The K-Pop Dream 98 How Do I Taste?

After an eventful weekend filming, I'm finally back in my Seoul apartment.

Opening the door, the emptiness is strange, but warranted as the past few days have been filled with way too many people.

I slug my bags on the floor and drag my feet to my room, where I proceed to crash on the bed.

Tiredness overwhelms me, whoever said filming a variety show was easy? I swear its way tougher than acting, no wonder YG kept all his Idols in the bas.e.m.e.nt. He needs to keep their energy focused.

Grabbing my phone, I decide to text Hora, wondering what time she will be back from training.

Dylan: I'm back!! Where are you?

A couple of seconds later, my phone buzzes.

Baechu: In cla.s.s, will be home soon.

Dylan: Hurry... I miss you.

Baechu: I miss you too.

With that short conversation over, I decide that I might as well take a power nap to recharge my batteries.

Putting my phone aside, I make myself comfortable and ignore any idle thoughts instantly drifting into a deep sleep.

When I wake again, my room is dark. The sun has long set. Looking at the time it's already past 9 pm, seems like I slept for a good few hours. Not quite what I intended.

Taking off my pullover, due to my body heat.

I head to the kitchen to grab something to eat.

Feeling too lazy to cook something of substance, I grab a pack ramen and a bottle water.

Two minutes or so later, I grab my meal fully packed with MSG and head to the couch to eat.

Might as well catch Brilliant legacy, It usually airs around now.

Making my way to the lounge, I hear barely audible sounds from the TV playing.

Strange I don't remember turning it on.

It is right then when I spot something weirdly familiar.

The couch is currently occupied by a very unique creature.

With her legs split and her upper body face down while covering herself with a blanket, thus making appear only her split legs and hair are visible.

The TV's volume is set to a very low level making it sound like whispers.

I always wonder how's she able to fall asleep like this. Thinking back to the first time, I caught her in this position, I remember her explanation.

"When I can't fall asleep , I like listening to the TV sound." She said as I carried her to the bedroom nestling in my embrace

"Isn't it too bright for you to sleep with the TV's light on?" I ask the little sleepy squirrel.

Hora then replied with an answer that melted my heart, "I get scared easily when I'm alone. So I have to have the TV light on for me to sleep."

Putting my bowl down, the hunger vanishes as my eyes give me a full feast for the eyes. I slightly adjust her sleeping position so that I can get full view of her pretty face.

Her smile reflects a sense of contentment.

'I wonder what you're dreaming of my little rabbit'.

Seeing as the couch is occupied, I decide to sit on the floor with my back leaning against the couch. Just sitting near her is healing enough.

I then begin eating while I turn up the volume ever so slightly as I enjoy watching my drama. I must admit, compared to my past the quality of the show has definitely gotten an upgrade. Must be due to the production company getting a sizable investment from a certain company.

Legacy Brilliant has maintained the #1 rating nationwide for the past 7 weeks, and we are just about to head into the final arc. In the past the highest rating for the show was 37%, with the way things are going we will probably break the 50% by 10 weeks . Last weeks rating was 44% and this was with it facing some stiff compet.i.tion from the rival network.

As the show reaches the midway point, I feel something stirring above me.

Turning my head, I watch as hora slowly awakens. She really makes some interesting sounds.

Opening her eyes, she's surprised by my proximity. I lean in and give her a light peck on the lips as greet "Good Evening , Baechu"

"D-Dylan?" she asks trying to confirm the ident.i.ty of the person in front of her

"The one and only" I answer as I lean in and kiss again, only this time with a lot more pa.s.sion. Greedily I suck all of the air out of her before pulling away after a couple of seconds.

"Enough, I just woke up" She cutely complains.

Enjoying every moment of her presence, I lick my lips savouring the taste, "I missed this taste. It the best dessert"

"Hmmmm. What do I taste like?" She asks intrigued.

" Like summer honey" I answer, " and how do I taste to you?" I ask.

She blushes lightly as she thinks
