me, unless you want to die by the way of flames, burning alive and screaming so that Miia can hear you suffer."

"Who taught me how to hate? Your father taught me how to hate, he didn't help me when I needed his help, my parents and sister were sick with a deadly plague that, for some reason, spared me, I watched them die, and your father did nothing! Nothing-," Gold brought his hand onto his chest and the black blade lodged itself into his chest. A black aura enveloped the man and his body went limp, dead. Daryu Boros ripped the chains that held Miia to the cross and placed her on her feet on the floor. Gold got up and rushed to her side.

"Miia, are you okay?" He said as he stood next to her, "Did they do, well you were asleep, so you don't remember, enough about that, let's get going."

"My lord."

"Yes, D. B.?"

"Don't people fear me? I am a Diamyo Brute, my people are known for killing and destroying," He explained, "Even if I listen to you, some people might not like me being there," His axe disappeared.

"Don't worry," Gold said as he put his mask back on, "They respect me, and you are my follower, I just find it funny that you call me lord and Miia calls me master," He shook his head and started to walk towards the exit, "Let's get back to the town."

"Yes, my lord."

"Yes, master."

Gold, Miia and D. B. walked into town, everyone who was in the streets froze as they saw the Diamyo Brute walk in their streets. The Diamyo warriors were known for brutal fighting, extreme resistance to attacks and for using the 'Berserk' magic and guardian weapons, making them one man armies. D. B. on the other hand was the leader of a tribe of Diamyos but his tribe was dead and he was the only one left, he was what the Diamyos considered a brute, so a very powerful Diamyo. A man uneasily walked up to Gold and gulped when D. B. looked down at him.

"Um, S-sir Gold, are y-you sure, gulp, he is, um, calm?"

"Don't worry, this is D. B., an old friend of mine, he was captured by the Legion of Solar and I freed him today," Gold said as D. B. bowed his head, "He should be fine, like Miia, both of them could be very dangerous foes if they were 'wild', so don't worry," The man bowed his head without looking away from D. B. before leaving them, "D. B., didn't you say you were a silver back, some time ago?"

"Yes, my lord, I am the chief of a dead tribe," He said as they walked down the main street, "This place is a pretty small, all the houses, even the streets."

"This is a human town, not a Diamyo town, that is why," Gold responded, "Don't worry, we are leaving today, moving to the next city, I just have to go buy some things, like some sleeping bags, well, one sleeping bag," D. B. nodded, "Don't ask why."
