The Witch's Rebirth 115 Interesting?

There was a paused. I was interested in what this place had to offer.

"Who?," I said with a smirk,

"Ms. March is a seer. Their kind deserved respect even if she isn't in the same league as your aunts. I really am putting everything on the line with meeting her," Alpha Knight said before sliding from the car and going around opening the door for me. "Please be careful."

"I'll try but no promises."

A young maid showed us into an elegant room at the front of the house. If she recognized Knights name, it didn't show. She left us in a golden sitting room, saying that she would see if Ms. March was receiving visitors.

Apparently Ms. March was, but cloth in skimpy Victoria Secret suggested the visitor she was most interested in receiving was Knight. She was definitely not what I had expected.

"I'm not a morning person, so I hope you'll excuse me." March licked her lips.

She did give me a glance out of the corner of her and smirk. It was always the same these females always underestimate me. They didn't think a second that I could turn the table on them.

I glanced at Knight, knowing that he's play along. It would be a painful reminder that I was in a position no different from the very seer he was about to charm. I was seduced into this mess, I was no better than she. It was a wake up call I needed when I look at her sultry glances and flash of flush long tanned legs. She set me off and I was going to work her, I eyed the maid. There was definitely something familiar about her, she walked over to serve the teat and I panic.

The smell of wolfsbane seep out her pores, it would seem that Knight was on the right path. She may be linked to the ladies murder, the tattoos skin and there was a vampire in the cube.

"Is this about your mate?" March asked her complete attention on Knight.

Her movements were smooth. In a delicate shudder widened the opening of her gown to reveal more of her ample cleavage.

"It's Gene." Knight answered giving me a pointed look.

It was clear that he was asking for me.

March paused. Look and turn,

Then she smirk,

"You were an orphan weren't you?" she asked taking my hand, "Your parents didn't love you enough. I can see it in your eyes they are so bleak. Your energy is so weak. You have needed to take a leap or you'll never find what you seek."

"Is that all?"I asked with mix emotion.

A rat in town could have told me that since everyone knew about it. My parents divorce was sort of famous. My mom was an especially fun topic at parties.

I knew it was wrong but I was going to try my best to place spells on her. Seers were sensitive so I had to be careful, Knight would not want me to ruin this for him and his mate. Thought I am not sure why he had to ask about me. But with skin contact I had to take the risk.
