Peter saw Max and frowned and said, "What do you want, Argent?"

Max smiled at him and said, "Not scared, are we? Should I break one of your arms to let you remember what happened couple days ago?"

Peter just stood there with the same frown and said, " I know you're not gonna kill me. If you wanted to kill me you would've done so in school that night instead of breaking my arm. So either tell me what you want now or go away."

Max just smiled at him and said, "You're smart, Peter. I like working with smart people. I'll offer you a deal which you cannot resist, Peter."

Peter hearing this suddenly started to think if all these were some kind of ploy, but then he realized that Max won't kill him, and he had nothing else to lose, So he replied, "I'll listen, but whatever you say I won't change my mind about killing Kate, I know she's your aunt, Argent. But she has to die."

Max knew if he doesn't bring up anything substantial he won't be able to use Peter for his plan. So he decided slowly lure him into his trap, "You remember Talia, don't you? Talia Hale?"

Peter's frown started to deepen as soon as he heard this. But he still asked, "Talia is dead. And don't act like you know her. When she died you were just a child. So whatever you have to say, just say it."

Max knew dragging will only agitate Peter more and more, so he decided to get right to it, "Okay, I'll tell you a story that happened years ago. You know how Talia was good with memory manipulation, right? The thing is Talia had a premonition that something bad might happen to her family, so she decided to save some of the young ones in the family and erased everyone's memory of their existence."

Hearing till now, Peter's entire body was shaking. He knew that Talia was the cautious kind of person. And by hearing what Max has said till now he could guess that there might be other descendants of the Hale family. If what he's hearing now is true, he can make is own pack and be the alpha, he wouldn't have to run behind some highschool kid. So he decided to get more information. He smiled and said, "So if they're truly alive, how come there never been a werewolf sighted in Beacon Hills other than Derek before. Little Argent, this information is worth close to nill. I don't think you can save your aunt with this."

Max knew that Peter wanted to dig for more information, and he also knew that Peter took the bait, so he said, "First, you need to know that I'm not trying to save Kate. Second is, the information I know is limited which is useless to others but not to you, because the information is about your own daughter. " He smiled after saying this.

Peter's entire body shook as soon as he heard this. He didn't know whether to trust Max's words or not. But if there is a fraction of a chance that it's true, then he's willing to take it.  So he stared at Max with Deep red eyes and was thinking of attacking him and gut the information out of Max. But before he could do that Max said with a calm expression, "I know what you're thinking. But you should know that if we fought head on, you'll be on the losing side. I don't mind going a round or two, but currently we don't have the time, do we?"

Peter hearing this calmed down, and asked him, "What do you want, Argent?"

Max was just waiting to hear this so he said, "I don't want you to kill Kate. I want--"

Peter growled at him and said, "Kate will die, no matter what. Don't you think that you can stop me!"

Max just said, "You wolves and your temper. Listen I have a better plan. This one will make you and me both happy. If you follow through it, I'll tell you where your daughter is."

Peter hearing this got curious and asked, "So what do you have in mind."

Max went closer to him and whispered something in Peter's ear.

After hearing the entire thing Peter burst out in laughing,"Hahahahaha! You deserve your name, Argent. You're more devious than that Gerard. I'll do it."

Peter paused and looked at Max and asked, "Are you gonna tell me why you're doing this?"

Max said with a blank face, "I have my reasons. And it's none of your business."

Peter knew he couldn't get any info from this little devil, so he decided to move to the location where Kate is to be intercepted."Let's go, they should've blocked her ahead
