-While Roselin and Rin were talking, Raiker who just finished doing his warm-ups inside of the school came out and saw the two of them in the shade under the tree doing nothing while everybody else was involved in some kind of physical activity . He took it as slacking off especially because the people in general already had a bad record even if they were here for only a few days .

-As a punishment for being the only ones that weren't doing anything and were relaxing while enjoying cold beverages, they were a.s.signed the task of taking the equipment that the second years left lying around and bring it back into the school gymnasium .

-Having no other choice as they were guilty of the act they went and helped . Because he was stronger than her and it was gentlemanly, Rin carried all the big and heavy equipment and while Roselin only had a few small and not so heavy dumbells in her had .

-Both of them decided it would be faster if they carried multiple things at once and so to finish as soon as possible so they could leave, they loaded themselves full with various kinds of sports gear and training equipment .

"Is it too heavy?"-Rin asked, worried that she might not be feeling all that well .

-Even though he was carrying five times heavier equipment than her, Roselin's body was pale and tiered looking even more than usual . Rin was worried that she might not be sick or something and asked if she wanted to take a break and rest for a little while, but she refused as she a.s.sured him that she was fine and it was nothing .

-Rin trusted her words and they continued with the work . It didn't take them long to finish transferring everything as time pa.s.sed faster while the two conversed and had fun talking things they were learning in cla.s.s today .

-They did finish transferring everything and in less than twenty minutes none the less, but the problem was Roselin's condition . She was in a terrible state, barely able to stand while she sweated from all over her body, she breathed heavily and her skin was paler then ever before, she looked as if she lost all the color from her body .

"I-it's O-ok . . . "

-Her lips and mouth were so dry she could barely even speak .

"How is this ok, hey!"

-Rin put his hand gently on her shoulder but even that was to heavy for her . Roselin's legs lost that little strength they had left and made her fall onto the floor of the gymnasium . Immediately after seeing that, Rin took hold of her and tried looking at what was wrong with her . He put his hand in her forehead in order to try and see if she had a fever, but she didn't, she was as cold as an ice block and the only thing she gave him was a warning .

"D-don't c-come c-closer!"

-Her eyes slowly turned to a deep crimson color that covered everything except the pupils that turned into a straight black line . With inhuman strength and speed, she took hold of Rin's head almost crus.h.i.+ng his scall because of the tight grip she had and smas.h.i.+ng it into the ground .

"H-hungry . . . N-need to eat . . . no!"

-Her eyes looked deranged and completely evil as she was letting out tears from her eyes . The tears she was crying weren't normal ones, unlike every other person when Roselin Cried she cried blood and it wasn't normal blood . A completely white substance came out from her eyes and went down her face as she was holding Rin's head smashed into the ground .

-She was like a hungry animal getting ready to devourer her pray, but before she could do that Rin used his Legs to kick her off of him and get away from her sharp and tight cloches . But that safety didn't last for long, just like a cat, as soon as she landed on the ground she immodestly went to attack him again with no hesitation what so ever, in hopes of ripping off his head or any other part of his body and feasting off of it .

W-what is this?

-Roselin was fast, but not faster than him . Rin could see the upcoming attack and dogged it by throwing himself to the side, and as soon as he did he started rinning because that wasn't the only attack she did .

-Just like before, after she missed and landed on all four of her limbs she turned around and attacked him once again by jumping off of the ground towards him all the while releasing a vicious and familiar killing intent from her entire body .

Now I remember this feeling, it's the same as back then!

-That was correct . Roselin was in fact a vampire and a starving one at that . "H-hungry!"

-The reason for her pale look and the way she acted was starvation . She refuses to drink blood because of a personal reason as well as a promise she made . If she doesn't intake even a single drop of blood in the next few minutes she will die, that's why her survival instincts kicked in and why she's currently trying to brutally ma.s.sacre Rin and feast on his delicious blood .

-But he wasn't just about to let that happen, he dodged her attack again but this time by ducking . He had no other way of protecting himself except for dodging her attacks, he left Kanas.h.i.+mi back in the changing room thinking he wouldn't need it, but even if he had it with him there was no way he could use it to hurt his cla.s.smate, his friend .

