Scarlet comes out of the room and her eyes reveal boundless killing intent. Even though she is proud of her bounty she will not forgive anyone who wants her life. Scarlet thinks 'I need to investigate who put a bounty on me, after returning to Konoha'.

She then went to take rest and plan about the race. Early morning when the sun didn't rise yet, all the team seven members gathered at the racing spot.

Looking at the huge crowd Naruto said "Nee-chan! I never imagined that the race would be this big. What kind of race is it?"

Scarlet looked as Naruto with a helpless look and said "So you didn't see the information for the mission again Naru chan. Well, let me explain it to you. The starting point will be here at Degaras.h.i.+ port. Once you have started, you head to Modoroki shrine which is halfway point and the fastest way to Modoroki shrine is by s.h.i.+p. Once you get there, you take one of the two Ryuko b.a.l.l.s and then race down to Oouzu Island until you dedicate it in Todoroki Shrine. Those are the only rules so shortcuts, interceptions and manoeuvring behind the scenes everything is allowed, which is the reason that they hired us, ninjas."

Scarlet then turns to Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura and says "Guys due to some circ.u.mstances I cannot be exposed to other ninjas so I will follow you in Shadows while you will be with Idate and I will come out and help in case of trouble"

Naruto asked, "But why do you need to hide dattebayo?"

Scarlet replied "Naru chan I will tell you all once we return back to Konoha, now is not the right time"

The incitation of 15 million is not small especially because the bounty is for a 12-year-old girl who is just a genin. Most ninjas will think of it as an opportunity to earn easy money hence they would easily target Scarlet. Scarlet didn't want this to affect the mission hence decided to act in shadows but didn't know that someone had already put his on her.

The race was about to start, the announcer announces "Ladies and Gentlemen, we will be starting the Todoroki Representative Race momentarily. From Wasabi family we have Morino Idate. From Wagaras.h.i.+ family we have the messenger, f.u.kusuke. Now on your mark, get set Start!"

Soon the sun rose and both of them started to run f.u.kusuke ran straight while Idate suddenly turned left travelling in a different route. Scarlet was surprised by his route change but still kept following him as she did not think that he was the kind of person who would abandon the race.

Scarlet kept following Idate she suddenly felt the presence of three other ninjas and noticed that Idate was about to fall, she then went catch Idate and decided to deal with them later. Scarlet saved Idate and instantly disappeared from the scene. Sasuke and others appeared on the scene. Naruto said "Nee-chan is really cool. Being in the shadows is so cool, I also want to do it"

Sasuke mocked "It is impossible for you to hide your presence with that chatterbox mouth of yours Usuratonkachi"

Naruto ignored Sasuke and turned to Idate and asked "Where are you going? Aren't you going back to Degaras.h.i.+ port?"

Idate turned back and said "You idiot, I am going to head North"

Sakura asked "Is there a faster way by going north"

Idate nodded and said "Right around this season, a seasonal wind blows in this area. At the start line, I noticed the moments of the clouds. I am much smarter than you ninjas"

He then ran north and others followed him and soon reached the sea. Scarlet was worried because she could not find those three ninjas. Idate soon borrowed a s.h.i.+p from a grandpa nearby and all of them used that s.h.i.+p.

Scarlet then took out a summoning scroll and took out the Hoverboard she brought from the Land of snow. She used 'Ice Style Crystallization' to reflect the light and make her invisible and used her s.p.a.ce power to conceal her presence. She quickly followed them surfing on the Hoverboard.

Suddenly a boat appeared before Idate's boat, the three ninjas came to Idate's boat and spread Oil on it. Scarlet hurried over towards Idate. The three ninjas burned the boat and returned to their boat.

Scarlet used her Ice style and put off the fire and noticed that the boat was damaged, she picked up Idate and said "I am going to drop this guy on the sh.o.r.e meanwhile you guys steal that s.h.i.+p and come to sh.o.r.e"

She then carried him on her shoulder and soon went towards the sh.o.r.e on her hoverboard. Sasuke kept staring in Scarlet's direction feeling jealous of Idate. Sakura felt shocked seeing Sasuke, she never thought that Sasuke had other sides too. Sakura now felt that Sasuke's situation is similar to her when she was pursuing Sasuke.

Scarlet brought Idate to Sh.o.r.e when she saw a man with green hair and wearing the headband of Village Hidden in the Rain and an umbrella on his back standing in front of her.

Seeing the man Idate shouts "Rokusho Aoi"
