CronoOver 10 Chapter 10

-Let's turn back time for a little bit, Rin who just switched with Alexander is heading towards a place where he can find enough magical energy to replace what he lost.

"It should be around here."

-Rin was trying to return to the place where he and Alexander camped two weeks ago, it was a good hiding spot because of the huge amounts of stones it had lying around.

"Somewhere around here, ah yes there it is."

"The rocky area, I have to recharge Little Star and this place will be perfect for it."

I'll spend the next three hours restocking my Walt, I have to do something about my wounds as well. I guess I'll do the same as Alexander and tie them up with my clothes.

-Rin tore his already torn s.h.i.+rt and tied it around his critical wounds, and the onse that made him lose the most blood.

"Aaaaaaa, there, that should do it for now, next how do I know when three hours have pa.s.sed, knowing him he probably counted the seconds in his head, d.a.m.n protege."

-And so Rin started counting in his head for the next three hours while going around absorbing the magical energy inside of the rocks.

-Time pa.s.sed slowly but surely one second after another, concentrating on both counting and going around touching the rocks that were at least ten times his size, one after another three hours past buy and he started making his way back to Alexander.

"I should have enough now to do THAT, better start heading back."

-He turned towards the biggest rock and headed towards it, pa.s.sing it and leaving the rocky area behind, with the intention of killing Vladimir he ran even faster in the direction he came from.

-While he was running he stopped, his eye-catching a glimpse of a dust cloud coming from the direction of the fight.

"I have to get there fast."

-He gripped his sword tightly with both hands, pulled it in front of him and started rotating.

-Without even being able to finish his sentence the monster that was in front of him closed his hand into a fist and punched Rin sending him flying a few meters away from himself."

-From the dust cloud that was created by Rin's fall Vladimir appeared, his hand opened and armored. He strait without giving a moment of rest started attack Rin again, but luckily he dodges by jumping forward and pa.s.sing him by.

-Rin searched for his sword and ran avoiding Vladimirs attacks in the process.

He's not as fast as before but his strength hasn't lessened, I need to be careful a few more hits like that and my wounds will open up again, now where the h.e.l.l are you zerra?

"grrrrrr, aaaaarrrr."

-Vladimir screamed, he was mad that Rin avoided his last attacks, unable to communicate because of his animal 'mode' he was in right now, but that didn't make him stop screaming and attacking.

"G.o.d, can you shut up, that screaming of yours is annoying!"

"There you are, Zerra!"

-Rin rushed to his left, where Zerra was still stabbed in the ground, when he got closer he didn't slow down he knew that If he would Vladimir could attack him and he didn't want to give him that pleasure.

"Got you..."

-As he took hold of Zerra with his right hand, while still running, from the dust cloud behind him Vladimir appeared and with his legs in the air flying like a bullet he hit Rin right in his back throwing him to the ground.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAA"

"G.o.d, AAAA, TO h.e.l.l."

-Even after that hit, Vladimir didn't give Rin a break, strait after his attack he prepared his second one and attacked once again, this time with his fingers that were armored and as long and sharp as knives.

"Huaaa."

"Like h.e.l.l, I'll let you kill me."

-Unwilling to die Rin couth Vladimirs sharp hand with his hand, avoiding the sharp fingers he was holding it tight.

"Got you."

-He pulled his legs towards himself and upwards striking at Vladimir's body and sending him flying in the distance.

"Now before he retunes I need to get a hold of Zerra."

-He ran towards his sword that wasn't that far away, bent down and grabbed it.

At the moment Rin bent down and took his sword, Vladimir went flying over his head, he was lucky as he could be, he avoided Vladimirs attack and not wanting to the waste that opportunity he stood up, gripped Zerra and smirked.

"Turn them to nothing, Zerra."

-When Rin said those words the edge of his sword started glowing slowly but surely, it went from a small line that you could barely see to a dark purple flame that covered the entire edge of the sword all the way to his arm.

"Guahh."

-Vladimir without a moment's hesitation just rushed towards Rin with his claws out reddy to shred him, but Rin had other plans, he pulled his burning sword up and said.

"Wyvern"

-The flame on the edge that became smaller and smaller but burned even brighter.

"Path"

-He pulled Zerra down as fest as he could and while doing it the flame on his sword shot out in the shape of a circle and went towards the approaching vampire.

"aaaaarrrrr"

-Vladimir who was right in front of Rins attack pulled his arm upwards and punched the attack.

"Huh?"

-He then involved in the fire that the attack was carrying continued to move towards Rin, opening his fist and with his sharp fingers he attacks his head.

-Managing to dodge at the last minute by jumping back, he avoided the attack but nut completely, Vladimir's finger still managed to faze Rin's eye, cutting it and turning him blind.

"Aaaaaa."

-Falling to his back and screaming on the ground and still holding onto his cut eye, Vladimir, on the other hand, was licking the blood of his finger and enjoying it.

"I'll kill you!"

No stay calm, he punched straight through my attack, if I get reckless now I'm the one that will end up dead.

If wyvern path didn't work I'll just put a lot more power into the next one, but that will take a tolle on my body, while this technique lets me do flying blade attacks the power that's used is the one from Little star, the more power I use the bigger the flame and the smaller I condense it on the blade the stronger the attack will be, doing that also takes concentration so I shoud do it now while he's still occupied with the blood.

-He then took a hold of his sword once more and stood back up, with no time to waste he put five times the power of his previous attack into this one and just as before the flame that appeared condensed into a small line.

-Vladimir noticed that and started running toward Rin.

"Now for Wyvern Dance!"

-He pulled his sword down and the energy from his sword started hitting the ground, like a wave, with each hit it became bigger and bigger and by the time it reacher Vladimir it swallowed him completely.

"Now scream."

-With those words he activated the explosion that firstly extended and then condensed back only to cover Vladimir with all the power of the attack, completely and otherly obliterating him.

"Cough, cough, Finally, it took almost all my energy but I did it."

-Rin who just defeated Vladimir fell to the ground, cracking a smile on his face, he was happy that he was the one to defeat an enemy as powerful as that.

"I need... to go back and find Alexander, now we can finally start our plan."

"In which direction did he go?, I think this one."

-And so Rin started walking slowly towards the east, with no threat of Vladimir being on his tail he could relax and take it easy which was good because he's body was exosted from everything Vladimir did to him.

-Only now noticing the huge light covering the sky, he rubbed his one good eye and started running in that direction only to find a sight that shook him to his core.

-His eyes were full of tears because of the person in front of him.
