Opal eyes turned Red, she flew as fast as an arrow to Mormo and took him into her arms.

Her power exploded out of her body, no one in the audience could even breath.

The temperature in the area went far below zero and a lot of objects made of ice started to appear in the 1000 meters around Opal. Cycling around her.

Then her head little by little turn to Mor direction. The hate she felt in her heart made her feel like all the blood in her body was about to flow out of her. She could hear her heart rate rus.h.i.+ng up dramatically. No sound could reach Opal, all she wanted is to see the world painting in red at the moment.

As her vision was completely locked into Mor all the ice that surrounded herself just stopped.

Then the ice turn into multiple arrows that flew into Opal in a shocking speed.

The whole world was like a painting mixing only of blue and yellow in it. The sand and the ice mixed together as trying to devour each other.

Mor was unarmed, before her stood the bearded giant. He looked with amus.e.m.e.nt expression into Opal eyes.

Opal was listless, she didn't understand what she really wanted to. All she knew is that the pain in her heart just stab her over and over again.

"Opal dear, please stop it. You already managed to rescue our son. If you will keep it up nothing good will come out of it." a.s.saf told her.

Opal turn to look at him and in the first time in her life she looked at him with hateful gaze.

"HE IS YOUR SON ISN'T HE? HOW COULD YOU LET THEM TO HARM HIM LIKE THAT??? THEY BURN HIS FACE AND HALF RIPED OF HIS LEG!!! HIS ARMS EVEN MORE USLESS RIGHT NOW!!!! IF NOT FOR HIS AURA I COULDN'T EVEN RECOGNIZED HIM!!!" Opal shouted. She was out of her mind as some blood started to leak out of her mouth.

"I AM TAKING HIM BACK HOME!!!" Opal said, she began to fly when the giant blocked her way.

"I'm sorry madam, this kid is not yours. As the prior agreement between your families he is the belonging of the student named Mor.

"If you want to get him back all you have to do is get the agreement of her family or ma.s.sacre them. Both this solution is fine by me. But as long as they still alive and against it, I will not let you take him from here" he said with a big smile on his face.

a.s.saf face turned darker as time goes. "Opal why don't you stay with him here and protect him, while I will go to and talk with the Tirtin family?" he said. (Mor clan name is Tirtin)

Opal looked hatefully at the giant bearded creature, he node his head and she flew with Mormo into the desert.

Mormo fell unconscious long ago. he didn't even know about his mother arrival.

He felt warm, the warm he needed so much. He pushed himself as near as he could into the warm feeling. He felt that the warm feeling in response keep flowing into him. eventually he opened his eyes, he was deep in his mother embrace. He looked at her clear pink eyes. She looked at him back and kissed him on his forehead while tears were flowing down her eyes.

With her care and his ability to restore his body, he already was perfectly fine.

Mormo leaned on her and just didn't want to think about anything. His mother didn't rush him, so they just sit soundlessly.

After some hours Opal whisper into Mormo hears, "Sorry about everything. I wanted to be the best mother there is, I wanted to protect you. In this past year, all I did is thinking about you. I wanted to protect you. All I did is training and training, while you were bullied here. I'm truly sorry" she couldn't control herself anymore, she started to cry. Her tears fell into Mormo face.

He looked at her soundlessly for some minutes before he moved his face near her ears and whispered, "Its ok mother, I love you with all my heart. You are the only other human being in this whole world I care about". His mother stopped moving, Mormo used to tell this a lot to her before she married to a.s.saf, afterward her relations.h.i.+p with him just turn worse as the year pa.s.sed, and eventually he stopped to talk with her like this.

Her feeling was mixed with sadness and happiness, she was sometimes crying and sometimes laughing. But her tears never stopped to flow, eventually they fell asleep in each other arms. Opal promised herself that she will never let anyone to touch her kid ever again!

In the following days they didn't talk much and Mormo didn't want to think about what occurred near the castle. After a week or so he managed to collect himself and started to think about the pervious events.

He thought about all the different power he saw back then and the feeling of the attacks that were perform on him or on his surroundings.

Mormo started to a.n.a.lyze everything. He couldn't collect any essence, he was handicapped in many ways but for others he was a living treasure. this state was a nightmare to him. The only thing he had that were superior to other is his imagination and his problem-solving skill, in other words he could look at the same problem with multiple different direction until he could find the best solution to each problem he faced.

If not for his mother, he long ago was diving into an ocean of despair. But with her loving and caring he kept his mind clear and tried to focus all his attention into finding a solution to his powerless state.

Mormo a.n.a.lyze everything for a long time. He just rested on his mother arms, never moved, never stop his thinking.

After some days he move for the first time after a long time from lying to sitting with a little smile on his face.

He looked at his mother with clear eyes and said, "Mother can you please help me?"

"Of course, I will do anything for you. Whatever you will ask!" she said seriously.

"Mother I found a way to get stronger, a lot stronger than any of them. please help me … TO DEVELOP MY OWN STRENGTH" he said with determination.
