It's been two months since the Northstar Academy took in new students and various teachers in various departments were busy recruiting students to tutor personally.

In the Northstar Academy, students could actually change their lives as well as their families, especially for those with an average or below average background. The academy offers jobs and rewards to well-off students who are capable of performing beyond their feets. The academy adopts a points system where for every achievement made by an individual, be it teacher or student, they are evaluated and converted to points with which trade can be performed in the school.

Points are also awarded to students who complete various jobs offered by the academy. It's like an adventurers guild where jobs are posted and whoever completes the job is awarded with the rewards attached to each mission. The missions provided are not only from the Academy, but from other merchants who have requests also. Of course, missions are ranked using numbers 1 to 7, 7 being the lowest and easiest while 1, being the hardest and highest level.

For teachers in the academy, to get points, they follow a different pattern. When a student acknowledges a teacher as his master and the teacher also accepts the student to be his disciple, 70 percent of the student's resources for cultivating and training is given by the teacher. The teacher is to guide the student in the best possible path to take for his cultivation to advance steadily and smoothly. The other 30 percent are from tbe missions handed to the student by the academy.

When a student advances in stages and realms, like from squire realm to n.o.ble knight realm, he is awarded points and rewards for his breakthrough. Some benefits of acquiring enough points as a student is the ability to buy a n.o.bility t.i.tle which is the Baron/Baroness t.i.tle. Although, these are not easy feets to achieve as the points required are insanely high.

For teachers of the academy, whenever their students advance in stages or realms or gains an achievement in an area of speciality, the teacher is awarded points with which he/she can use to attain promotions in their various departments. For example, a student successfully advance realms under the tutelage of his master, the points the teacher receives can be used to apply for bigger positions in the academy, buy resources to advance in his cultivation or probably to also buy a n.o.bility t.i.tle. Only the t.i.tle of Baron/Baroness can be sold in the Northstar Kingdom. Others can only be attained by having great contributions to the Kingdom or if the King bestows the t.i.tle upon an individual.

Gold can also be used to gain or rather, buy points. 1 point is equivalent to 1000 gold, so it's very rarely bought because of the price margin.

For students with dual element, they are opportuned to choose two masters, one for each elemental affinity.

Aaron sat cross legged on his bed meditating, when a bracelet, just like the one Leo had, started blinking. He looked at the bracelet and quickly understood that his master, Anderson Gale, was summoning him. He readied himself and left his room. He went past many training rooms with different teachers training their students. When he arrived at the designated training room his master had summoned him to, he was surprised to see Leo and another boy whom he was not all familiar with.

Aaron: He's your master too? (pointing to Anderson)

Leo: apparently.

Aaron: and whose the other guy? (pointing to the other boy in the room)

Leonardo: I have no idea. But he must be strong enough to be acknowledged by him (pointing to Anderson)

Anderson: you both know we can hear your conversation right? *looks at them with a lazy eye*. Anyway, this is Hayden. Hayden, introduce yourself.

Before I move on, I want you you two, Aaron and Hayden, to spar with yourselves since both of are wind users. Aaron, no other element is allowed in this sparring contest. Based on speed, Hayden was utilizing his wind element and was moving faster than the eyes could see. In less than a second, he had closed the gap between he and Aaron and was ready to give Aaron a kick on the stomach. Aaron side stepped and was able to avoid the kick. Hayden reacted quickly and launched another punch at Aaron. Aaron could only block the punch with his hands like an x in front of his face. Although he blocked the punch, he still moved half a foot back. Aaron put down his hands and smiled, then he spoke to Hayden;

Aaron: for a 7th stage squire, you are much more stronger.

Leo: If Hayden's opponent was someone else, then he might have won with his speed but so long as it's Aaron, It's his loss.

Anderson: why so?

Leo: Aaron has a better mana control than Hayden. He is stronger and he has more battle experience than Hayden.
