"I went to cla.s.s C, was looking for Haruto but he wasn't there. It's strange I've seen him walking this morning and when I asked his cla.s.smates they just kept quiet."

"Possibly, but he's actually a nice guy... little crazy but nice. Either way, why did you run out of the cla.s.sroom like that"

-What he was talking about were Finn's actions after the finis.h.i.+ng bell rang, with the speed that could be said to be the same as lightning he ran out of the cla.s.sroom, like it was a matter of life and death, like there was no tomorrow.

-Eating his lunch that he made himself in the morning, Rin watched Finn struggle with his stomach and laughed silently. After the lunch break, the rest of the cla.s.ses were easy, Matthew talked about which teacher was for what subject and gave them the schedule for this week. At one-thirty in the afternoon the bell for the end of the day rang, meaning they were free to go back to their dorms or where ever they wanted on the island. They were free for the rest of the day.

-Not having anything special to do they left the school and made their way back towards the dorms. it was a nice, beautiful sunny summer day and the sun s.h.i.+ned brightly. While walking they talked so the times would past, but the actual reason was becouse Rin had something to ask Finn.

"Say you didn't tell me what kind of a Magician you are."

"I didn't, did I, sorry must have forgotten. I'm a part of the defensive squad."

"Protecting the week, you really haven't changed. I still remember the time when we made fun of the older kids and then you had to protect me when I was to slow to run away from them."

-Pulling out Kanas.h.i.+mi, Rin took a basic stance and pointed its shard edge towards Finn. He was serious and didn't plan on holding back was what his body told Finn.

"What's your rank?"-He asked.

-Finn pulled up one of his legs and both of his arms in a basic Muay Thai position. By the looks of it, he was definitely not a novice at martial arts. By taking a single glance Rin could tell he was a bit weaker if not on the same level as him.

"C, the same as you."

"Good, then I won't need to hold back!"

-Rin rushed at Finn with his blade prepared to unleash his "Wyvern dash" but then as he was about to use it, Finn appeared in front of him and with his long and sharp nails he stopped Kanas.h.i.+mi and blocked his attack.

"What?"

-His arms strengthening and becoming a little bigger, Finn pushed Kanas.h.i.+mi with all of his might and slammed Rin to the ground. He slammed into the ground back first and created a crater at the impact, showing just how powerful Finn was.

"What's with that appearance of yours?"

-His previously brown hair turned to a silverish white color, his pupils turning into a straight line with the blue color surrounding the rest of his eyes. The fingers on his hands became longer, his previously normal nails grew a few inches and became as sharp as the sharpest of blades. His build was now even better than Rin's, he wasn't taller but wider and bigger. His appearance resembled that of a monster from legends. Even though his body wasn't covered in hair he resembled a werewolf very closely.

"You don't like it?"

-Rin stood right back up, impressed by his show of power and that counter he spit the blood he had in his mouth on the floor and had an exciting look on his face.

"Oh, you look h.e.l.la Cool!"

-After that punch, Rin realized that Finn's power isn't something he can take lightly, he was now sure that he was the same strength as him, which meant he needed to get serious. He gripped kanas.h.i.+mi and used his second stance, putting the blade sideways with his arm and disappeared from Finn's point of view!

"Wha..."

"Long sword style second stance: Wyvern claw!"

-Becouse of the length of his blade, it was hard for Rin to fight in close corners, the second stance he developt with Alexander's help allows him to do just that. By pulling Kanas.h.i.+mi the other way and leaning it to the side of his arm, he cut its length in half, which allowed him to fight in close corners.
