Accident Prone 248 Jackson Is In Liz's Hands

Max used his guest pa.s.scode to get in Sabrina's apartment.

He was worried sick. Is he too late? d.a.m.ned traffic! If Jackson hurt a strand of hair from Sabrina's head, Max will turn him into minced meat!

Liz was one step behind Max. They are investigating Jackson and she is aware that he is cheating on Sabrina whenever he gets a chance. Also, they found some inconsistencies in his business which confirm that he is a man who will go to any lengths in order to get what he wants. Sure, many people are scheming when it comes to business, however, when that adds up to the dirt from his private life, it just portrays an image of an overall unscrupulous man.

Max and Liz agree that so far Jackson didn't retaliate against Sabrina because she did what he wanted, but now Sabrina wants to break up with him, and there is no way that Jackson will take this lying down.

Liz's eyes widened in disbelief when she saw Jackson on the floor, having what seems to be a seizure. What luck! She wanted to examine him, and this looks like a perfect chance! She got her phone and dialed the emergency number at Franciscan Medical Center. There is no way that Liz will allow Jackson to slip through her fingers!

Max froze at the sight of Sabrina and Ashton making out in the living room. Well, now he knows who the mystery man is. Ashton. How did that happen?

Max was pulled out of his daze when Liz tugged his hand. He saw that she is on the phone already and her sight is on the floor, she is looking at… Jackson.

"What is going on here?", Max's deep voice shook the air in the apartment.

Sabrina and Ashton broke the kiss.

"Max…" Sabrina wanted to explain the fact that she is kissing Ashton, but then she noticed that Max is not looking at them at all.

Sabrina put her hand over her mouth. "Jackson…" She forgot about him.

"Ambulance is on the way…", Liz informed Sabrina, kept her phone in the purse which she gave to Max, and went down on her knees next to Jackson.

Ashton and Sabrina were stunned because they didn't hear that Max and Liz entered the apartment, and they were caught kissing, and then they saw Jackson having a seizure on the floor, and Max was stunned for the same reasons (kissing and seizure).

Liz was cool and she acted swiftly.

Ashton, Sabrina, and Max watched with admiration as Liz checked Jackson's condition. She obviously knows what she is doing.

"Tell the security to let the paramedics up.", Liz told Sabrina before shoving her hand in Jackson's mouth.

Sabrina nodded and went to the intercom.

"Is that necessary?" Max's grimace showed how disgusted he is by the sight of Liz's hand in Jackson's foamy mouth.

"It's OK. I am a doctor.", Liz reminded him and explained: "During a real epileptic seizure, the patient is unconscious. Due to muscle spasms, he is jerking and there is a danger of him swallowing or biting off his tongue."

Max noticed that Liz said how that happens during a 'real' seizure. "What if the seizure is not real?"

Liz shrugged. "Then it's more disgusting for him than me because he has my hand in his mouth and he does not know when was the last time I washed my hands."

Max didn't find Liz's comment funny. His eyes didn't leave the point where Liz's body connected with Jackson's. "Is he biting your hand?"

"He can't do much. If it's a finger or a two he would have enough movement to cause damage. But with my whole hand in, he can barely move his jaw…"

Max frowned. He could never be a medical worker. It's… gross. But he admires Liz who can do all these things without any hesitation.

Sabrina returned to the living room and went straight back into Ashton's embrace.

If it's up to Sabrina, she will never separate from Ashton, but the reality is harsh.

"I will need to go with him to the hospital.", Sabrina told Ashton in a whisper. "His parents will be there, and they will demand an explanation."

Ashton caressed Sabrina's cheek. "I will come with you."

Sabrina smiled and tightened her hold on Ashton. As much as she wanted Ashton to stay out of it, she wants him to be by her side more.

"What happened?", Max asked Sabrina and Ashton.

Sabrina answered, "Jackson came and when I refused to attend an event with him tonight, things escalated."

"How does Ashton fit into the picture?", Max continued probing.

Ashton saw that Sabrina is hesitating, so he responded to this question. "I arrived later. I heard Jackson threatening Rina. He wanted to force himself on her and I punched him."

Sabrina saw that Max is about to blow up. Ah, that is why she didn't want to mention what Jackson did and why he got punched. She quickly added: "Nothing happened, Ashton arrived on time."

Max gritted his teeth. "Good."

Max's eyes moved on Jackson and if the look could kill, he would slice him in million pieces with his glare.

"Liz is this a good time for you to…?", Sabrina didn't finish her question.

