For the first time ever, Nigel and Monique felt fear in the presence of Maria. Alas, fear wasn't enough to overcome their desperation.

Yes, the two girls were desperate to make Charlotte and the whole entourage owe them a debt. During the dreadful attack concocted by the infamous Teuful, the companies that each of the girls' families managed had their *dirty laundries taken out in plain view. Due to that, investments

plummeted and the companies are now in the verge of bankruptcy. So Nigel and Monique thought that maybe the families of Charlotte and the boys would be their thread of salvation.

So what if Maria is a child of the Burnsworth family?

Maria is just an illegitimate child. Plus, Charlotte's and the boys' families were also big shots in the whole country. Nigel and Monique can hide in the shade of these giants to avoid the common enemy's eyes. After inwardly convincing themselves, the first batter for the sham was Monique.

"Please stop acting innocent Miss Maria! I saw and heard you talking to some junior student girls. You told them to rip the notebooks of Miss Charlotte." Monique added a sympathetic look to her slightly trembling voice.

After Monique, Nigel was second to speak in similar manner. "Yes! I was there too! There was once that I also witnessed you order a fellow freshman to litter the desk of Miss Charlotte because you find her annoying."

Some of the students expected that Maria will be enraged while the others thought she would start begging for forgiveness. Yet, they were all wrong. Maria's composed face and cold smile were still there.

"Is that all? Is this the CREDIBLE evidence that you people can give?" Maria's voice was tainted with mock.

"Are you still trying to deny what you have done?" Louis was thoroughly annoyed with Maria. He thought that the public apology that he was asking would be easily given knowing that Maria always complied to what he told her to do.

Maria's phoenix eyes were now on Elrick. "Hey Deckheim!" She called out. "Since you are the son of the current Prime Minister, do you agree that I should be judged just based on the statements coming from these two hoes?"

Elrick pursed his lips. If he were to properly use his brain, Maria did have a point. As a son of the current Prime Minister, he was educated on how to properly a.s.sess problems thus knowing what are the most acceptable types of evidences. However, this was about Charlotte! Knowing that his little angel was a little close to Louis, he thought that it was highly probable that Maria would bully Charlotte due to jealousy. Elrick was going to verbalize his opinions but Maria interjected.

"Don't talk! Looks like you're going to use your lower crotch than your brain. OK! Rather than Deckheim, I shall now call you, d.i.c.k!"

Everyone in the cla.s.sroom gaped at how obnoxious Maria was.

"Being vulgar thoroughly suits a schemer like you." Cross sneered.

"Shut your c.r.a.p, *gigolo. No one asked for your thoughts," Maria retorted.

Noticing that they were starting to get derailed, Maria turned her attention back to Nigel and Monique. She started the interrogation she had in mind.

"If the two of you have truly witnessed that I was giving orders to bully Miss Charlotte, can you please tell me when and where was I barking my orders?" Maria's sharp eyes made the girls' fake tremble to be true.

Monique managed to gather her lies and spoke. "It was last Monday, during lunch break. Nigel and I were walking pa.s.s through the clover pavilion when I heard your voice from the pavilion."

Maria then turned to Nigel, "Then how about you? When and where?"

Nigel gulped as she spoke her piece. "It was the following day, you were talking with the freshman at the second floor of the main library."

Tsk!

Maria's click of her tongue made everyone confused. Then they once again saw that wicked smile on Maria's angelic face as she spoke. "These are your evidences? How disappointing… Let me teach you what credible evidences are."

Maria fished out a cell phone from her pocket and made a few taps. Everybody's attention was then distracted by a zipping sound that came from the 42"-smart tv positioned in the middle of blackboard. The smart tv showed two CCTV feeds with Maria on each; one was at the tea ceremony club room while the other was at the same cla.s.sroom where they are right now. Both feeds showed that Maria was just leisurely spending time with Gwendolyn and Vladimir.

Gasps filled the cla.s.sroom because when the students noticed the time and date on the CCTV feeds, those where the days that Nigel and Monique allegedly saw Maria barking her orders to bully Charlotte.

"It seems like you brainless hoes forgot that this school has mult.i.tude of CCTVs for security purposes." A disdainful chuckle was heard from Maria.

"That's a fake! You just made these videos! Besides, there's no way you can access the school CCTVs!" Nigel panicked and pointed her finger to Maria. She had to let her cla.s.smates think that the videos were fake so that her plan won't be for naught.

Nigel's retaliation was just met with Maria rolling her eyes. Maria then again made a few taps on her cell phone and the smart tv showed a live CCTV feed of their cla.s.sroom.

Silence spread through the whole cla.s.sroom. Two things shook the students inside the cla.s.sroom. First was the revelation that Nigel and Monique were a bunch of liars and second, Maria actually had access to the school's CCTVs!

The silence was broken by Maria's voice.

"Hey jealous hoes and brainless a.s.sholes! Don't forget that I am Maria Lily Burnsworth! A daughter of the richest family in this whole f*cking planet. I will never allow myself to be insulted by such dumb schemes!"

Maria's crisp voice made everyone in the room shudder.