I'm facing a vampire, someone that I can a.s.sume has the same power as Vladimir, only weaker . I need to think this through .

-Dodging her attacks left and right it was like a never-ending stream that only kept continuing with no end what so ever in sight .

-After some time pa.s.sed Rin noticed that one thing about her changed, she was getting faster . In sted of growing tired and becoming slower, she was the complete opposite, her speed and strength only increased the more tired she got .

-If anything Rin was sure of one thing and that was that if this battle dragged out any longer then it already has, then she will surpa.s.s his strength and become as powerful if not more powerful then Vladimir himself, and if it came to that point he had no chance at winning .

I need to deal with her now, while I still can .

-Rin thought of a plan and possibly the only solution he could use right now and he put it to use . The next time she came to attack him, instead of dodging her attack he'll take a risk and tackle her from behind while taking a hold of her and pressing her down on the floor . At that point, he needs to hold her tight and scream until the teachers could show up and deal with this situation .

-Like that no one would get hurt, but to pull that off he'll first need an opening to be able to tackle her, and that in and by itself would be a problem as she was jumping all around him from wall to wall and only getting faster every pa.s.sing second, which made his plan ever so harder to pull off .

d.a.m.n it, I can't find an opening!

-She moved faster and faster before she finally reached the point where she was faster then what his eyes could follow . Rin took to long and she surpa.s.sed his level of speed and left him able to escape from her attacks by a single hair because he could catch the glimpses of her afterimage as she moved, but even that didn't last for long .

-Even if he was giving it his all at dodging her attack, Roselin became even faster and the deciding moment came . The sip of her fingernail covered in her blood scratched his face .

-The next time Rin thew his body to the side in order to dodge her attack he found himself unable to getting back up again . His vision started to get all blurry, he started seeing weird shapes and illusions that weren't there and a completely new filling filled his body, a feeling of relaxation and happiness .

-As soon as his body hit the ground she made a move and jumped directly at him . She took hold of his head once again and pulled it near her face, opened her mouth wide and extended her previously small canine teeth making them way longer and stabbing them right into his neck as she proceeds to drink his blood .

W-what is T-this fealing? It feels . . . Good .

-As he was having his life slowly taken away from him and this weirdly good feeling started filling his body, he looked around himself and saw Roselin sucking him dry off all the blood hed had before his vision suddenly turned back and falling into what would seem to be a deep, deep sleep .

-But the sleep wasn't as deep nor as long as he thought it would be . He opened his eyes only to be met with a white sealing and a fan that slowly rotated as it was cooling off the room in which he was currently in .

-He put his hand on the side of the bed on which he was currently laying and pulled himself up . He looked around himself and while doing so a singular thought went through his mind as he released a sigh of annoyance .

"I really need to stop waking up in hospitals . "

-Both his head and neck were all bandaged up while his face had a singular band-air on his cheek at the place where Roselin scratched him at . He was currently in the school's Infirmary .

"Lay back down, You need to let your body rest for a while . "

-A strangely familiar, mature female voice could be heard coming from the other side of the curtain that was diving his bed from the one that another person was occupying .

"Long time no see! Although I am glad to see you again I'm not happy it needed to be in this kind of situation . "

-Tall, long brown hair and exceptionally beautiful women wearing a doctor's coat moved the sheets separating her from Rin and walked right towards him . She was the school's nurse and a person whose name he already heard once before .

-She only gave him a small but welcoming smile in return as she took hold of him and threw his body back into the bed from which he stood up even after clearly hearing her say not to .

"No need for that . Like I said, just rest for now . "

-While Rin was trying to make himself comfortable on the bed, a light, almost silent knock could be heard coming from the other side of the infirmary door . Emily had a pretty good idea of who it might be so she simply answered with a "Come on in, he's awake!" . The person who hesitated to open the door and wasn't sure if Rin wanted to see her or not was Roselin . And while wearing a Grimm and sad expression all over her face she gathered the courage she needed and opened that door and walked in .
