Let Him Love You First 44 Ribbon Cutting And Opening Ceremony 1

The ribbon cutting for Asian-Sealed will be televised nationwide, being the talk of the town since the CEO of the head office announce his plan regarding the expansion of the corporation in an Asian region.

Reporters, cameramen and spectators surrounded the entrance of the building. Even bystanders gathered around to witness the biggest collaboration of the year.

Nickel arrived the venue an hour earlier because he need to supervise the upcoming ribbon cutting to avoid any incident for today's event.

Wearing a navy blue suit with a white inner s.h.i.+rt, Director Fuentes looks so dazzling in the eyes of everyone. The way he flips his imaginary hair made the surrounding ladies explode their gonad from extreme arousal. It was just him flipping his imaginary hair, but women are gone crazy.

Nickel was reading the program for the ribbon cutting event when Zoey approached him.

"Director Fuentes, do you summoned me?" Zoey was standing in front of him.

Due to an unexpected circ.u.mstance, the a.s.signed master of ceremony won't be able to come and be the emcee for this ribbon cutting because he needs to bring his kid to the hospital. When the HR officer phoned Nickel early in the morning to inform him about the what happened, he only sighed and touches his forehead. Perhaps this just the beginning of all the problems he will be facing as the Managing Director of Asian-Sealed Corporation.

"Can you be the master of ceremony? Gelo won't be coming as he brought his child to the hospital for fever." It was unnecessary for him to mention the condition of the kid, but he knew that Zoey would ask it anyway. To save him from answering her possible inquiries, he informed her the reason of Gelo's absence.

"Err..." Zoey was scratching her nape as she was hesitating whether to say yes or no to him. "I can be but maybe there are more suitable candidates aside from me." Although Zoey is an outspoken person, this event isn't the right place for her to be outspoken because higher personalities attended this so-called historical event.

"I've already asked everyone and no one wanted to be the emcee. If we will not decide now, this ribbon cutting will be put in vain. It will also be an embarra.s.sment to the company and disappointment to the administration."

Nickel wanted to give her a feeling of guilt once she declines his offer. As a matter of fact, he didn't ask anyone. As for his real intention was Zoey to become the master of ceremony. 

A part of him was asking why you chose Zoey for this important event. Aren't you worried that she will mess it up today?

The only reason why he chooses her was because he wanted her to stay beside him during the ceremony.

Nickel secretly smirked.

Michael was asked to attend the opening ceremony and ribbon cutting of Asian-Sealed Corporation in behalf of the CEO because he is on Germany as of now for an important matter. 

When Michael received the message of the secretary of the CEO, he wanted to throw a rage because this collaboration is actually a pain in his a.s.s. It gave him a lot of problems, stress and sleepless nights just to settle everything for its doc.u.mentation and processing.

"Why doesn't this ASC leave him alone? I already did my part, why is it still haunting me?!" 

After Manager Baron closed this deal, all the paper works ended up to him. 

Without given any choice to decline the order, Michael reluctantly attendees the said event. Standing at the guest area, Michael was scrolling his phone while waiting for them to start.

When America heard about this, she asked Michael to bring her with her. She thought with this event; she can meet an influential person to leech and help her to succeed, so her mom will perhaps be proud of her.

Michael dismissed her request because this is an official matter or event to his job. He doesn't want people from his work to judge him that he brings a partner to an important collaboration. Maybe after becoming the next COO, he can bring anyone he likes.

A mellow voice echoed to the area. People looked at the mini stage to see who owns that melodious voice. 

"Welcome to Asian-Sealed Corporation Ribbon cutting and opening ceremony! Today we celebrate the grand opening of our business. We are so thankful to so many of you, who have been with us every step of the way, so that this day would finally come. My name is Zoey, and I will be your host for today's event."

Unbelievably! Zoey performs so well as the host of the event. Due to the lack of time, she didn't prepare her script and just say what ever comes to her mind. With her bubbly personality and melodious voice, their once bored and sleepy guest was all awakened and energized with her voice.

Even Nickel who was standing near her, didn't expect that she is this good. He can't help it but to smile to her. In which makes the ladies around explode their ovaries from his seductive but radiant grin.

"I would like to introduce a few special persons to you." The HR officer gave her a list of attendees. Reading their names out loud, spectators and other guest applaud and welcome the persons.

"Next is Mr. Michael Cortez, head manager of Orb, the multi telecommunication partner that help Asian-Sealed Corporation. Let's give him an around of applause.

Before Zoey read his name out loud, she is surprised that Michael is working in Orb. She thought that there would be a greater chance for them to meet in the future.

Even Nickel was surprised that this guy was here in this event. He looked around and saw him looking at Zoey intensely.