Liz gave Sabrina a confident nod. She knows exactly what Sabrina wanted to ask, but she didn't want to provide many details because if Jackson is faking, he can hear them. "I will go in the ambulance with Jack and make sure he is immediately received in the neurosurgery." Liz glanced at Jackson and smiled. "This looks serious, we should give him the best treatment possible."

"You can join me later.", Liz told Max.

Max didn't like the 'later' part. He will join right away. "Do you know where the ambulance will go?"

Max was too shocked by the kissing scene and didn't hear Liz's phone call.

"The Franciscan Medical Center.", Liz responded with a grin.

…

In the ambulance van…

By the time the ambulance arrived, Jackson's spasms subsided.

As soon as Jackson was inside the ambulance van, the paramedic was securing Jackson to the bed and Liz put the rubber hat (similar to the one swimmers use) on Jackson's head which is attached to the EEG machine.

This is the perfect time for her to record the electrical activity of his brain, and when she called for an ambulance, Liz specifically requested the latest model (which has the EEG machine onboard).

Jackson heard Liz say: "He has a history of violence. Prepare sedative, just in case…"

"We have them ready, Dr. Williams, right there. They can knock out a horse for hours…", the paramedic responded. And by the way he addressed her with warmth and respect, was a giveaway that he knows her.

Jackson abruptly opened his eyes and started fighting against the restraints while shouting: "What are you doing to me? Let me out!"

"He is violent! We need to sedate him!", Liz exclaimed and a second later she jabbed an injection in his triceps. "Be good, Jackson. It will all be OK."

A second later, Jackson started relaxing and his eyes became unfocused.

"You are a sick man, but don't worry… I will take good care of you."

Jackson saw her malicious smile and he wanted to tell the paramedic that Liz is a demon and that he needs to be rescued from her clutches, but before he was able to finish that thought, he lost consciousness.

Max is driving his car toward the Franciscan Medical Center, and Sabrina and Ashton are in the back.

Max is glancing in the rear mirror, and he can see that Sabrina is sticking to Ashton completely while he cradles her in his arms.

"Is there something wrong with your car, Rina?", Max asked grumpily.

"No. But if one of us is driving, then we can't cuddle.", Sabrina admitted shamelessly.

Max groaned and rolled his eyes. "How long are you together?"

Ashton looked at Sabrina apprehensively. Neither of them missed the hostility in Max's voice.

"Do you have a problem, little brother?", Sabrina asked in an icy voice which made Max s.h.i.+ver.

Max definitely felt danger, just like when they were kids and Sabrina would whoop his behind when he was caught touching her things.

"No, I am just curious." Max did his best to sound casual.

"I don't want to stay away from Ashton. Does it matter if we are together one day or a week or a year? I just went through a stressful situation and he is comforting me."

'Comforting, my a.s.s. You are just making out in the back of MY car!' Max didn't dare say this at loud.

Max snorted. "Fine. You don't need to tell me."

"Don't think that the pa.s.sive-aggressive approach will work on me. The only thing you need to know is that I am with Ashton. And we are living together."

Max groaned. Well, at least Sabrina is happy, and based on what Max saw, Ashton is protective of her. "Does Hunter know?"

"Not yet.", Sabrina responded. "I will tell him when I get the chance." She turned to Ashton. "Or do you want to tell him?"

Ashton thought for a second before responding. "How about we tell him together?"

Sabrina agreed. "Together. Sounds wonderful."

Ashton hummed in response. If Sabrina can handle Max like he is a little boy, she can do much more with Hunter. And he wants to see it.

Max pursed his lips and focused on traffic while trying to tune out Sabrina and Ashton. It seems that they are making out on the back seat. Again.

Max's mind was working hard on accepting that his big sister is in love with Hunter's buddy. She is seven years older than him!

Max told himself how the age difference does not matter. Nothing matters anymore because the whole world is going crazy.

His big sister is trapped in a fake engagement with a dastard while being in love with Ashton, and they are living together! And he is driving to the Franciscan Medical Center where Liz is examining Jackson. This day is eventful.

Well, Sabrina and Ashton living together explains how Ashton found himself in that mess.

Max shook his head. He can't believe that Sabrina is living together with Ashton! He wonders what will Hunter say when he finds out. Or Madeline and Nathan. Max hopes that he will be there to see their expressions. It will be fun.

The always perfect Sabrina Anderson, engaged, with a growing business, no stains on her life… and she is about to reveal that her personal life is a mess. Ha! For years, Nathan and Madeline are giving Max a hard time because he is a problem child in their family!

Max reminded himself not to rub it in. He will only watch while holding onto Elizabeth.
