When I started to gain consciousness, I hoped that what I saw before I fainted was a dream. As I opened my eyes, I closed them back. On the second time, I only opened my left eye and peered around me then closed it back.

Pink... Everything around me was pink. From the ceiling decorations to the furniture, even the floor! Everything's f*cking pink!

I know that pink is actually a masculine color but I never liked bright colors. They hurt my G.o.dd.a.m.n eyes!

I prefer dark colors like how dark my life is.

My eyes slowly opened and I couldn't help but frown as the pink room welcomed my view. Did I somehow got warped into *Princess Bubblegum's castle?

"Miss Maria! You're finally awake! I shall inform Miss Elizabeth this good news." A woman in late 20's dressed in a maid uniform dashed outside the room.

"Maria here! Maria there! Am I supposed to be Maria?!" My angry voice resounded inside the room.

I sat up and leaned on the headboard of the large bed. After a few minutes, a beautiful woman in her early 20's with silky red hair and brown eyes barged into the room together with the maid who left a while ago.

"Maria! I'm so happy to see you awake." She hugged me and her eyes were spilling tears.

'She's probably Elizabeth? Unfortunate for her, I'm a master in facial a.n.a.lysis pertaining to human human emotions.'

"What splendid waterworks," I commented as I rolled my eyes.

The beautiful woman's body froze and I saw the maid's eyes widen in shock. I was freed from the hug and the woman gave me a bewildered look which made my brow rise.

"Leave us alone." The woman's voice was now stern and her crying totally stopped. The maid bobbed her head and left the room. The woman's eyes then narrowed at me and she asked, "Who are YOU?"

I replied with a straight face with no hesitation, "I'm Maria."

After she heard my answer, she raised her left hand. The moment she started to swing her hand down, I understood what she was planning to do and intercepted her attack by catching her hand. I glared at her and growled, "b.i.t.c.h, try this stunt again then I won't hesitate cutting your hand off!"

The woman's face portrayed fear for a second but she suddenly burst out laughing. "You're not Maria alright! Maria doesn't have the guts to protect herself." She spoke in between laughs.

I crossed my arms as I eyed the beautiful woman. "Congratulations genius! Now you know I'm not Maria."

"Oh! My name is Elizabeth Burnsworth, I am your biological sister." The beautiful woman held my hands while she was introducing herself.

Then this Elizabeth woman gave the million dollar question...

"So what are you? A transmigrator or a reincarnated?"
