Dragon Ball: Altered Time 56 First Wish Granting Mission

"Wait so my Sacred Gear thing will make me stronger is what your saying?, will it amplify my powers within Battle?"

"Well yes if Yuuma the fallen killed you for it it means it must have been really powerful!"

"Rias-chan how would I activate this ability of mine then!" After saying this in such close proximity Rias began blus.h.i.+ng fervently because of Issei adding chan to her name.

After she calmed down though with a tint of red upon her cheeks she said, "to release your sacred gear, you should concentrate by closing your eyes and going into your most powerful stance or strike pose!"

Hearing this Issei places his right leg forward as he bent his knees before putting both his arms forward slightly tilting them before displaying his palms as to strike out with it, one palm was behind the other as his expression became serious he could feel some dragon essence within his body specifically some red type of dragon essence.

Forming my <[son family="" martial="" technique]=""> I got into my stance as slowly around me I closed off my Qi as I wanted to only feel this red Dragon Essence within me, "Is this right Rias-chan!" Hearing chan again she blushed again but remained calm and saying, "... what a weird pose?..." she thought, 'this doesn't really look strong at all!'

When he heard this from Rias, he said, "This is the <[son family="" martial="" technique]=""> refines by me through many years of hards.h.i.+p and breaking through my limits consecutively, "Wait... Son-Sun... Are you related to Sun Wukong-Son Goku Issei?"

"Rias what do you mean related to I am Sun Wukong, Son Goku- I am the Monkey King!"

Meanwhile in another realm, "ahchuh!" Sneezed Wukong as he felt someone was talking about him, "Argh d.a.m.n that idiot Bikou what's he doing with my name now!"

Hearing this Rias thought he just watched too much anime and said while sighing, "now try as hard as you can to release that energy!" Hearing that when I felt enough Dragin essence was leaked out of my body I condensed it into a Kamehameha Wave, but changed the name as it was pure red and made of only Dragon Essence I called it the, "Do-RGon... WAVE!!"

After releasing this my hands started to glow madly in this red light and soon red scales began to grow out of my arms until a bright jewel formed below my knuckles. "Issei this is your Sacred Gear!" And soon my arm turned into an armour like scale arm with sharp claws for hands. "This I can feel it increases my strength almost as if boosting my power!"

"Yes Issei this is what Yuuma the fallen tried to kill you for, for this rare power. Anyway, devils gain power by making pacts with humans, granting their wishes in exchange for something of value. But as of late the amount of humans able to draw magic circles have dwindled, so we usually hand them out to greedy humans and you happened to chance upon one thus turning you into a Devil when you were in a desperate situation!"

"After I was summoned as you used the wis.h.i.+ng contract, I saw that you possessed a sacred gear- that is why I brought you back but you had done something unexpected and managed to overpower me- leading to last night!"

"But you are now my servant. You were reborn as a devil to serve me Rias Gremory, now allow me to introduce my family to you"

"Hey I'm second year Kiba Yuuto, nice to meet you!" As he gave me a wink strangely.

"I'm Toujou Koneko- it's a pleasure to meet you!" Said Koneko with a deadpan face oozing no emotions. "And I'm Himejima Akeno a third year- I'm the Vice President of the group!" Said Akeno modestly as she formed a beautiful and gentle smile towards me.

And after this Rias said she was their master, and with that said they all began to grow black edgy wings. As if I felt a connection to them my back began to sprout out wings of my own. "Wait you mean I'll be your servant forever, nah f*ck that s.h.i.+t I'm no ones lap dog!"

"Wait Issei you have to send out these contracts and fulfil human wishes to rank up, what are you doing. And when you weren't looking I placed the Summoners contract on you, meaning If someone makes a demon circle you could be summoned, she's aligned your crest with the magic seal."

"Oh please as if I can be a*sed doing such tedious ch.o.r.es, I'll make my own way out!" And as if flames devoured him he teleported out before saying, "Ciao~~!"

Issei did this as he thought was a cool exit, but the others thought it was just funny. Koneko even said, "...Lame... and he didn't even realise he was standing on the summoners circle, puchi~~"

But what Issei didn't know was that the moment he tried to exit his magic power activated the summoners circle flinging him off to another area of Kuoh so that he could grant his summoners wish.

Normally my Teleportation was instant but today it took 2 seconds to teleport annoying me and trying to think up a reason until I remembered that they had infused my magic crest or something so I could fulfil human wishes. And remembering that I grunted out "Oh F*ck this!"

Meanwhile in an otaku's room:

"Yes with this devil summoning I will gain the abilities of Miltan-chan!" Said a huge otaku who crossdressed as a magical girl, the man looked like he was a pervert and a mafia member at the same time, What with his crotch bulging out of his magical girl stockings and skirt, and his chest pus.h.i.+ng against the b.u.t.tons of his uniform.

And when Issei saw this he thought, 'what's with this guy, is he a cosplayer, why does he add ~nyo to the end of his sentences, looking at him it seems he wants a s.e.x-change or something I guess as he's cosplaying as a female character!'

'It doesn't matter I'll just get this over and done with, I'll give him his s.e.x change and exit!' Soon the huge guy began talking, "I want to have her abilities and looks Devil-san, even though I a magic girl say this to my arch enemies I wish to have that ability!"

Seeing that the guy was pretty chill and was just a bit perverted Issei didn't mind and said, "as you wis.h.!.+" Before he used his Kai-Style Magic creation ability and and altered the mans body into that of a cute blonde haired girl with twin tails and a huge bosom, before turning him completely female, and gave her some increased strength just enough so that she can resist bullets and whatnot (Battle Power 12).

When the girl saw this transformation she was overwhelmed and repeatedly thanked him, to be fair the magic girl attire now looked a hundred times better just saying. And when she saw she had heightened strength she became even more happy, "in exchange for your transformation you will have to give up something precious to you do you accept Miltan-san!"

"Yes Devil-san I accept, and in exchange for this transformation I will willingly give up my heart to you~~!" Said Miltan-san as she gazed intensely at me as if she was going to eat me, seeing this I straight up said, "No I don't want your sh*tty heart, just give up something like an emotion- hate, sorrow or happiness!"

Seeing this Miltan got angry as her charms didn't work and in the end conceded giving away her, "I give up my emotions of hate and sorrow. I'm a magical girl I should only be happy, and serve everyone equally!"
