Why would someone want to frame me?

Money is the obvious answer.

The people who know who I really am, are a pretty small bunch.

That narrows down my investigation pretty considerably.

I need to confirm my suspicions before I take my next step

"Do you work at S group?" I query

Shock fills his face, as I 'encourage' him to answer truthfully.

He nods his head in affirmation.

"Do you know who I am in S group?" I ask again

Once more he nods his head.

"Final question, do I know you?"

This time he shakes his head, which surprises me.

"His not worth anything to me anymore, dispose of him"

"Dispose!? Young master please don't!" He shouts in horror

Does he honestly think I'm going to kill him?

I just meant for my men to take him out of my sight and beat him up a bit. I'm not some mafioso who kills all my enemies,

Letting his confession continue, I listen as he begins explaining "Please please. I don't know who the person is but I do have his number"

Signalling for my men to get his phone, I look at it and can't help but think , 'Dude , you work at S group. Why are you carrying around a Pear-phone!'

"It's the last number that called me" He says

I signal for Captain Ri, the leader of our security, to come over.

Handing him the phone, I say "Trace this number"

"Yes, sir" he answers with military like precision.

Once more, I turn to the man on the floor in a dogezlike position "What's your name?"

"Jaemin Hoon"

"And your position?"

"a.s.sistant manager in the marketing department"

"Hmmmmm"

Captain Ri, returns with the phone, "It's ready sir"

"Good work"

Taking the phone from his hands, I press the call b.u.t.ton and await answer

An anxious male voice picks up, "Jaemin, is it done?"

"Can you remind me, what I need to do again?" I ask the voice

"You idiot! Don't you care about your family? Get proof that Dylan attempted to **** his female co-stars"

"And how am I supposed to do that?"

"Use the white powder, and then set the stage. Is it that hard!?" He screams

I smile as Captain Ri hands me a doc.u.ment.

Reading the first line, my eyebrows tilt in surprise but nothing unexpected.

As I had suspected, the voice is coming from the S group headquarters office,

"What a very amateurish plan, Director Kim" I answer to his surprise

"You know who I am!?" Startled by my revelation he asks as if to guess.

"Indeed I do Mr Kim. And from what I read you are quite the gambler.

Do you know who you are talking to? Director Kim? or do you not know whose life you just tried to mess with?"

The receiver is silent . I hope this guy didn't just suffer a heart attack.

"Director. It's meeeeeeeee." I say it like Jack Nicholson does in the s.h.i.+ning.

Continuing, "It's the b.a.s.t.a.r.d, you tried to frame. Director Kim.

It's Dylan. Park.

Majority Shareholder and heir to S group.

I'm certain that your motive for this entire debacle was because you thought you could use whatever 'proof' you had and blackmail me to pay back those untimely debts.

Unfortunately you thought wrong.....

I end the call, tossing it back to Jaemin,

"Captain Ri, I suppose you know where this man's daughter is being held?"

"Yes sir. An extraction unit has been mobilized and have already secured the target"

"Good work, give all your men a bonus and as bonus for you... I was planning on telling you anyway but .... Myungwoo University Hospital, your daughters heart transplant is set"

The tall man formally military official, nearly folds under pressure. He had to give up his dream to find a job to pay his daughters bills, and he only took my offer due to the high salary.

People like him are far and few between.

"Thank you sir," he says as his voice cracks.

Turning my attention back to Mr Hoon, " And for you, I'm going to give you a choice. 1) Become my puppet at S group or 2) well let's just say you don't want to hear the other option"

Jaemin scurries forward as fast as possible "Number 1, I choose number one"

"Good choice."

"Now since that's all sorted, I think it's time to leave this place. Can you handle the rest Noona?"

She nods, "What about her?" Yuri points towards my chest.

Directing my gaze, I see that Won has fallen asleep.

Her breathing is pretty relaxed now, seems that she has calmed down.

Stroking her hair, she snuggles in tighter.

One man's life was just ruined while another has just practically agreed to be my slave.

Yet, in the middle of this extremely crazy situation, you are sleeping really comfortably, aren't you sleeping beauty?

I can't help but smile at her cuteness.

Lifting her up into a princess carry, I decide to handle all the formalities tomorrow.

For now lets just get home. Escorted out, I put her in the front pa.s.senger seat and slowly fasten her seat belt while I move any lose strands of hair behind her ears.

After I close the door as carefully as possible. I call out to the guys trailing behind me.

"Good work today guys. I'll treat you guys to barbecue some time"

Yuri-noona however speaks up, "You don't have to do that Dylan. No-one likes to hang out with their boss. Just hand them the company card."

I laugh, "Oh my bad", I open my wallet and flick a black card straight into Captain Ri's hands.

He catches it with relative ease and for the second time tonight, I see a slight smile form on his always stoic face.

"Have a great time guys'. I'm off!"

"Yes sir!" The 10 figures echo in unison.

Smiling in satisfaction, I hop into the drivers seat and after re-confirming that Won is comfortable, I step on the gas and head home.

I've had it with today!
